Today was my first time shopping at a nutrition smart and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. First of all the staff at the Northlake location is very friendly and helpful. Nutrition smart had a craft non alcoholic ginger beer “Maine Root” in stock that I tried out of state and loved and no other business in Palm Beach County carries it. Keep up the great customer service!

Great place to shop and buy groceries, I have been going for a month and it is a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate the help of Victoria, she goes above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. It is nice seeing women in empowering and helpful roles, this is good healthy change. I also appreciate Alex, Evan, Ruth, Samantha and Nicole. Great staff. Im cozy

I always like the variety of bulk foods, grains, herbs and spices, etcetera that all the Nutrition Smart stores carry. I also buy bread making ingredients too. And of course they have supplements.

Best health food store Ive found in South Florida so far! It reminds me of my favorite Co-Op in Lexington, KY (Good Foods) with an all local, organic, farmers market type of feel, natural remedies and supplements for dang near anything 😍 Here, you can also save big on the bulk foods, homeopathy, aromatherapy, and all of the non-toxic goodies you can imagine 💭 I love this store!*Its a little gem 💎 tucked back in the first plaza (on the Northern side of road), headed West on Northlake, right next to I 75.

Love the fact that I can always find vegan options and speciality items like soy-free chocolate!! Love it! Great customer service in all departments.

The Garden of Life selection is great and often on sale. The employees are friendly and keep the store very clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

I cant say enough good about the Northlake Blvd store. They have a lot of quality products and terrific sales so keep an eye out!. Ive spent time brainstorming and getting assistance from many of the employees and they are all very helpful and happy folks. Kudos to Julia, the manager, for hiring super people.

Don’t let the small size fool you, this store is jammed packed with good stuff! All the hard to find stuff is right here! I wish I would of found this place earlier! Plus the staff is knowledgeable! Excellent & local!

I have a medical exemption that i do not have to wear a mask and unfortunately that’s still an issue at the store. Believe whatever you’d like, I won’t be shopping here again.

My son caught the school bus on the day he was supposed to remain at school. He went in to this store to ask for help after the bus left and I was not there. The employees in the store along with the police were able to locate me and keep him safe until I arrived. Im forever grateful and will surely shop here from now on. They gave him a bag of chips and some juice that he enjoyed.

Have been an avid customers nutrition smart for over 10 years. Today I go in to return a vitamin that I bought just yesterday and they tell me that they can no longer except returns because of the pandemic. They didn’t prominently show it at their store, it was in tiny letters at the bottom of the receipt saying they couldn’t accept returns. Wish I could keep giving my business to them, but after today I’m moving elsewhere.

Love this store. Everyone is great. So knowledgeable and patient and caring and anxious to help. I have learned so such from classes. Prices are good and such a wide variety of products--food, beauty and of course supplements. Been coming for about 20 years. Thank you Nutrition Smart and to all the wonderful employees. LOVE.

All their produce is organic and they have an amazing selection to choose from. They just expanded their grocery aisles too to have a lot more products. I love this place and shop here more often than Whole Foods. Really good quality here and the staff are very friendly.

I just love this store! I was contacted by Jill in Marketing to teach classes. Not only was I excited to teach in this store (being healthy and publishing Paleo Italian Cooking) but it was a perfect match. I truly enjoy working with Jill and she is very dedicated in promoting the classes and shares her passion of the store. I also shop at this store to get my healthy ingredients, supplements and protein powder. Its really a one-stop-shop for a healthy body!

A small boutique grocery with some very unique for choices. Lots of local, organic, vegetarian/vegan, and other specialty items. Plus the sandwiches are just amazing.

The employees are very nice, knowledgable and helpful here. The prices are probably better than many other stores for many items. They always have what I need in stock as well.

Store employees are always willing to help with a smile, love this store but I think it should have a web-site with there products. Save people a trip if they dont have what you need. Overall the store is awesome!

I absolutely love this store .Staff is friendly,knowledgeable,and always ready to help you find whatever your searching for .I love that .Lots of variety.Prices reasonable I can send my husband in for me and he’s happy that a staff member will always help him find whatever’s on my list .Now he’s eager to stop and grab items for us because it’s always a pleasant trip and never a hassle.

Very strange experience felt like employees were very rude & just staring at you no help what so ever. Most of the items were on sale & when you go pay they say that the sale was expired don’t recommend very weird energy & employees .

Those people have no interest to satisfy their customers. They constantly argue to safe a couple of dollars. They need to learn how to appreciate their customers, otherwise they will lose the ones they have. Similar store-Tunnis, across the road unfortunately ran out of business.

Several hard to find products are available. Great organic food supply and senior day is on TUESDAYS. There are product reps liturature available and classes to improve health. A win win health shop stop.

I love this store! They offer the community great food and raw/vegan/g-f brands that you cant find anywhere else in the area. They have classes on terrific topics and the staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Im grateful theyre here in Palm Beach Gardens.

Ive been shopping at Nutrition Smart for almost 14 years, it is my favorite health food store; a large selection of supplements, organic produce, groceries, meat (organic of course), great prices, seniors discounts, just to name a few but the best is their knowledgeable and friendly staff, they are the real stars!!! Always a pleasure to shop there.

I got a call from Haley at Nutrition Smart reminding me of my appointment for health testing and how Medicare pays for it.I’ve never been in the store, or gave them my contact information, but they knew my name and cell phone number... sounds like fraudulent solicitation for Medicare billing to me... using a purchased call list....Not cool to leave a message confirming your “appointment” tomorrow, then toting how Medicare covers the services... at best unethical business practice, and at worst illegal Medicare fraud... you should know better! Shame!Update: This review now has caught the attention of Sharon at the store who just left me a message stating this was all one misunderstanding... She states that I did sign up for her class, and that is why I got the reminder......Hmm, I’ve never been to your store and never signed up for anything... Now your asking me to remove my review? I don’t think so... It sounds like you got caught cold calling for “free” Medicare services....Let’s be honest....1. It was a cold call, phrased to confuse the “customer” that they already enrolled in a class.2. “Free” with Medicare or PPO insurance as a enticement so the “customer” thinks they are getting something at no charge3. Medicare services are not free, the tax payer pays for them... as was quoted in the original call, services to be rendered run 600 dollars4. The “free” service may have a deductible if billed under medicare B and Medicare supplement, or 20% copay if just plain Medicare alone. (Medicare alone only pays 80%).5. Will the provider then wave copay/deductible? What are the rules on waving deductibles and Copays per CMS?I think Haley may need more training on the CMS rules, and how that relates to advertising services and Medicare billing....
