If you think you are Ordering delivery from the Whole Foods in Palm Beach Gardens because you live in the area, you are wrong. They don’t deliver from the Palm Beach Gardens store. Your food is coming all the way from West Palm Beach. This is stupid. This is wrong. This is deceptive.I will no longer be ordering delivery from Whole Foods. If you’ve been deceived as well please add your complaint. Maybe it can be changed.Delivery person was efficient and pleasant. Good person doing a job.That doesn’t excuse WholeFoods. I will not use them again.Oh- I called Palm Beach Gardens store. She said it is somewhere on the website. She was flippant and snide.

I got the worse food poisoning from there hotbar please be careful everyone. I talk to the manger and jokingly asking if I lost any Weight :/ very rude and unprofessional and I will never buy from this place again not even I’m sorry not even a refund not even a cell back I’m done with Whole Foods.

Now, thats a place that you can shop with confidence. Clean, cohesive, nice cold fridges keeping the products cold and fresh. Nice, attentive and friendly employees. A real pleasure shopping here.

The lack of coordination between Amazon online orders for food and the store is ludicrous. You order things online, they do not get delivered as if out of stock, and then next morning you find lots of them right on the shelf, with no help available apart from Amazon call center. Switching to Sprouts for good. Eternally sad how an upmarket grocery store has gone south so fast recently

While foods market is an outstanding place to shop. From excellent produce, meats to a unique selection of products found on the shelves. And to top it off outstanding customer service.

Nice products, good variety, a little pricy

Loved this supermarket with all its fresh, well made products. I live nearby and used to like shopping here. Not anymore. You would think that in todays day and age the store would be sure that the customer experience was good so that you enjoy going here and coming back. Nothing special....just be friendly and helpful, with maybe a little smile. Help the customer. Thats good for customer retention, too.This evening I stopped for one product at the deli counter. I needed some Cole slaw for a dish I was making. There were four people behind the counter and between the socializing and cleaning, (to maybe avoid being the one to have to do their job and wait on me), I was not greeted as I stood there looking like maybe, just maybe, I needed some help! After awhile, I walked back and forth a couple of times looking at the displayed salads, etc, and still no help. I finally asked if the deli was closed (it was approximately 7pm.). Not one person looked up until I started walking away, then one girl said without a smile like I was bothering her (and I was never acknowledged as I stood around wasting time to see if someone would wait on me)......finally I got the Ill help you in a minute with the scowl face. Yes, wait some more. What do I have to beg to get help and spend money here?!? This was so uncomfortable and it takes a lot to get to me. Well, you lost me as a customer Whole Foods. I dont come in expecting anything but the employees to do their job and be friendly. I was the only customer at that deli tonight and I felt like I was getting angry over this treatment.I dont like being made to get angry while simply shopping. You lost me as a customer. Ill go to Publix as they are always helpful and friendly. I hope others dont experience the same. Im done. No more Whole Foods for me, period!

Good selection of no salt items, especially beans! My daily staple for proteins! Prices were very reasonable.

The hot bar food is excellent. Great variety. Great taste.

This place needs a serious prepared food overhaul. I wish I lived closer to Palm Beach Lakes store. Their salad bar and hot bar are always so, clean and delicious. This hot bar and salad bar are always very very sad looking to say the least, as well as most of the prepared food behind the case. They really need to make some serious changes because its been like this for a long time!

Convenient location, good staff and good food. Always well stocked and clean, I have never had a bad experience here before. Whole Foods can be a bit pricey for the average shopper (like myself) but I do find joy in treating myself from time to time by stopping by, picking up some artisan soap, Japanese dough ice cream and a fancy slice of lasagna 😊👍

Someday people will be able to eat outdoors again at this grocery store. That is after they get done with all the construction. Damn covid-19.

First time at this location. Absolutely gross prepared food section. It was empty and what was there looked like it was from yesterday. Same for the pizza area. It’s 6 PM. Wouldn’t they want to be stocked so that commuters can pick up dinner on the way home? I left and didn’t buy anything.

My daughter took me there after hospital discharge and purchased Chestal Honey cough and congestion a Homeopathic medicine it works within 2 hours was getting rid of the congestion

Love this Whole Foods better than Palm Beach Lakes because it is less crowded and does not have so many runners filling orders blocking aisles..Easy in out experience and the staff is great! Keep up the good work!!

Love WF but this location could use a lot! Make sure you check the expiration dates. Ive gotten food poisoning twice now from expired food!

Clean, masked staff, pleasant experience. Went first thing in the morning to avoid crowds. I do miss the cool little bars they have in california in the store. Well, maybe some day again.

Haven’t been here in months since the pandemic. Went here at noon to make a fresh salad and was totally disgusted. Red onions were spoiled, broccoli was almost black from oxidation. Hot bar items were dried out and nasty. This tells me no one is monitoring/stirring the food on a regular basis. I used to love coming here and the food was great. I notified customer service and asked the if they are under new management and the lady said yes.

I was in this morning and what a disappointment! The entire staff in prepared foods deli refused to wait on customers. Plus the selection of available foods was dismal. $$$ with poor selection and poor service = no purchase. So sad!

Didnt have enough of the right produce. Especially apples and bananas. Plus some favorite items were not available. Namely seaweed, chicken thighs, and apples.

I really like this store. Staff is super friendly. One time I asked about vegan pizza by the slice. They said due to lack of demand, it’s only available whole pie. Which I understood. Next time I went, they heard my request and it was available by the slice. That’s service. There is an excellent selection of vegan baked goods at this Whole Foods. While it’s smaller than others in the area, they make up for it. My only problem was their ingredients on prepared foods aren’t accurate. It’s concerning if you have food allergies.

Friendly employees with a Clean atmosphere and good variety of options. Wish prices were a little better but that is sadly the cost of healthier options. I do appreciate the Whole Foods Amazon app where it can save you some money or add in discounts you may not be aware of.

Its the cleanest grocery store with the most covid protection guidelines that Ive seen so far. Theres sanitary stations everywhere. Felt very comfortable shopping. Ive been running in stores and getting exactly what I need and getting out due to safety concerns. I was able to walk around and look at things. It was a very nice experience. I just wanted to thank the guys in the Seafood department today on Saturday afternoon that went FAR OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me. I got a few dozen Wellfleet Oysters that were some of the best Ive had outside of my state. I havent bought Oysters in this area in the 10 years I have been here and I was astounded at how well they were stored and how fresh they were. Some big names in the area charge 3 times as much and they LOOK DEAD. Ive been shopping here more and more lately and think they have the best deal in town on all organic meat IMHO. I miss coming here.

Every day is a good experience at Whole Foods. Very clean and organized, makes it a great experience to shop.

Convenient if you are local but very overpriced. Many people also dont realize the amount of unhealthy foods that are sold here using so called healthier ingredients. You have to know whats hurtful and whats helpful. Most of the food and products are overpriced junk for the most part. Whole Foods pizza, donuts, breads, cakes and pastries as well as sugary drinks are still unhealthy as well as most of the items they carry. Sure you can find healthy options if you know your way around but dont think for a second that its all good because its at Whole Foods. Its not. Over the years I have wondered about the appearance of some of the employees. Huge grotesque piercings, and tattoos are readily on display for you and your children to see. Individual expression of personas and lifestyle choices dont need to be so blatant in any place of business thats open to the public in my personal opinion. Neither do political biases. Im there overpaying for certain products because its convenient at times. Thats all. I know people who wont go in there because its known to be a politically biased atmosphere. Disney has learned its lesson over this kind of thing. Whole foods should do the same.

Since Bezos ownership prices of pastries, hot food have become very favorable. Some things are pricey and artisanal but there are now incredible values as well. I eat there regularly and have never been disappointed. Enjoy 😉

I would eat here everyday on my lunch break until it all started going down hill, had a salad from them last week (from the hot bar) and the lettuce was so terrible it was uneatable. I still went back though, I had the Mac and Cheese yesterday and I’ve never gotten so sick in my life! I would not trust their hot bar, it’s inconsistent and I do not trust it at all.

Pathetic customer service. I was harassed by an employee named Bruno. His co worker told him to please go to the back as he could tell he was obviously creating a conflict with me over salad. Before i could leave he then felt the need to come back out and try to stand over me again taunting me laughing about the situation. As i tried to leave the manager then tried to make me out to be the bad guy saying he would call security on me, the customer?? After all i was just trying to get some dinner... Very sad standards i would highly recommend to stay away from this place 👎👎👎

Then he said “I don’t know what fish you want” I overlooked his statement then he said “ I am not trying to give you a hard time”While he was preparing my fish a white woman walked up and he instantly said, “I will be right with you”Depending on who the customer is, the level of service is obviously DIFFERENT!

I found my favorite yogurt for $3 and 61 cents less then I was paying for it the most popular grocery store in Florida its Whole Foods brand but it tastes exactly like the name brand delicious! I love this supermarket, everything is fresh, colorful and great quality. We know organic products and organic food is expensive compared with regular food, but in Whole Foods you feel and you understand the why. It worth it.I highly recommend to have a meal in their food bars, everything is delicious. You paid $8.99 per pound and you a getting food with organic a fresh ingredients. The taste is everything. I love to eat there, perfect for rush lunches.My favorites: fruits and vegetables, salmon, cheese and Flowers.At the food bar: lasagnas (delicious), kebab balls, curry chicken salad !

I had been shopping at this market a few times weekly. I would go in to get an espresso, do my shopping, and get on with the rest of my day. For over 2 weeks now the expresso machine has been broken and Ive gone to a Starbucks and done my shopping at a major grocery store next door. I have now realized over that period of time I saved between 60 to $100 on groceries and spent an extra $6 on coffee. I dont know why Whole Foods cannot keep an espresso machine running but I do know Im going to save money now instead and go directly to Starbucks and the major grocery store. I stopped my prime membership when they bumped the fee, so there is no benefit now to shop at WFM.

I dont shop at Whole Foods PBG often but when I do, the staff is always professional & friendly. Most recently I had a great experience with Drew in Customer Service. Drew was kind and very helpful in helping me check out and took the effort to find answers on a specific product for me. Thank you Drew!

Got harassed in this store by an anti masker and staff member Jason did absolutely nothing to help. Basically shrugged his arms and walked away. Meanwhile Im being yelled at my someone without a mask. Emailed corporate, and they couldnt even take the time to reply to me.

They have everything and more than you could want from a neighborhood market. Good selection. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Loved the place.

What happened??? I went into Whole Foods in Palm Beach Gardens and there was hardly any fresh vegetables. The organic products were old and or empty. Very disappointed to see this happen since Amazon took over. Sprouts has a much better and fresher selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Cant believe Whole Foods sold out to Amazon of all companies. 😪

Update 4/20/20This has been the best store to delivery food during the pandemic! $35 minimum order and no delivery or special handling fees like Instacart. Food is always fresh and the produce lasts twice as long as anything from Publix. Cold food is delivered in silver insulated bag too! Highly recommend Whole Foods!Previous post:Tried the Amazon Prime member free delivery and was pleasantly surprised! I was concerned that the quality of produce might not be the same as if I had gone to the store myself.But the bananas, grapes, pears, bell peppers, etc. were fresh and not over ripe. Very tasty. Plus, my cold food items (cheeses) were in an insulated bag. They even delivered $1.00 gallon bottled water.I’ll be shopping at Whole Foods more - with Prime member savings on many items and free delivery!

I was here a couple days ago and the hot foods were MEDIOCRE...The mac n cheese was old and theres no hot wings bars like the locations in Miami which have more options. Theres a new Planet Fitness at Forest Hill Blvd and Military Trail and next door is a huge space that used to be JCPenny. It would be AWESOME if Whole Foods opened at that location because you have to travel all the way to North Palm Beach and that location is SMALL.

They have a pretty complete selection of groceries with many different brands.

If you need lunch when youre nearby, dont hesitate to try it. There must be at least 12 soups to choose from. Then theres the hot food, buffet style, load up your box, pay by weight arrangement with authentic tasting Indian foods, some Mexican, Chinese, mac n cheese, potatoes, etc. Also salad. Delicious food, clean store, well organized and nice staff. Check out was a bit a of wait but worth it. Napkins, forks, etc., provided with plenty of seating. Had to pick up some lovely chocolate while I was in. Lunchtime parking can be challenging.

We love out Whole Foods in NJ but the staff here is extra friendly and attentive. Only suggestion is that they improve the bakery section. Good breads were in short supply compared to what we are used to back home.

Deep down in my heart I still have love for whole foods, especially cause I grew up near one for most of my young life. It used to be the go-to hipster grocery store (see Trader Joes) but it got too big and now that Amazon bought it its basically the Walmart of grocery stores. It wreaks of corporate meddling. They dont sell certain things I used to buy in the past. I still do come here though because they sell very fresh fish and have a big selection of meats. Runner up to Trader Joes, at least in this area.
