I went there to pick up the battery I purchased on line with the 10% discount and the young man was very helpful and pleasant. I asked if he would carry out the battery to put in the box for it on the small boat I have and he did not hesitate to do it. I stated that is all I needed but he did the hook up as well. Very eager to do his job well. Also while in the store I notice the signs about the key fobs, my has been damaged. He assisted with changing out my broken fob to a new one with no problem. I went here to get a battery for my keys. The store sells much more than just batteries. It has flashlights, light bulbs, cords, chargers, it actually has a lot of things in there. I bought a charger and a lifetime changing of my car key battery. Apparently, you can buy any battery and pay a little extra and they will change it out unlimited times. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable

I placed an order on the web and it was ready the when I went to pick it up the same day. The folks at the store were friendly and even offered me an option that wasnt available on the web that increased my savings even more. I feel i had a different experience as everyone else . I brought my broken screen from an iPhone se generation 2 to the place . When I received my new iPhone back the screen was fine however, my batter wasn’t working and my camera wasn’t working when certain light would come into the picture . My camera was fine before bringing it to the place and so was my battery . I got a notification that’s new with the iPhone se generation where it can established if a non original battery made by Apple has been placed Into the phone, which was not okay . I brung it to the store and a young gentleman then told me “we haven’t gotten that before and I can assure you it’s the original battery “ he then went hiding behind the counter took 10 mins working on the phone gave me the phone back and the notification was gone saying the original battery had been placed . Be careful bringing original iPhones there and making sure the original parts that ARENT broken are still there and not replaced with copy cats .

Since Christmas, 2017 I have patronized this tidy, jam-packed corner store every chance I get. The even changed the battery in my cell, giving it a year of extended use. If by small chance they do not have what you are looking for, they special order (100% $$ up front). For almost two years now, the same men have run the store, so I will say they have a calling!

FEB 22, 2021My phone battery was dying. They had a replacement in stock. But Mike was very careful to let us know that not all LG phones accept 3rd party batteries. The replacement works perfectly. I was referred to you by Cricket on Malabar Rd. I had an issue accessing my google account and my phone was locked up on the Cricket wireless screen. I was greeted by Jon with a big smile. I explained to him what was going on and without hesitation offered to help. He was able to gain access to my gmail account and noticed that everything was backed up there. After some research he found out the only way to fix my phone was to hard reset and factory reset my phone. Which he was glad to do since Im not tech savvy. Factory reset worked beautifully and was able to have my phone back and everything saved. Thank you so very much for all that you do. It was greatly appreciated. I was afraid i was going to loose everything and had to get a new phone. Once again thank you.

During replacement of my battery, the screen on my iPhone was cracked. The screen was then replaced with an off brand screen. I was not told that the screen would not be an Apple screen when it was being replaced. I was not even offered a discount or any other type of compensation. I would never recommend going to batteries + bulbs for anything.

I turned out I needed batteries for another device and the employee was really helpful, even installing them for me. And I love that they offered to recycle the old batteries for me. This place has everything you need. Ive replaced odd type/size LED bulbs, a nonstandard appliance light bulb, and a couple diff specialty batteries there. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Very glad theyre here to help with all these new types and sizes of bulbs and batteries, as well as the standard sizes. Prices very fair. Instead of trying every home improvement store and Walmart, just stop in and save yourself the frustration of not finding what you needed.

Whilst returning home from Miami to Daytona we stopped for lunch half way through our journey. When I tried to start the car, nothing, my one year existing battery was dead. As luck would have it I had broken down outside of Batteries Plus which happened to be whom I purchased from (not the same store). My advice to you when placing an online order for pick up at a local store is to call the store and verify that they actually have the products you ordered. For either the second or third time in a row, I was disappointed that some of the items I wanted were not available when I went to pick them up. A fifty mile round trip, only to find the most needed items were out of stock. The salesperson was apologetic, courteous, and offered me a lesser quality product, which was also a lower price. However, I had ordered what I wanted, and wasnt willing to settle for something else.
