Ordered a custom cake over the phone. The cake was ready when I expected. It looked exactly as I expected and tasted very good.

A very pleasant grocery store in which to shop. Neat and clean with well-organized stock and good selection. Seems to be more expensive than Walmart, but produce and meats seem better, and they carry some items that WM doesnt.

Nice clean friendly place went to get some fresh fried eight-piece chicken. Good friendly people in the food court area. Thank you .👍👍👍.

The produce section is poorly outfitted.Products are not very updated and you will need to attend Walmart or fancy produce to finish your list.

Easily accessible from the main Roads Malabar and San Filippo. Plenty of free parking including for handicap accessible vehicles. Store was clean and well staffed with friendly employees who were adhering to all COVID GUIDELINES.I dealt with Chad at Deli and he was a Gentleman!As most Publix do they have just about everything you might want and the store was well stocked.

All the employees are friendly and the store is very clean, meat is always great quality, bakery has the best bread, cake, and pies . Produce is fresh and there it always has a great selection, l really like the deli ( boars head )and deli employees, cannot get better than that . This store is my favorite Publix

Some Publix locations are lacking in customer service. Usually get really good service with no issue. Lately though it seems people are less inclined to help or even speak to you. I have addressed this with the management but it has become a regular thing.

Publix always has been a great place to shop! And with a few BOGOs added in, it is a great place to save too!

Every couple weeks or so we get Italian subs from their deli. They are so delicious! We stopped getting them at the Publix at Palm Crossings because their sub bread was stale literally every time we ordered. Well, problem solved. 😏

Customer service desk clerk did not provide good service. I waited for my turn in line and the clerk proceeded to help another Customer while she was helping me and then served 3 customers on the phone. I was in there for aOver 20 min and tapped her fingers down at the transfer paper for me to sign instead of communicatingwith me directly, because she was on a phone call while helping me. Then at the end she had the audacity to tell me see you next time, thanks for your patience. I will not be back at this store again because I did not feel like a valued customer. I was a very disappointing experience.

Stopped into the Publix sub shop on Malabar. The lady named Robin serving me was very pleasant, kind and also funny. She definitely brightened my day. I always have a good experience in this store and sub shop.

Moved here from Largo and always loved shopping at Publix. I went in to the pharmacy to see if my filled prescription from the CVS in Largo could all be transferred to this store. The young lady said I would have to contact my Doctor in Largo and have the script sent to them via fax. I no longer have this doctor and it’s a refill. I showed the bottle to her and she refused to help me… so I’m gonna just stay with CVS and they are preparing them now. I had also shopped several times here and the store is small and several of the items I needed were not stocked. I had to go to Winn Dixie to get them. You ha r lost me as a customer!

Tony in the deli is such a hard worker with a great personality. You are very lucky to have him on staff! Thank you Publix for hiring the best!

This isnt the fanciest Publix in Brevard County, but you cant beat the management, the Deli, the Butchers, the Bakery folks or the checkers! I shop the Bogos. My husband is disabled and they treat him like a friend (even though they have likely seen the two instances he reached up high and his pants fell down and the time he knocked over a display with the scooter). Kudos to great management and well chosen kind hearted staff, they seem to know that for some people, the grocery store is the only social life they have. Thumbs up!

I like the Deli, Bakery and produce area here are GREAT!! seriously people THANK YOUUU!! You all make my shopping experience such a delight and pleasure! They are ALWAYS friendly and on point! the produce and bakery are always offering assistance BUT checking out is always 50/50 sometimes they are soo rude and have nasty attitudes. (publix HIDE them in the back please).

The only reason I go to Publix is bc I love the Publix brand ice cream, the cuts of ribeye steak, and the Caesar pasta salad. . .I always feel very unwelcomed at Publix though, there is a snide air about the place and it makes me uncomfortable. Recently it was pointed out to me that it was probably bc I refuse to wear a mask. . .its not my fault that people have some false sense of security in wearing a mask even though it is proven and admitted that the masks dont protect from anything!!

I have shopped at this Publix for 20 years. I have not had any issues with the store or the employees. It is getting harder to shop for regular groceries as the prices rise beyond reason, let alone pick up an impulsive item as a budget on retirement leaves no room anymore.

I stood at the cooked food station for 10 minutes before anyone said anything. The seafood deli guy said and I quote. I knew my night would be all down hill after you🙄😒. Not sure where he was going with that comment. The store very clean and the cashier was soooooo sweet and caring. She made up for all the shenanigans I encountered earlier🤩 Shes a Star!!!

Quick stop off interstate 95 but was surprised to be approached by an aggressive pan handler in the parking lot so I assume this is a bad area so make sure you lock your doors.

The people in the bakery were very helpful & friendly & they have so much to choose from! I was surprised there werent any self check lanes & the lines were starting to back up, but they opened more right away. Everyone we spoke to here was pleasant.

I was reminded today why I love shopping at Publix.... every one of the employees that I came in contact with spoke and were ready to jump at any request that I had. I was super impressed with Gina..she went out of her way to track down a item that was on sale this week but the flavor I needed was out of stock...I mentioned that I would just go over to one of the other stores and try to find it there once I was done shopping at this location...she looked the item up and told me that store was showing stock but before I leave the store check back with her and she will call them to make sure they do have it and if so have them hold several for me...I did see Gina as I checked out and she let me know she called and they were holding my items.... now this is customer service other stores can learn from....thank you Publix...see you next week!

We LOOOVVVEEEE our pubsubs and the fried chicken. I dont shop much here but they do have a lot of bogo items that well take advantage of. But I enjoy being able to stop by on my way home when were too busy to cook and get some subs or grab a warm meal. It never disappoints....

We make sure every holiday and event we have we buy cakes from Publix. I ordered a mini cake for my husbands birthday and for the first time in 10 years of ordering cakes from Publix it looks like a kindergartener decorated it thick icing all over uneven. I am so upset at the looks of this cake and its now too late to replace.

Like Publix good stores well stocked

Went this morning to find salt for my mothers water system. I live in West Palm Beach and the 2 stores & home Depot were out. I saw a young man as I was entering & asked if they carried salt. Not only did he walk me to the salt, he loaded it the cart and waited while I checked out, then took it to my car and loaded the salt into my car. Very polite and professional. His name is Chaz. I really wish all workers were as nice and helpful as he was to me.

They have team to a T, the manager, customer service personnel help you to take your groceries out your cart sometimes when they are not too busy, stock personnel see you walking around like your lost they asked can I help you find any Mama so polite, been shopping there for 18 yrs and I shop at lot of them but I think this is best
