I dropped by ideal nutrition this past Monday to try see if meal kits would work for me. Ive been very impressed so far!. I picked up 5 meals for my work lunches and Ive enjoyed every single one that Ive tried thus far. The attendants were very nice and helpful. Just fyi theres a lot of people who choose delivery/pickup apparently so the stock seems to go pretty quickly. Their restock days are Sunday/Wednesday if that helps you decide on when to stop by. Quick, painless and pretty affordable. ! Ill be back!

Love the idea of being able to walk in a pick from a variety of refrigerated fresh meals. Use the microwaves onsite and eat inside or in the courtyard. Dine here often with my wife. Health care workers get a discount and the only competition seems to be grab and go at gas stations and the hit or miss at Publix.

Love ideal nutrition! I order meals here weekly. They have great options, a good price point, clean store, and excellent service. Their website is very slow and thats the only thing they can improve on but does not affect their food or service in any way!

Husband loves the lunches. I buy them for him each week. Great job. Reasonably priced and tasty.

I love the convenience of not having to cook, and the food is good at best, but I’ve gone on 3 separate occasions and each time the employees have been oddly rude? I felt as if it was an inconvenience to be in there. Not sure if they are also suffering through a labor shortage (which in that case it’s understandable ) but it never seems busy enough for that to be the case. Was expecting at least decent customer service based on other reviews but it has not been my experience.

Have loved all the meals so far. Very healthy. The only problem is now there getting to popular so the meals are going fast.

It’s absolutely delightful to throw your meal in the microwave and two minutes later it is steaming hot and delicious. It is the wave of the future.

Unfortunately, the Mahi at this restaurant is like eating paper with water. I am being respectfully honest. I have been eating from this service for a year. The other meals are superb, there is room for improvement. More vegan/vegetarian options and more fish options. Please find a better way to provide the fish. It really is dry. I had to down water to finish the meal. Once again, I enjoy the food from here besides the listed. Remember, this is Ideal Nutrition, right? It is not IDEAL, to provide an unpleasant dining experience.Thanks,Anju

It’s not even attempting to be organic/local - and please stop using the word natural meat. Fast food restaurants use this too... in and out in 5 seconds.

I have been purchasing meals at Ideal Nutrition for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. The meals are healthy and affordable and the pick-up process is super quick and easy. I usually just walk in, pick out my meals and pay all under 5 mins. The staff is super helpful and kind.

Meals have been great so far. One of their guys Chad had a set up at our gym and did a great job of showing me everything they had to offer. It makes eating healthier much easier with a hectic work life.

Really enjoy the food and hospitality. The buy 1 get 1 deals are amazing. The food is really yummy, my favorite is the pulled chicken.

I never thought I would be a fan of meal prep food, but I was surprised it is actually quite good. Chad helped me get started with a weekly food regiment. So far Im very satisfied!!

Ideal Nutrition is by far the best and most delicious meal prep company. I’ve stayed loyal to them, because every week the meal selection changes and it’s always prepared well. These meals have the proper nutrition to keep me happy, healthy and lean. They have appropriate sanitary and safety measures. Delivery or weekly plan subscription is very convenient. 10/10 would recommend.

Good food at a cheap price. They come prepackaged and have Paleo, Keto and regular meals all for about 7 a meal. They also have a subscription service. I like the majority of the meals and some not so much. Only complaint is the lack of anything new. Its the same meals week after week. Eventually i got sick of them and quit buying as much.

The food is so good. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s portioned perfectly and filling. Love it. Joanie

Amazing food and super friendly staff

Extremely disappointing. Ordered food from them and had my food arrive completely cold. Not just not warm; but cold as from a fridge. It would be appreciated if you would list on your menu if your items are cold, especially when you display a photo of a warm plate on a dish. Nowhere on the menu was there any indication that the food would be cold. I wanted a warm, made-to-order meal, if you’re going to send me a pre-prepared meal at least give me a heads up. Also, they definitely lied on the portion size saying there was 25 g of protein in the meal, but in order to get 20 g of protein from a Beyond Beef you need at least 4 oz and there was barely anything in the enchiladas. Overall a disappointing experience. As a vegetarian it is very important to have enough protein and to see how little you care about that means I will never eat here again, and I’ll make sure my friends don’t either.

The food was very good with a good selection. The only store employee I saw, however, was not wearing a mask, patrons were not wearing masks (couple with 2 children and a solo man) and the menu handed to me was paper covered by plastic that was being reused by customers as they came in. Customers open coolers to take out their selections. There was no visible hand sanitizer. Good food. Bad virus precautions. Sadly I will not be back.

Palm Beach Gardens needed this! Fresh and healthy meals that are convenient and delicious. I highly recommend.

What a treat to have a new Ideal Nutrition location added to PBG! Went in for the first time yesterday, and was super impressed with the selection of food, the diversity in their menu, and the very clean and modern atmosphere. I was assisted by an employee named Travis who was incredibly helpful in explaining to me how the meals work, how the food is prepared, changes in the menu from week to week, and shared with me some of his personal recommendations for favorite foods they offer. For $7 per meal, you can eat fresh, healthy, and perfectly portioned meals - you cant beat it! The food is fantastic, and Im thrilled to have this new location so close to home!It is a shame that someone felt the need to leave a 1 star review due to poor virus precautions after admitting that the food and selection were spectacular. Your fear is YOUR problem, and your health is YOUR responsibility. Wear your own mask, bring your own hand sanitizer, and take some ownership of your own personal precautions during a pandemic. Small businesses are struggling to stay alive during these unprecedented times, and I think its very unfair to leave a poor review for a good business because you felt uncomfortable that you were handed a menu and there wasnt any hand sanitizer. No, the employee was not wearing a mask, but I was, and I brought my own hand sanitizer and I had a wonderful experience shopping there with great customer service and great food. They also offer the option to order online for curbside pickup if you feel uncomfortable touching food and menus in a public establishment.
