I visited True Treasures today with my husband, just to look around. What serendipity, what blessed chance, that we met Don, a home designer who works there. He took the time to chat with us, get an idea of our needs, was able to discern our style preferences, and pointed us to things we may find interesting. No pressure, because they dont work on commission there - just delightful company as we perused the store.We couldnt be happier, we found a replacement couch within our budget, and a gorgeous chair as well! Our house hasnt looked this good in years, and we owe it all to Don. His style is on point, and his interest was our happiness - he is truly the BEST!True Treasures has fantastic finds, great character pieces, great budget pieces, and gorgeous designer pieces - but the real hidden treasure there is Don. You couldnt ask for better. Look for him weekends, though the shop is open all week long - and they get new stuff all the time.THANKS DON!!!

I have been a True Treasures shopper for many years, until recently, mostly for accessories. Recently I did a home remodel and redecorating. As such, I have been shopping like crazy for furniture and accessories to fit the new decor. I have been working with Don, a recently hired True Treasures decorator at the Northlake store and I have to say that my experience has been like having a personal shopper/decorator! We have discussed my home, looked through photos and he has sourced items for me as they arrive!! This service is above and beyond what one would expect at a consignment store and I must say, a brilliant business model… I would hope to see it marketed in this manner in the future and will do my part to spread the word!! Furnished my Fl home from True Treasures as a good friend directed me there. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL merchandise for the price! Helpful staff with excellent taste. My new favorite place in Fl!!!

I visit this place every weekend with my mother and they always have an awesome assortment of furniture. The staff is friendly and there is a beautiful bird that lives by the register. There are 3 huge rooms of consignment so plan to spend some time looking around. Definitely recommend

I am not sure what happened to this place over the years. They used to have reasonable prices. It used to be also a good place to consign. Now the prices are close to new retail. Have contacted them twice over the last two years they have passes on my items for consignment.

Saw the perfect couch while at the store . Called a day later to purchase it over the phone. I had a friend pick it up for me as I was out of town. There was confusion and the wrong piece was picked up and brought to my house. When I called the manager he immediately solved the problem. Had the sales person fix the paperwork and then delivered the correct piece! Customer service seems to have been lost other places. BUT NOT HERE!!! They are FANTASTIC. I am so grateful they helped and solved a problem!!!! I will be returning very soon. Thank you again.

Just left after brusque shakeoff by saleswoman. Looked at a pair of lamps marked down to $350 six days ago. There were signs all over offering 20% off ALL LAMPS. We mentioned this and she said “that was yesterday” and walked away. There were at least SIX signs they failed to take down after this Small Business Saturday promotion. We asked another (much nicer) saleswoman. She repeated the statement about the promotion and that their boss would “kill them” if they honored it.Really!? The signs are all over and you won’t honor your mistake? You are a consignment shop and can’t find any way to move on the price? You’d rather lose a sale for you and the consignee?Good luck there. You know there are plenty of other small businesses that sell lamps, no?

Im not in the habit of giving poor reviews but feel compelled to do so with True Treasures. I have items Id like to put on consignment with them and have filled out their online form and sent emails but havent heard back from them.They have responded in times gone by but nothing in the last few weeks. Very disappointing.

Palm Beaches best kept secret!! I live this consignment store, so many new items every day. I go at least once a week!! Great for interior designers and home stagers too.

This place is terrible. I gave them my mothers dining room set. Ethan Allen. Just like new. 6 chairs. 2 leaves to the table. Full size china cabinet with lighting. Like new. 2 Ethan Allen end tables, 1 coffee table. All like new.After all their fees I made 80.00. TERRIBLE

They sold my Grandmothers dressers very quickly. Was Happy about that. Wasnt thrilled with the 60 (True Treasures) / 40 (me) split but understand they are running a business.

SELLER BEWARE!!! These sneaky owners offered to pick up a console for me, never mentioned a fee (I actually thought they were being nice because they stood to earn a lot of money) gave me a contract NEVER mentioning a fee and then subtracted $100 from my check! SHADY people, watch out

I tried to consigned a piece of furniture here a couple years ago. Not only was the staff rude to me (on multiple occasions), but I never saw a dime from the furniture I dropped off. Do not give them your business.

Long lines and workers and manager refuses to open more than one register. Poor customer service.
