PAUL is an exemplary example of great customer service. As a full time professional shopper, this guy goes out of his way to help me find those out of stock, obscure items. Since all of the Publix stores are laid out so differently, especially in the case of the promo items, he has a pulse on inventory, promo areas, and hard to locate items. Thank you for hiring such a shining example of what excellent service looks like!

Standard Publix. The lady that makes subs needs to find another position. Soooooo slow. I get it, employ the elderly. But you dont put them on making sandwiches. Everyone knows lunchtime deli in publix gets crowded. Good Lord. Get a manager with the stones and make the call to get someone that can make sandwiches fast. SMH

I’ve been going to this publix for the passed 3 years and I have to say I’ve never really had a bad experience until now. For people who go to Publix, know the Publix promise for some reason this Publix doesn’t honor it. Even when I show the manger that it was wrong.

Came in for prescription, hey didn’t try my insurance, didn’t really explain anything, then went to get take out from the deli. I was the only person standing there and three different employees from the deli saw me, didn’t ask if I needed anything. I had to say excuse me to get someone’s attention and I told the guy what I wanted. He said ok, walked away and then said someone else would help me. There was another employee right next to me checking the rotisserie chicken and he didn’t say anything either. So I walked away. Very bad customer service. Would not go back to hat store.

Not good, asked a manager where the Frenchs onion rings where he went to 2 isles and said I guess we dont have them. I always get them in stuart publix. So I put everything back and left.

Where shopping is a pleasure is not just a slogan at this Publix. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The produce is always fresh. The Bakery and Deli are well staffed and provide good service with very little wait time. The store is always clean and well maintained. In short, I recommend this Publix wholeheartedly.

It is too crowded in the front of the store. I believe this is the first Publix that I have ever been in that has a cluttered appearance

I just had a baby a couple days ago and spent all day in the NICU. He is a 3 week premie so were there alot. On the way home we decided to stop for a pub sub for dinner. I didnt feel like cooking so thats what my daughter wanted. We stopped and ordered and went home. I got a shower and opened the subs to sit down for dinner since we were all starving by this time. There was NO LUNCH MEAT on the subs at all 🤦‍♀️ I was very upset amd had a very hangry family. I called and spoke to the customer service manager Kerry. She was super apologetic. She asked for my name and number and order and address. She went and had the subs remade and then PERSONALLY drove them to my house (around the corner) AND refunded my money. Im pretty sure she was getting off and this was her off clock time too... I know they cant always do stuff like this and it was WAY more than I expected. Honestly I would have been happy with store credit. We love our pub subs 😆.. anyway, I couldnt belive how above and beyond She went, and how quickly she rectified the situation. That publix, well KERRY, has a customer for life. I will tell everyone I know how amazing she was. I can shop anywhere and she made sure we stay there!!!

Ive never had problems with any Publix before except this location. Three times now I have ordered subs online and all three times they had me waiting 20 - 30 minutes after the pickup time. There were people coming in after me and leaving before on the regular sub line. That defeats the purpose of ordering online. Im never ordering from them again.

I love Publix, nut lately i,m very disappointed about a couple people who packed my Groceries, first one there was a young he acted like I try to steel that small bottle of nail polish, it was stuck in the grocery store! I never steal anything! Today there was a young Lady packing my groceries all I like too say, very unfriendly!

We’ve been coming here for 15 years. It’s usually great. Disappointed to go today and sold intentionally mislabeled “Cuban” bread. Instead of simply advising they were sold out, the bakery person took a baguette and printed out a Cuban bread label. When we challenged this, she claimed this was a special recipe of Publix Cuban bread. We ate it. It was a good baguette. Not Cuban bread. Hate being lied to.

Great location close to work . Gotta Give it up for the Deli/hot food counter . Melissa is amazing and she great her customers with great attitude every time. She is also your best sandwich maker by far. Had one other person make my regular sandwich and it wasnt as good . Not many people may agree but I feel the way your sandwich is made makes it a more enjoyable taste and makes us want to come back again to get another just as good. Great leader behind that counter you have.

I know Publix workers aren’t security guards, but... maybe during a mandatory mask mandate city wide, remove people from the store who are actively walking around, coughing, sneezing, just gross.Otherwise, good experience at this Publix.

Went to get a certain lotto ticket, machine says out, i ask if she could refill it, she said the person who could do it was on break. Someone at all times should be able to provide service it almost seemed like she rude and didnt want to be bothered by me. Whatever happened to customer service?

The checkered stations were well-staffed, the store is clean, and is well stocked. It has a great parking lot and location in Palm Beach Gardens next to the Duffys in Oak Ridge Square. I would shop at this Publix and did for many years when I lived in the area and was always happy with their service

I shop oaktree public enjoy the the ease in finding items. The manager & asst manager are hands on which I find amazing especially when theres a problem.The employees are friendly, happy 2 assist, conversations are new abrupt, Ive always had nice conversations with them. A great store 2 shop in.

Very friendly and clean store. I am giving it two stars for two reasons. 1st: The baggers always slam the produce which causes it go bad pre-maturely. 2nd: The seafood always smells bad when you get it home (like bleach). I stopped buying my seafood there years ago and now I am considering getting all my produce at Doris around the corner as they dont slam the produce when bagging. I have actually asked them to not do this and the bagger always points to the cashier. The only thing they are careful with is the eggs.

The staff and patience with the patrons who at many times, especially in our seasonal months are high maintenance, are to be commended. This is not an easy store to work at. I Applaud the Friendliness, Competence and Endless Smiles I encounter there.Be Aware in the parking lot as its quite compromised crossing to enter the store or even getting patrons in cars to observe the signs allowing pedestrians the right of way.

Although almost a monopoly, these folks give great service to their customers. Ownership, although verrry politically conservative, hires great people with some of them being special needs. Good selection of food. It is interesting, however, how different Publixs are better at different food selections. (Including Sushi)

Publix is right down the best... When we went to cashier to pay, the bagger ask if he could help us unload our basket and did so... 1st time ever this happened... I shop her once every 2 years while on vacation... The best ever.

They wont slice the meat thin they are lazy. I had to tell the deli person that I was not going to purchase the ham and I asked for it thin. Then she sliced it thick again. I asked her if I need to go to another publix and she then sliced my my ham thin.

First time Ive been to a Publix that didnt give great customer service. I asked the deli worker if an item was still on sale, he told me yes, so I ordered it. When I got my order it didnt have the sale price. I went to customer service to inquire why and I was told the sale ended yesterday. There was no attempt by the clerk to correct the deli workers misinformation. So I walked out and ate lunch across the street.

Terrible publix. Empty shelves, horrible deli and hot food section. Meat section pathetic especially prepared, seasoned meat and poultry ready to cook. Icecream? Lol. Was once a good place now only publix worse is Northlake Blvd us1 store. I live across the street and wont shop there anymore!

It’s very disappointing when the store opens at 7:45am and at 8:30am there are empty shelves and no seafood out. What are you people doing all morning?

Absolutely terrible service. Every online order will be late by at least 20 mins. I come here once a week for the last 6 months and it’s the same everytime.

I like to visit every day publix vecause have many offers in everything, all is fresh and the prices aste reasonables, variety ax nd clean, the bakery is the best. My wife and me love the chicken wings and the fried chicken, salads and the sea food is very fresh. If I help you please push 👍.

Lived in Florida my whole life. The deli is one of the worst. Slowest, no leadership apparent. Whether its ordering online in advance or getting some meat cut.

Interesting store....employees seem to go out of their way to ignore you and avoid eye contact. I guess customer service isnt a priority.
