Now the only reason why I’m giving this three stars is solely because of Kate. She is one of the nicest, most helpful and non-judgment employees. I do believe due to the fact that my friend and I came in and we are in our twenties no one paid attention to us. I’m assuming this brand targets younger children and their mothers. I have honestly walked out of the store without a bag that I had made due to the fact that I had waited for 15 minutes for someone to notice me, a day that Kate was not working and I was ignored by three employees. I live in Boca Raton so it does take me over an hour to get to the store and I am now at the point where I do call ahead to make sure that certain employee is working. I wouldn’t write something negative unless this wasn’t a reoccurring issue since I had discovered the store in December. My father had came in and picked up a bag for my mother and was disrespected as well. I don’t know what I have to do in the store to be noticed but if I’m paying that much for a non-namebrand item that I get to customize I feel like I should be treated with just respect at least and have a great experience because if it wasn’t for the products that I already have... there wouldn’t be any more purchased and my mother loves her bag but she’s also never been to the store and I wouldn’t want to ruin that experience. So thank you Kate for helping and having a great customer service.

I am blown away by the fantastic customer service I received from Katie K. at the Palm Beach location! I recently discovered Stoney Clover Lane and their Hello Kitty collaboration, but fell in love with it quickly! I spent a week searching for the Hello Kitty destination patches online before contacting SCLs corporate customer support email which was so unhelpful. They told me they didnt have the patch I was looking for and didnt seem to care about finding a way to help me get it.I was, however, determined to find my Hello Kitty destination patches even if I dont live in Florida or anywhere near a SCL store. I actually live across the country from the Palm Beach store, but was told by the owner of the company to try calling the different stores to ask if they had any of the Hello Kitty destination patches left! What a helpful idea!Im so thankful Katie at the Palm Beach store answered my call with a smile! She was so attentive, eager to help and immediately offered to send me a picture to my phone of all the Hello Kitty destination patches the store had in stock. The picture came from a company email address in an iMessage which was so professional yet convenient. I could tell by the sent photo that she carefully arranged all of them so I could see the designs before making my decisions about quantities (see attached)!Katie knew the inventory very well and was not pushy at all. I appreciated how genuine and respectful she was. I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything other than what I wanted and needed. She was super efficient in placing the order for me, sending me an email receipt and a tracking number for the package! The patches are now on their way to me and scheduled to arrive by the end of the week! How fantastic is that?!? :DI couldnt believe I got my Hello Kitty destination patches and had such a different, wonderful experience with Katie at SCL Palm Beach than I did with the corporate customer support email. Thank you again, Katie, for such a lovely shopping experience and helping me get exactly what I wanted! :D Youre the best!!!

I wasn’t sure what to get my daughter for her birthday the team at Palm Beach helped find the perfect gift. The store is beautiful and such a cheerful place to shop, during these tough times. My daughter loves her backpack, we can’t wait to go back and shop.
