My daughter Melissa had my MAC book pro fixed with Harlee and Parker recently. A+++. So Awesome. Today I went in (with my sister)to get help on paring my new Sony Walkman w/ all my devices. Not only did they solve my problem but they were so kind and gracious while explaining the devices.I will recommend everyone to them and will always use them in the future.Thank you guys, so much for your expertise!!

A couple of years ago they performed Apples free battery replacement service for my iPhone. They completed the work in about an hour. Very pleased with their work. Ive owned Macs since the 80s. I mentioned problems I was having with my older MacBook Pro and found them very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Paid for a repair as a xmas gift went back and the store was abandoned without any notice and the phone disconnected. Owners should go to jail for fraud. The owner responded to my review and has offered to refund my deposit if I provide my info on their Facebook page which I cannot find for the Palm Bay location. Updated 1/8/21. The owner responded and sent a check to refund the amount paid proving he is an honest individual. I feel sorry that the pandemic caused this business to fail and wish him the best in the future. Nice to know there are still honest people in the world.

I decided to give this place a try because they had decent reviews online. My first impression was that they had a rather small selection. After looking at a few of their MacBooks it became obvious they bought the cheapest broken computers they could find off eBay/Craigslist, added cheap components or upgrades like used RAM sticks, and then added a 0 to the price tag. If I wanted to pay Apple prices I would go to Apple. I asked about some specifications and it was pretty clear the staff here is clueless. Save your money, buy somewhere else.

Went here for the first time with a buddy of mine who was looking to get an iPAD. Seem to have good deals on different Apple products and very knowledgeable. Giving 4 stars only because its the first time here and will wait to see how my friends experience is with the iPad he just bought.

After being told by Best Buy that it would cost $100 with a 4 day turn-around for being blocked from my iCloud password & with my mac glitching. IN UNDER AN HOUR both of my issue was solved! May I add that it was no way near even $50 dollars. If any iPhone or Mac issues they are definitely your GO TO for price and service. I had Hunter & Lauri assist me and they were fabulous!!!

A joke, waste of time guys 🤭😂. Their MacBook Pros are over price for the cosmetic Wear and tear on them. Just bought a 2015 MacBook pro 15inch for the same price on eBay. Why pay $1000 for a 10yr old computer that’s crazy. And yes I know their computers comes with a 1yr warranty, but there old and what happened after that 1yr concerns me.

I walked in with my MacBook and described my problem. He didn’t even look at it. He just told me to update my OS or get a new laptop. THEY ARE NOT authorized Apple repair. Go to Visual Dynamics on Eau Gallie. They ran diagnostics and fixed me right up.

I would NOT recommend this place. The sales lady was not honest. There was a sign saying 90 days free financing. I put $53.00 for a $300 used phone that was not even charged up and I asked her specifically if the $53.00 would be applied to the phone and she said I dont know. She knew that I had to get to work, and rushed me thru the finance package. Now I am paying $379.99 for a phone that is used and retailed for $299.00 per month. Rip OFF!

Extremely satisfied with the service and my experience here. Macbook HD crashed and I needed it up and running for work again in less than 12 hours. Technician was able to diagnose the issue, give me a reasonable quote and FIX my macbook in less than 3 hours on a Saturday. Give thanks to the staff. Clean atmosphere and serious work!

What an incredible experience. They work with all Mac products and dont nickel and dime. The service was also quick and friendly.

They kept telling me about how old my Mac is and said I havent seen this before Yes I have an old Macbook Pro but other reviews said they helped them. I was told I had to buy extra icloud memory and it would fix my problem. All I wanted to do is get my photos off my Iphone to the Mac. They had no other suggestions. As I was leaving I asked if I could transfer the photos to a thumbdrive and they said yes but didnt offer any suggestions or help with it. Wont go back made me feel very poorly about having an old Macbook pro. Also feel like they just wanted me to buy a more recent Macbook Pro.

If you have an iPhone, do yourself a favor and get it repaired with Apple. The screen they used caused glitches where the phone went berserk opening multiple apps and typing rapidly. I had to take it back more than 5 times before a refund. They replaced screen and re positioned wires before out of the blue recommending a software solution that no one at the store even mentioned. As soon as they placed the old Apple screen, all the problems disappeared. They did make true on their guarantee to refund the almost 150 bucks.

I did really like this store, until last weekend. My iMac keyboard died on me Friday, I had the old model that uses batteries. Not the new one that used the lightening chord. I called them up and asked if they had an for sale and how much, they said yes and $80. Since the new models are $99 I assumed it was a refurbished newer model. I took a ride over. The guy comes out with the old model! Mind you, you cant buy the old model retail anymore so I dont have a new price comparison, but I did buy the last one new, 2 years ago for $45! Why would anyone buy it used for $80?? I told him that price was at least doubled, I showed him his own website doesnt reflect that price - it have a 3 price tier that only went to like $44, nothing higher and I showed him other sellers online that ranged from $25-45. No where does this keyboard go for $80. He didnt care. So I left and bought the new model on sale at Best Buy for $89. I just cant believe they would take people for so much money on an old refurb keyboard that used to sell new for about half the price. Very disappointed.

I have bought many laptops iPads phones here as well as repairs the owner always helps me and is fair and polite. I will always recommend the business.

I will never go to another company for any of my Apple computing needs. Hands down the best cost, customer service and turn around time Ive ever experienced.

Finally, a store I can take my MacBook Pro to in Palm Bay! These techs know their stuff - glad to be able to count on them!

One week after using a Groupon to fix my cracked screen the entire screen separated from the case and the lcd went bad. I took it somewhere else to repair it immediately since I wasnt in town and needed my phone. I called the store to tell them and Lauri just said I should have brought it back in. The exact same thing happened to my friend-whom I sent to the store before my phone broke again-and her screen separated from the case on her iPad. I wouldnt recommend having your expensive electronics repaired here-not even for Groupon prices.

Great store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend it for anyone having issues with their Apple equipment.

Dont waste your time OR money!!! Awful experience. Went in with a cracked screen and left with a new screen but a home button damaged beyond repair, a battery that depletes within 2 hours, barely able to type and a phone that constantly over heats. I was lied to about the home button (I was told AFTER it was done that is an apple rule) and why it was no longer functioning and they refused to stand behind their 90 day guarantee.

My sons iPad has went back 3 times total of a month and a half in shop there phones never work and they never call to update don’t do it to your self
