I walked into the Malabar store and got amazing service. I needed a new screen protector and he installed it for me no problem. Their honesty goes along way. I recommend them highly. Will deserves a raise!

After dealing with Mike at this store, I decided to switch to AT&T. He was rude and talked down to me. This is my first iPhone and I had many questions. My representative was timely and very friendly. She answered my questions and got me in and out in a timely manner. Verizon in general has declined in service and products over the years. I pay for 5G but 5G doesnt exist in Palm Bay FL! I am continuously dropping calls, when i have connection, and I have less and less connection every year. I barley get 1 bar and run LTE all the time unless I connect to WIFI. I have been a Verizon customer for 30+ years and I am seriously thinking of leaving to find a better carrier whos price is comparable to its products and its cell service. Verizon your cell service has fallen, and your products are barely operable at best.

Don’t come here. I came to pay a bill,first agent didn’t want to deal with me so he sends his lackey. Honestly, the second guy acted like he didn’t want to help me unless I was buying a new phone. They really only want to deal with you if your buying or upgrading to a new phone/device. If you have to pay a bill use only debit or credit. I will not give my hard earn money just so they can get commission they don’t deserve!

Needed a sim card for my tablet, took only a few minutes for the employee to switch it out and activate it. Thanks for the speedy service

Good salesmen sell u what u dont really want or need. Then dont completely download info to new phone but give u their cell which they never answer & VM full. Do not respond to texts. Promises not fulfilled once money in their pockets.

My husband and I went to this Verizon Authorized Retailer — Cellular Sales for service. The store is nice and clean. The employees there are friendly. Especially Bradley Barker, he is very friendly and very knowledgable. I would highly recommand coming to this store to buy cellphones or get your service.

If you want to resolve a problem with Your PH.I had an appointment 2:00 clock and I got there but any one knew nothing about. Only to found a sale person name Carlos Gomez with a bad! Rude! Confrontational! attitude! .He doesnt have any consideration for costumer at all .This no the place they can help.only one person understand my problem and treated me right, and fix it even when he was busy attending other person. but its a: sell you a phone even when you dont need one place. I swear to self never! Go back there .I m not recommend this place at all 👎

Great customer service. The rep answered all of our questions and then offered to meet us after we got off work at 530. We switched over from AT&T to Verizon which was complicated by setting up 5 plans with individuals from 3 states. He was very knoweldgeable about the plans and phones and worked with us to find the best deals.

My phone died last week and I needed a new one. I love my iPhone( personal preference) and wanted another one. Our salesman was Bradley and he was most helpful. He showed me all of the options and when we were discussing it, he looked in the back and found a phone for me. Just the right price and just the right model. It took us about 90 minutes to complete the transaction.

Was greeted kindly, quickly with the employees ready to help with what I needed. Employee I worked with was quick but clear and understanding in explaining things to me. Even better was that they did their best to make it easy for me and cost me as little as possible to get the best deal. Overall: It was a very nice experience and Ill for sure be coming back if I face any issues in the future.

I cant even begin to explain my horrible experience with this retailer. I go in explaining what I was looking for and what my budget was. I was put on an initial plan and was told I needed to call in 2 days to have it adjusted to the plan I needed. I was misinformed on multiple occasions. Went in over 3+ times personally, called in over 3+ times, and spoke to a representative through chat multiple times. Have all names and proof of times I was misinformed. Every single time I spoke to someone I was given different answers. I was assured my issues would be resolved. I am planning on writing and calling corporate offices because my issues have NEVER been resolved. I would not want anybody to go through this disaster. I am stuck with a bill I can barely even pay and I was told if I turned everything in (including 2 phones) I would have to pay that amount in full or I would be sent to creditors.

My expeirence with Verizon was what I thought a nice smooth transition. At the end of the day they did not deliver at all...I switched over from cricket to Verizon and during the sale I was given the promotion of $200 rebate in visa for each line that was in October it is now March and they still to this day have no answers why i did not receive them. Last time I was informed of anything by the agent I signed up with was February 14th and from then Ive heard nothing. I also sent message again 3 days ago and no response. But thankfully I was able to chat with an agent online and he was able to solve the mystery no one else could. Thankful for that person for sure but thats about it!

It was excellent. My questions were answered in a professional manner. Reps are very patient. The information i was given if I didnt understand, they repeated in different ways until i got it. They gave me all of the info that I need to start using my phone and jetpack. Answered all questions even the ones that are important to me but might be silly. I wont hesitate to recommend to friends Verizon.

Great customer service just dont buy any accessories like clear screen protector they sell for $40, same ones on Amazon for $ 17 and got new phones and free tablet, but then $40 upgrade fee, plus activation fee of $20, Free is not free.

I came in because I wanted to upgrade my phone because I got tired that my phone is shutting off on me. The rep was excellent in assisting me to choose a new phone and set it up and she was fast. She made it a little less painless. You should carry more colors for cases though.

Came in to get an issue resolved with two accounts from pre paid to a regular account. Going out to vacation soon wanted to not worry. Store set me up with a new phone got me protected. Now I’m going to have a good working phone for my vacation.

EVERYONE here is amazing!!! Jesse is the best he took the time to explain all of the features of my new phone to me. He even stayed later than his time to assist and was late to his family function. I went on a cruise yesterday and made the mistake of bringing my phone with me in the water even though it was in (what I believed) to be a waterproof phone case. My phone became damaged due to this and the representative that helped me today was extremely helpful. She was sympathetic and helped me greatly with upgrading my phone, adding the screen protecters to my phone, and restoring all of my information all while remaining friendly and professional. Nora was so helpful and Verizon is lucky to have her as an asset to the company.
