Very accommodating location👏👏, extremely friendly employees👏👏, however on the last two occasions I went there, neither employee could help me. I was referred to Google, because I couldnt open my PayPal, eBay, or GMail Apps.However, I went to T Mobile in West Melbourne. Kelsey, listened, took my phone and fixed it in about 20 minutes.I believe most of the employees would benefit from some additional training by management or Kelsy . I really appreciate their kindness but I want all T Mobile employees to do a stellar job for themselves, customers & T-Mobile. Thank You for listening 🎧

This is the most helpful cell phone store I have ever been in. They are super friendly and took the time to talk to me like a real person and not just someone coming in to get service. This visit i need to replace my screen protector and they saw I had the lifetime warranty one. They took the old one off and the new one on and covered it under warranty. Thats so awesome. I can not recommend them enough.

Employee flat out lied about the promotionBeen in contact with T-Mobiles Customer service about this specific store on how Employees will lie to get you to switch from another provider. I also filed a report through T-Mobiles legal department.No proper training has been conducted with the employees to understand how T-Mobile promotions work. Do not trust anything they say.I mainly transferred from Verizon for the Military deal T-Mobile had to offer. Ive had a far better experience and customer service with Verizon. If you think about switching over from Verizon to T-mobile there is a reason why Verizon continues to stay #1 Phone provider so do not even waste your time or money you will be disappointed.If you do a bit of research this is not an uncommon trend with T-Mobile to get you in the door. Now all of a sudden I owe them over 1000$ for 2 phones.Its very sad that a billion dollar company has to conduct business like this.

Unprofessional, no lively customer support, no care about the customer he helping, no knowledge on what to do next, and got an attitude. I asked him to not go through the transaction, I was still charged $311.00 and told me to call customer support to get the refund. Instead of removing the lines out of my account, multiple lines have been added to my account, now, I have to pay for that monthly. Then, I had to call customer service on my own to get this resolved. Nothing was done, all the note taking, all the promises, even told me We will take care of you, you do not have to call back The $311.00 charge is still on my account, the lines are still active on my account. That line is just sitting there, but my monthly bill increase reflecting the charge.

Unsatisfied experience. I spent most of my day in the store on two separate occasions and experienced multiple interactions with customers and the employees at the store. I witnessed the manager speaking very rude to multiple customers. Seems highly unprofessional. Instead of deescalating the situation she seemed unwilling to help.

I walked in a customer, and walked out a friend. Christina is hands down the best sales associate in the phone industry I have ever encountered. From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and willfully helpful people. The entire staff is knowledgeable about their products and services. We were politely offered complimentary waters during our stay. Christina kept things real, clear cut, and was very approachable. Ill be back for anything phone related thanks to her and the entire squad. Oh, and the store is impeccably clean and superbly organized. Honestly, it was a 10/10 experience at this new T-Mobile store.

The manager at this location really knows everything about their products. He is extremely helpful and outgoing and friendly. I would recommend going to this store above any other TMobile store. Its worth the drive out of the way just to get help from the staff there.

Corey and his fellow employee helped me pick out my new OnePlus 7T Pro Mclearn Edition phone an hour before close. After deciding on the phone, they soon realized that they had zero in stock. They then called every store in county to try to help me find the phone. Last minute, someone at the Vero Beach store had one in stock. The Vero employee drove the phone all the way to Palm Bay where I then met up with Corey and his coworker, where they waited until 45 minutes after close, to insure that I got the phone that I wanted.No commission for them since it was an upgrade for me. So they went above and beyond, without dollar signs in their mind, but to make sure I got the phone that I wanted, the same day.THAT is customer service!!!! Hats off to you guys, and thank you so much for doing that for me!Im loving the phone so far, and couldnt be happier.Management: please give credit where its due. These guys are part of the reason why I have been with T-Mobile for close to 14 YEARS. Unbeatable customer service. Please apply loads of kudos to both of these gentlemen for all that they did for me. The date was 12/29/2019 and they worked the closing shift.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone. Jon was very friendly, helpful, knowledge, and went over all the pros and cons of the phones and plans to make the best decision for me. I recommend you see Jon and the staff for great customer service.

As far as T-Mobile stores go this smaller T-Mobile store has some really good employees and theyre extremely helpful they seem to know a lot about everything even more so than the 800 number people and they have a lot of the products on hand so I give this T-Mobile store five stars!

Cant do a damn thing about a pos phone that they admitted to. Want me to buy a different phone after I bought this one in good faith that it was a good phone . Aint gonna happen. Looking for a new carrier. T mobile and ZTE suck

Do NOT go here. They sold me a phone under promotion that wasn’t really under a promotion. Now I’m fighting to get my money back, as there is nothing they can do. I was clear in what I wanted to pay and they didn’t care. Horrible customer service as well

If u enjoy waiting over an Hour to get ur phone activated this is the place for so they r slow and pushy . Save time and money buy online and have it activated in under 5 mins from ur own home

Worse store worse company to go to. I went to the store on malabar this unproffesional with a ungly ring on nose looking like a bull she was white she couldnt help me with my needs she was talking over me and she was ignoring me when I was trying to tell her that my galaxy s9+ is almost paid off I only have a balance of $60 on the acct.
