The gas station is great and provides fantastic service! It is my go to in my area and it is the number one gas station. Alex the desk provides excellent service and goes out of his way to please the customers. Alex is there often and always provides service with a smile. Great employee! I highly recommend this gas station! I would give six stars if I could!

PGA Shell is my go to for gas, snacks and service. Plus, they always have good music playing. Staff is friendly and pleasant. Store is clean, well stocked and the coffee’s great.

The first pump had the credit card swiper completely smashed in and the second pump would not allow me to enter my ZIP code. I went inside to ask for help and they said just to try another pump and I couldnt enter without a mask on! Nope I think Ill just leave... BYE.

Please try to avoid paying at the gas pumps. My bank account was compromised the day after using this filling station. It was used fraudulently at other gas stations the day after that, December 16, 2020 and 5 times in total until December 29, 2020. I had not used my card for four days prior and this was the only place the card was used. Not sure how someone stole my account information, but I regret not paying inside or using cash to pay. Please be careful out there. 😊

I asked if I cold use a coupon for American spirit cigarettes. The woman behind the counter very shortly states “we don’t take coupons” I was a bit taken aback. While she turn to get my cigs, I mumbled softly “I don’t understand why not” she snaps back around loudly says “I DON’T MAKE THE RULES I JUST ENFORCE THEM!” I was like Fine no explanation needed, she then says “as a matter of fact I don’t even have sell them to you!!” I’m like “REALLY, just sell me the cigs” and just to prove she’s got the power she says while waggling her neck “NOPE!” And turns and puts them back. She has no business dealing with the public instead of being kind in the first place, instead of diffusing the situation she made it 10x worse! She could have been more understanding and explained nicely.

I visited this place for buying gasoline and wine in the morning. The staff was very nice, good service, great wine selection and great price.

No gas available here, don’t waste your time.

What a POS gas station. Half the pumps had yellow bags over handles. The ones that were available the keypads didn’t work then to top it off when I went inside to give my card for fill up got attitude from female attendant that was on speaker phone with her friends. Will never fill up here again.

Avoid this statiom at all costs. Half of the pumps dont work and the other half force you to go in and pay. Then when you go into this filthy place (looks like has not been cleaned in 10 years) the service attendant acts like you are asking for a pint of blood to do pre-pay. I will run out of gas before I ever return.

Terrible customer service

The lady that worked there is the nicest person ever. She was helpful and sweet. And no, not from here. From NC. Our card didnt work and she was patient with making change. Also, nice clean bathroom. This girl should be GM for her positivity alone.

Well lit. Close to I-95. But priced waaaaaaay too high. Why? Only got enough to get me to reasonably priced station.

Very SAFE overnight 24 hour location...local and state law enforcement patrol often and now customers can go indoors late night. Very friendly helpful staff...Ladies I have been frequenting over a decade and this very small middle aged female night shift hospital worker has always felt safe.

Very good gas station. They have a very big variety of beer, especially imports from europe. Really nice to have that. The place is relatively clean until people start throwing their trash on the ground. Great staff better than the ones they used to have. The ones before were rude and always trash talking, glad they are gone found out they were selling drugs and stealing money from the owner

Over priced gas, girl behind counter on the phone, broken door handle to bathroom, no paper towels, no toilet paper, no soap, bathroom was filthy. Find another gas station. This is a very poorly managed Shell location.

If I could put 0 stars I would! I was treated so poorly here, I just moved to Palm Beach Gardens and came here to put air in my tire which was dangerously low, the machine ate my quarters and I went in to ask for help. They told me that it works just fine, so I asked them to come out and help me because maybe I was just doing it wrong. They treated me like I was an idiot and refused to help! They told me I could call the service number on the air machine and they would come fix the box for them in the future. Why is that my job?! Never coming here again. In such a nice area such terrible, rude service is unacceptable. 😤

I waited outside the store for almost 15 minutes since it’s the only one in the area that is open 24 hours and I couldn’t even get what I needed to get because the employee working had a be back in 5 on the door . Smh have two people working night shift so someone can have a break and you don’t need to close a store that’s 24 hours .

Most expensive gas in here Palm Beach Gardens, but its a quick and super close stop off of I-95 when your tank is running low. Almost all of the former staff has left, and they were great people.
