If you can see the items in person Im sure they are a great place to buy from. If you bid from them online and they mislead you or better yet flat out misrepresent the condition of the item, they will leave you hanging.Integrity is important with auction houses and they dont want to take responsibility for their mistakes. While every auction house has the same all items sold as is etc. terms, of the hundreds Ive bought from, most will accommodate you when they mess up. DejaVu Estate Sales ultimately has no integrity and no accountability for what they sell you.I strongly suggest you avoid them if you are an online bidder or at the very least dont purchase anything that is fragile or condition sensitive from them as their condition statements cannot be relied upon.

Im so glad they give us a chance to rate and talk about our experiences with these auction houses. Because there isnt any way they could advertise any better than the people that they work with. Running a huge, busy auctionhouse is not easy. This company -Steven - keeps it simple, efficient and organized.

I purchased two items at their online auction one watch and a table. The watch was exactly as described but the table was not when I protested DejaVu offered a full refund. They are a professionally run business. I would do business with them again. When bidding on an auction item please do your research, and dont let your impulses get the better of you.

The items and pictures were 100% accurate. Their shipping was high-quality and reasonably priced. I look forward to shopping at their future auctions.

My first visit to Deja Vu Estate Liquidators Consignment Showroom and Gallery was during their Antique Road Show Special Event where they had experts in Jewelry, Art and Antiques on hand to give evaluations of items people brought in.There was a $5 donation to a childrens charity for participating in this event to have an expert opinion on your item. It was very interesting to see some of the unique items the other participants brought for the experts to tell them about and the large store was chock full of furniture, lighting, accessories, and even jewelry, handbags and some designer shoes all available at very fair to the market consignment prices. The staff members were helpful and patient and answered all my questions professionally. I was told about the monthly auctions held on the first Sunday of each month and realized that this is the kind of business I would like to do business with again.

I really enjoy shopping here. They have great stuff and are always getting in new things to see. The staff is super helpful and always professional. I love everything Ive purchased in the store and on the auction site. This is one of my favorite places!

Unprofessional and disrespectful. Picked up a preserved palm that was not taken apart in the advertised photo but it was. When we arrived home we realized over half the fronds were missing and the ones we picked up on the floor some out out of garbage bags were snapped up. I was told by Steven that he would talk to the owner and two days later a lady named Susan messaged me that we should have said something and mocked my comments about how I said it was nice. I asked for a 75 dollar credit for the hour drive and ended up with insults and implied accusation. They were completely unorganized and I am completely embarrassed. BTW I had to lie to my girlfriend that I got a credit just to calm her down.

I purchase from Deja Vu auctions often and I always find that they are great to deal with. They are always responsive to email and phone calls and provide excellent service in their shipping.

Long time in-store and auction customer, usually very satisfied with the items and the service. I purchased an expensive item at an on-line auction. It was damaged, and that damage was not shown or disclosed in the auction posted, so I bid (and won) in good faith. I called. Steven tried, but the owner would do nothing.I was a loyal customer, but I will never go back, and I will share my experience. Very short sighted of the owner since doing the right thing would have kept me as a customer and avoided the loss of more. And please, no replies re youre sorry I feel this way as youve given others who gave you a poor review. This is not about how I feel; this is what happened. The problem is your action (or lack thereof), not my reaction to your treatment of me. And I am not a disgruntled employee or a competitor.

This was my 3rd time attending a DejaVu Auction online & everything went very well as before until I received my shipment. When a business like DejaVu deals with such a large volume of sales & items, its not unexpected when something goes wrong. EVERYONE makes a mistake at some point. And, its how the business or person goes about correcting their error that tells you their true nature. I called DejaVu as soon as I realized there was an error with my transaction & I spoke with Steven who assured me that he would quickly remedy the situation & he did fix the issue. I bought several items at their online auction (Over $800) and this is by far the worst purchase we have EVER made. First they listed an item that they did not have in the store (A swarovski lamp) when we arrived to pick up they advised that only part of the item had arrived but the other part was in Orlando and not at the store, we decided to cancel the item and took the remaining items. When we arrived home to check everything the Lenox salt and pepper shakers they listed in excellent condition were damaged, the pepper mill is cracked badly. The Meissen creamer and sugar turned out to be a FAKE, reproduction by a company named Arnart. The Orrefors candlesticks are also not that brand and we are still trying to figure out the markings on the item. Just an overall awful experience.Word of advise: Do not buy from this auction house.

Gave them 2 designer purses for their auction Oct. 2019. Called in Nov. ‘19, told would b in Dec auction, then in Feb’20, after my con’t calls, found out purse sold in Jan. Gave them sev months break due to covid, Fall 2020 called 2x, say yes, purse sold, Said mgr wcb, but no one calls. Guess my designer purse was stolen since they kept purse & my contracted money. Don’t recommend giving them ANY items to sale as they do not honor contracts.

I absolutely love going to this shop. They are constantly getting in new items so theres something new to see everytime I stop in. I found a few great pieces the last time I was there that really brought together my entire living room. If you are in the area I highly recommend that you stop in and see for yourself you wont be disappointed.

I just read some negative reviews, and I felt motivated to write this review. They are one of the most organized and well run estate liquidators. I go to their sales often. They priced things fairly. And they’ve always been professional clean neat and enjoyable. Sometimes the sales are very very busy. Sometimes there’s a line at checkout, but that’s because they are a very successful estate liquidator and have many faithful followers!

Totally UNHAPPY with DejaVu’s last Auction. I left 3 Bids on 3 Items and was the successful Bidder on 2 of those 3. On one of the 2 items I left a Bid $20 HIGHER than the previous bid. Was told by Steven that I “in fact” was the winning Bidder and “PAID IN FULL” for my 2 successful Bids. He told me to come in on Wednesday 5/6/20 to pick the items up. When I got there he “acted like” he couldn’t find the 2nd Item. Then he came back out and said “a regular” customer picked up the item. I said “that’s wrong...I am the high bidder”. He said she had the same bid amount as me and she already picked up the Item. I said “Susan took my bid...you conformed on the phone that I was winning Bidder so please get the item back for me”. He said he would “try” but she was a “regular”. I said “But Steven, I had the ‘first’ Bid at that amount and therefore am the PRIMARY Bidder...please get the item back AND call me to pick it up”. He refunded my payment and I NEVER received the item or heard from a DejaVu again. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS!

Went to an estate sale they had today. Most disorganized event I had ever been to. And the people working there were some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. There was a sign in sheet on a car that most people didn’t know about because no one was out front giving directions. We found out about it because someone else in line mentioned it. Not sure the purpose of that though because no one was checking it and they were letting people who got there later in before the original people. Half the stuff listed in the ad was not available because they did not prepare properly. One guy was going to buy a copper pot. Lady working there saw it, grabbed it out of this guys hand, and yelled at the other lady working there “did you price this?” Then told the guy it’s wrong and you have to pay more, even after the worker said she had priced it. Another lady walked up with her purse and went to walk in. Lady working there rudely told her no purses are allowed I already told you. The lady said she just got there and no one was outside telling her the rules. There was an employee there walking around showing off his gun in his belt. Did not feel safe nor comfortable there. I don’t think I have ever written a bad review in my life but this experience was so awful I felt I needed to warn other potential visitors to this company’s horrible business practices.

Nice showroom and really good monthly auctions

Horrendous experience dealing with this company. I am new to Florida from Ohio.After I sent an email listing items I wanted to sell through auction, I spoke with the proprietor who accepted what I had at an agreed upon commission. I drove almost an hour each way to drop off my things and Stephen in the showroom had no idea what I was talking about and said the items had to be approved. A week later I received a contract and the commission was double what Was agreed upon. Basically they are disorganized and the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. They wasted over 4 hours of my time for nothing. I could have easily gone elsewhere. What a disaster.

Amazing staff, great selection of whatever you could imagine. Never have I seen such unique and beautiful peices. Susan is an absolute delight. I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. I will be going back there soon!

Please please do not use them. Losing a loved one is bad enough but having a company say they are going to ship the stuff and then not is even worse. My grandmother died over a year ago. Though we hired her to do an estate sale part of our contract was also to have them box and ship what we want back to us. We did get some of our stuff back but are missing multiple pieces. The owner will no longer get back to us and the people on the shop informed us that pieces they where suppose to ship to us where donated. They have not given us a receipt. The pieces have sentimental value and some financial value. Please beware. You should not have to go through this.

Very disappointed! Bought a lot of stuff previously. Recently purchased on Auction two 10K Gold rings they have hallmark 10 K that appears to be COUNTERFEIT. Even they sad that the rings untested Its illegal to sell counterfeit. The owner does not wont to solve this problem even i was ready to take the store credit. I hate to write a bad reviews but they did not give me any choice.

Very rude old people running the sales. No negotiations at all, at a yard sale. I was interested in a $200 table and the women told me when I asked to do $175 that she has no time to negotiate. And the man asked my wife to leave her $300 purse by the door in a house full of strangers. She just walked out. I understand there are low ballers that can be aggravating but these people are just not nice at all.Don’t choose them to sell your stuff. They will scare off customers!

The first time I went there no one could give me a price because the owner was at an auction... went there for the second time to buy a couple things on the show room floor- One of them had “not been inventoried yet“ so they couldn’t sell it to me and the other item was broken, so they couldn’t give me a price…Here is a tip-don’t have things on display that you’re not selling! It’s ridiculous. You waste peoples time. And it’s horrible business.

I had to do a last minute move and Susan was very accommodating, making sure everything was organized and done on such short notice in a timely fashion. It made my life so much easier, considering I was pressed for time! Thanks so much!

Horrible experience. She comes off sincere and caring as they take away your items. The record keeping was horrible. Any paperwork she sent me did not match my records. I had to continuously call her. She sold my items and kept the money. Be very careful in giving your items to her. There are many reputable consignment shops in this town. Stay far away.

DejaVu Estate Liquidators were very professional. They made a difficult task much easier. We had asked that they keep an eye out for certain items the heirs wanted and they were most accommodating. They even call a week or so later stating they found some of those requested items so we could pick them up. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect service

When my job asked me to relocate in less than a month, I panicked! I never thought I would have to suddenly figure out how to sell most of the contents of a 4 bedroom house!
