This review is long overdue and unsolicited. My wife and I first shopped at Consign and Design a year ago, just after purchasing a new home in Palm Beach Gardens. We met the manage, Melissa, who immediately understood our situation and provided amazing guidance and personal attention. We ended up buying all the furniture and accessories we needed at Consign and Design. The house looks great and I hate to think of how it would have looked if we had never learned about Consign and Design. They are totally reliable and trustworthy. If there were 6 stars to give, wed rate it 6 stars (which is also how we think our house interior looks now!).

Been meaning to stop in here for years, but never got around to it until yesterday. Nicely arranged, top quality merchandise. Its mostly consignment, which explains the high prices. They have to turn a profit and cover overhead. It was a bit out of my price range though.

We purchased a sofa and a table and chairs from the store. We could not be more impressed with the service. Mario, the gentelman responsible for deliveries, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Mario and his team communicated extremely well and did what they said they would do. I have a follow up items and they addressed it quickly and were very responsive. It is difficult to find this level of service in South Florida. We were very pleased.

Dont waste your time (especially during a pandemic) visiting any other consignment place. They are very selective and meticulous picking the items they take in. Everything is high end, yet reasonably priced, in mint condition, and exquisite taste. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Always a good idea to go on a regular basis as they have frequent turn over with constant restocking and these high quality items go fast!

Dont just browse online; go in and wander. Their store has everything for a room from ceiling to floor.

Soooo... I’ve never been a consignment kinda guy. However, when I saw their amazing website I thought “why not have a look”. Within my first 20 steps inside it was awesome. An amazing selection of high-end pieces furniture and accessories. I went shopping for bedroom, ended up with dinning room, bedroom and other pieces at great prices, and even better service. Linda & ??? were perfect, just the right amount of assistance, without being pushy!!! I’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Beautiful inventory of everything for the home.

We had never shopped consignment but thought we would check out consign & design. Great selection - nothing was junky. Good quality name-brand furniture. The service was AMAZING - Linda and Nancy was super helpful, as was the sales clerk (I forgot her name)

Always a great atmosphere and they are very nice!

They had nice merchandise but nobody greeted me or let me know that they were available for questions. They hovered behind the desk and basically ignored the fact that there were any customers in the store. I was looking for something in particular but decided to not ask as the sales people were not very welcoming.

BEWARE! Not completely honest or upfront when consigning furniture. Should be more professional. Looked at pictures and asked no upfront questions about specifics. Only shot high prices to entice you but then after you get furniture to the store the price or need changes. If you are going to consign here be aware and ask lots of questions before wasting your time.

My husband and I love Consign and Design! They have the best selection of consignment furniture and new furniture in south Florida. We have practically furnished our entire home with furniture we’ve purchased here. Their design team is wonderful to work with—ask for Melissa!

The employees here are not welcoming. Both employees looked at us & didnt even say hello. Furniture looked like used reproductions. Beware some of the area rugs may cause you to trip. Gave it a one star bcuz theres no option for zero stars.
