Great prices, clean, best meats (specifically beef, lamb and chicken). All around good customer service. Shelves are consistently stocked. I wish there were more Winn Dixies still open; they really are the meat people!!

This store is close to my house and very convenient issue is deli department, and they stopped selling ROCKSTAR brand drinks, once you know the store and what aisle to find what what your looking for.. But they do change things around on you!.. Everyone I speak with is very nice!

Ok place. Welcomed at Seafood dept. Welcomed at the Meat counter. Deli folks, not so much. After 3 excuse mes to try and get someones attention, I figured I would get some food elsewhere. Finally, the cashier who checked us out was A plus. Smiling, quick, a glad your shopping here attitude. And she was purty too, ;p. I forgot her name, but i will shop there again just because you have employees like her.

It was ok,they had alot of business at the time I went through and they were very professional as well, would recommend this place from maintenance on tires to anyone quick in and out and prices are very reasonable

The place smelled of fish. Apparently, coolers lost electricity but other than that the place should have been much cleaner in general.

I went for the 2 days sale. The staff were helpful. I didnt have a card but cashier and next shopper had one so I could get the sale price. It was busy this Saturday.

Steve which is the store manger was very disrespectful and nasty with me he couldn’t resolve a register issue in told me that I couldn’t use my payment method and told me I had to leave all after the cashier messed up on the transaction . Steve needs to go over the handbook on customer service!! And also should fully understand and know how to use register if he’s stores manger

Two times I’ve come in and two cashiers have been extra rude. I asked a question or two. And they didn’t even really respond. If you don’t want a job, don’t come to work. Overall the other employees are nice. But you guys need different cashiers.

Never enough registers open. Always reeks of fish right when you walk in. Everything is overpriced. Cashiers are slow.

Most prices were too high compared to walmart, but there were a lot of bogo sales. Theyre trying to compete while standing on their last leg before they completely go out of business soon.

Purchase seafood wanted my seafood steamed was told they didnt have any butter to steam my seafood, how is that when your a grocery store. I didnt understand that at all.

Place to go to buy meat. Usually has good deal on typical meat like chicken, hamburger meat, porkchops, steak, etc. However, other things cost more then publix. Towards the back of the store smells like bad fish. Fruits and vegetables go bad within 1 to 2 days after purchase.

Well they had what I wanted at a very reasonable price, not crowded with sheep, and check out was very very nice pleasant! Over all left with my goods and a smile on my face!Id say winner at Winn Dixie !

I want this place to succeed as its a long time business. But the atmosphere is unfriendly as is the staff. The staff isnt knowledgeable about store items. Its not well kept like Publix and displays are haphazard.

The prices are not updated to their sales. You have to look at your receipt everytime. Lazy staff. Maybe 2 lanes for checkout. Its crazy how long you have to wait to pay.

Clean store,, and I enjoy seeing all the unique produce and products on the shelves as a customer. As a professional shopper, there is no logic to where some items are located. Also, the weight on meats is impossible to read. A website showing aisle location would be super helpful!

I ordered a 1/2 ham and American cheese sandwich with lettuce, tomato and Mayo and I had a loaf of bread with on extra thin piece of ham (just one layer) one piece of cheese cut in pieces to go all the way down 🙄 one leaf of lettuce and all that.......drowning in a pool of mustard. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I wish I could post a picture of that joke.

Johnson was a very nice cashier. Ive been here several times but you can tell management is doing a great job. Everyone was friendly and helpful even amidst everything else going on.

My shopping was great till I got to the deli. I waited for about 3 minutes and nobody came to help me to get crab salad. So I have no crab salad tonight. Very disappointed with that deli.

Prices are going up but still some good deals. Clean store. Customer service could be way better. Cashier didnt greet me or say a word to me at all. Had to scan my own water, watermelon and sodas as well as bag my own groceries. Meanwhile to the right of me 3 employees were chatting it up and laughing instead of working.

I so enjoy the selections at Winn-Dixie, however it is very difficult to find something or a person that works there if you do have a question. Also, the meat selection is amazing, however you cannot read the weights of the meats unless you have a magnifying glass. Such a nice store. So progressive in so many ways and so backwards and so many others I wish this could be fixed

This is one of the few true grocery stores in the area. There is always Walmart or local specialty shopping but if you want a little bit of real grocery store variety this is your place If you want real dependable meats such as USDA prime and Angus steaks go here.. Most places carry imported meat from Mexico. Watch your labels. If its really cheap there is a reason.

Nice staff

Walk into the store and i can hear the staff cussing and being generally rowdy. Trying to reach this store on the phone is impossible at times. Most (not all) the cashiers and nearly always the customer service desk attendants act like they have chips on their shoulders. Poorly managed bottom line.Tell your employees to smile 😃, wish people a good day and keep the horse play at a minimum. It is not professional! They recieve money for their services. Act like it!

Hi me and my girlfriend were just in the store. We were shopping for separate groceries.She and I live in different places.But we decided to use one grocery cart . We have been having a hard time find toilet paper . So we thought we hit the jack pot. WE have found paper products.She bought the small one for her place and I bought mine. Well things turned badly .We were harassed by one of your clerks.She was like one per person. She sees two of us standing there. YOUR sign said one per person .Not one per cart. She went and got her manger and caused a scene . I will never shop in that disgusting store again. It looked run down too.

Bathroom sign says for employees to wash their hands yet the container is broken.Meaning it’s broken for me too.Also, no hook to hang your coat and purse.No shelf to sit your coat and purse.They play too much.
