The owner of the store cannot remember his name but he is a very racist man one time he accused me of taking something out of his store which I did not he treats his employees like garbage hes not nice. When you go into the store he always accuse you of things. I do not understand how people want to treat you like that I want you to come into their store and spend your money.

My wife called here to place an order. We have a 6 month old baby and are in a pandemic keep in mind. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. She was very adamant about saying that there is nobody in the store and that we need to come in. Easier said than done with an infant...and if there is nobody in the store, why is it such a big ask for you to put an order together? Laziness. Times are tough for everybody right now and it blows my mind that even though we go out of our way to support a small business and pay top dollar, the same support for the customers cannot be returned. We used to spend hundreds of dollars here weekly but going forward I will never step foot in this place again and will be sure to spread the word as well. Unreal...

I have been going here for quite a few years and highly recommend them. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.This is a great place to shop for your herbal medicinal needs.

First visit was helpful. Second visit was sarcasm remarks and was recommended product for joint pain and felt the person was in so much pain she would not come behind counter to help.Have not been back since then.

Nutrition World is my go to for health supplements and vitamins. The staff is highly knowledgeable. Vanessa has really helped me tremendously over the years!

Me and my wife are living in Palm Beach county and we are travel lovers and we like to taste different food flavors, also we enjoy to know new places in our neighbor and far to, for that reason  in that occasion we visited Nutrition Word where they have good options to humans and pets in specialfor dogs, good branches and quality, the staff is very nice and helpfully, the place is clean and organized, and you can do everything by the website. Vanessa is worth wanting for if she happens to be busy with another customer. Her knowledge is endless. The formula she combined for mewas spot on, arthritis was disfiguring my fingers as well as pain, within three months faithfully using the vitamins my fingers straightened and I am out of pain. I am a steady customer for sure. Highly recommend!

The workers are very helpful and friendly. The prices are average like the other health food stores. You are able to find what you are looking for the majority of the time.

Ive lived in this town for 7 years and have always heard good things about Nutrition World, so I was very excited to visit them this past Monday. I worked with a gentleman who seemed nice enough but not as knowledgeable as I had hoped, even though he is supposedly the CBD expert. He sold me the first thing I asked about - even though I know NOTHING about CBD - and then neglected to tell me that apparently the return policy doesnt apply to the gummies. Sadly, they gave me a raging headache and diarrhea. So when I went in today - not even 4 days later - to exchange an almost full container for a MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT, I was told that the gummies were not returnable. There was no apology, no nothing. And now Im out $50 with a jar full of product that I will never use. I will definitely not be returning to Nutrition World, nor will I recommend them to friends and family.

Worst customer service. First I had to wonder around the store looking for a particular supplement that i couldnt find. Finally I had to go up to the front to ask for help from the employees that had been standing around chatting. When I found what I was looking for I went to the front to pay and the female employee stood there reading. Finally I asked her if she was available to check me out. She said yes, I told her that I had been standing here waiting. She simply responded that she had seen me. Obviously she didnt mind me having to wait while she finished reading her paper. Rude. I will never be back. It was also hard to find a parking spot.

Im not sure if these guys are even a real site I ordered a product 3 months ago, and still have not received it. I have been emailing asking where it is and got some reply about their system being down two months ago. Still have not received my order, and im $50 out of pocket and no way of getting it back!

Ive been in the store numerous times and love it! They have everything and anything related to supplements, vitamins and health! I always need help because theres so much to look through and someone is always quick to show me what Im looking for :).

Everything a health and nature conscious consumer needs. From the obvious, like vitamins and snacks, to pet food and cleaning supplies, and more. If they dont have it, nobody does!

First time mother, paid for baby food containers back on October 2014, today is 12 January 2015. I never received the goods nor a refund. The company do not respond to emails with my request for the goods or refund in the event they cannot supply the goods. I have logged requests for this company to respond to me every 3 days for 4 months and they ignore my emails. All I want is either the goods or my refund. DO NOT BUY GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I had of read the reviews before purchasing online.

The lady working there was not very friendly and she kept walking away from me when I was trying to ask for help. I ended up leaving the store. She seemed rushed and impatient. I needed help finding vitamins to take while nursing. I will not be returning.

I always had excellent customer service. If you didnt have excellent customer services, Chances Are you created the lack thereof.
