The store is large, well lit, and clean. They have a large variety of produce, fish, meat and groceries. Some not readily available in grocery stores. Very few places carry Parrot fish, Whiting, and others. Prices are pretty reasonable too.

Nice little market for your fresh fruits, vegetables and many other food needs. It’s cleans and up kept.I recommend this place 100% to anyone who likes food, make sure to get their early because parking is hard to find at certain time.

Best hot lunch/late lunch/early Dinner in these here parts. Just be respectful. They work FAR too hard. Also, I get my dogs food here. Chicken feet, beef quarters and lamb with eggs and leche with half a cup of yogurt and a spoonful of olive oil

Best pulled pork in town. Best produce too. The seafood could be handled a bit better, (I worked in a top line seafood market, and we never placed filets flesh to skin. It transfers bacteria that exists on the skin. So flesh to flesh, and skin to skin. Basic food safety practice! I know this because I used to teach the course for the state!)

Was my favorite grocery market of all time, I moved and really miss this place. The hot food kitchen and bakery were the beat Ive ever had, very affordable filling and absolutelydelicious. Cooking better than my own moms! The coffee is good here too and the produce is the biggest and freshest around. Cant find better sweet potatoes anywhere else.

I came across this grocery store on 8/10/21 and was happily surprised by all their fresh produce and store goods. Their hot and cold ready made foods were Carribean and Latin infused. Very Tasty for those who want seasoned cooked food. Everyone was friendly and had lots of smiles. I will be back. Thanks!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Clean & organized. When I’m shopping for food I have a pet peeve about a restaurant or store being dirty. Everything is well labeled, organized, good lighting, tons of employees around all willing to help & ample parking. I got a lady at the register who was very dry & wouldn’t say hello or speak. She was almost rude but I didn’t let her affect all the other good things I saw about the store. The deli is clean with lots of options too. The selection of fruit is amazing. The prices are amazing. The size of the store is big & I prefer this location over the one closest to me which has too many “American” employees that can’t answer any questions about the products or food.

There are some low prices however were not enough to justify going to this out-of-the-way place in Palm Bay unless you are already there! They have some rustic cuts of meat but the quality is overall low and the fish just check the eyes before you buy theyre all sunken and not fresh not the place for Gourmet

I bought 4 lbs of ground meat labeled GROUND LAMB. When I came home and began cooking it, I realized it’s not lamb. It’s beef. I called the manager. He vehemently denies that anyone could have made a mistake, even told me they NEVER make mistakes. Very pompous and egoistic. I’ve been cooking for 40 years and know the difference between lamb and beef. Manager told me he can’t do anything because I already cooked the meat. NEVER buy meat from them. You can’t be certain what it is exactly. It could be road kill.

This place has everything you need for cooking any ethnic dish you desire from spices to meats and veggies needed, 🐠 fish of all kinds, squid, octopus 🐙, things I dont know what it is, meat selection is abundant and always fresh, goat🐐, ox tail, lamb, pork, beef, chicken🐔🍗 and things I really dont know what it is, chicken feet, pigs 🐾, spices galore along with my favorite big cans of old bay 😋 and they also have fresh cooked food, fresh baked still warm cuban 🍞 and an array of desserts, the cheese cake is really good. The store is very clean and the workers are always busy making sure everything is stocked and always helpful and friendly. One of my favorite places to shop ❤️

As out of towners, we loved that there were 5 kinds of mangoes in the outside market and other more exotic fruits. My mom sent me there to get guava cheesecake and I also pick l picked up a flan. There are lots of flavors of each readily available, delicious, and affordable.We came back the next day to grab a quick dinner from the hot food bar. We could not get specific descriptions of what we were choosing from, but it was super delicious, amazing deal and so worth it.

This was my first time there. Their prices on meat and produce is great. Where some name brand stores charge $12+ for chicken breast, this store is 1/2 of that on average. Theyre a bit pricey with their sodas at $2.99 for a 2 litre. They also have a wonderful hot deli section where they offer 2 side and 1 main choice. I had the rice, sweet plantains & beef stew. It taste delicious just need to give a little more meat (compared to the mountain of rice given). When I come for my next visit to Palm Bay, I plan to stop by (if only to shop in the meat dept).

The prettiest and largest selection of fruits and veggies... very clean, beautiful selection of multiple types of meats and seafood... hands down they have the largest selection of a cafeteria style food, that looks and tastes amazing.. my favorite Latin Grocery... beats Sedanos and Bravo any day

Umm just an amazing place that takes us back to good times in Mexico, and much of Central America. The prices seem to be less, and the section where you can buy take out cooked food is simply amazing and fairly cheap. We look forward to shopping here to find regular and exotic foods to enhance our dining experience. Oh and the employees are very helpful and friendly.

Honestly the customer service is horrible! My last visit the cashier didnt even tell me my total I had to ask bc he hardly looked at me but then the guy behind me got a hello how are you sir 🤣🤣 I see all these comments about fresh meat and produce and tbh thats not true either. The produce IS mostly fresh but the meat you got to be careful with. The quality has definitely gone down since the store opened but not too bad there are still se good items depending on when you go. They should really treat every customer the same thou, we all are doing the same thing here!! Being nasty and rude will only push customers away.

The fruits and vegetables are incredible. Plus you can find things here - especially Latin America foods - that you cant find anywhere else.

From the moment you get off your car you will fall in love with the amount of fresh produce that greets you as you approach the front door, they have amazing prices which makes you wonder why are these prices so low? Publix prices are 3 to 4 times more, the staff is super friendly, the store is clean! Like clean clean clean almost hospital sterile clean, you do not smell the meat or fish like other stores, the seafood is fresh and sitting on loads of ice, the meat section not a fly in site! The butchers are super knowledgeable and recommend what you need, As you head to the register the Cuban cooked food and bakery scents makes your nose dance, potato beef balls, Jamaican beef patties, crockets, chicharon are a must, the seafood salad and avocado salad are delicious. I never leave without a Cortadito Coffee and a Guava and Cheese pastelito pastry.Wasnt expecting to find a store that carries so many Caribbean and Latin America items. Love it! Bravo is up the block, SUPER DIRTY AVOID IT!

Come to Thrifty. Need fresh herbs, buy a pot of them and grow them. Coming here is like becoming an explorer, you dont know what wonderful thing you will find. Coming here regularly is like visiting an old friend where the first thing you ask them is whats new? And their answer is always exciting and fun.

This is the best place to get all your fresh vegetables, be they the normal things you eat or some of the different variety that you have always wanted to try. Prices are the best around and checkout is very fast.

If youre looking for specialty ingredients or unusual produce, this IS the place to go. Worth the trip. I love that they have unusual things like purple brussel sprouts. They have hot and ready food too! And the prices arent crazy!

Best prices for most of your fruits and veggies ..we always find the best prices for parsley, lettuce, eggplant and prickly pear which is seasonal .. They get cardoon for the holidays, which is a Italian dish .. Artichokes are nice size .. I like to buy our herbs to plant in our garden from here too.. The only down side I noticed so far is sometimes the potatoes and onions do not last too long .. I recommend shopping here for most of your fruits and veggies ..they always have items on sale for great prices .

I shop here because its right up the street, the meats and seafood cant be beat, and they have an awesome selection of produce. If youre hungry and dont want to cook, get one of their subs, sandwiches, or fantastic deserts. I dont recommend going Sunday morning because youre also fighting the church crowd for parking. However, its just a great place to go to.

Great store, best selection of meat and produce in Palm Bay!

So just today... My husband pick up food for there. Granted we have eaten here several times before. This time I was eating the arroz con grandules and the green bananas. There was a huge worm (almost an inch long) in the food 🤢 We had already eaten most of the meal before I even found it. I tried calling them so they can stop selling it to customers, and make sure their working areas are clean but they kept just putting me on hold and Transferring me. Please beware if you decide to eat here, it might not be the cleanest. The worm was definitely cooked in the food. I Honestly feel sick.

The variety of items available here is extremely impressive and has greatly increased since my last visit over a year ago. The aisles are tight and it gets busy. I dont think they offer a order ahead service, but the selection and prices offset that. I will go again.

Diverse produce and variety best indigenous outlet, competitively priced and freshly and attractively laid out. If you dont shop here you are clearly missing out on excellent produce that provides the most tasty dishes and healthy life-style.

Thrifty is a supermarket where I can fine Spanish groceries and if like Im back in my island. Theres an area that serve hot food and theres a bakery as well the price can be beat..

Stopped by this store for the first time in 4 years. The selection of fish, pork and beef is near incredible. I bought several turkey legs that each weighed over 3.5 lbs.!! Gigantic. This is one of the few places I have found that has large salmon steaks cut off the backbone where it is most succulent.Produce selection is extensive, their meat and fish prices are really low compared to other fish markets and other markets and a larger more varied selection overall.The value is incredible.Check it out.
