The employees were very kind, helpful and informative.

Good except the people who work here are very nosey and will follow you around the store for no reason. It almost offends me like they think Im a shoplifter but in reality I spend over $100 nearly every time I go in there 😒

I was refused service for not masking even though masks are a health risk. I will not risk my health or oxygen levels. People are passing out all over the country from masking. Healthy people need not mask. I never consented to a government mask experiment and I also will not consent to a Cosmoprof mask experiment. SalonCentric now has my business.

Stephanie is the best cosmoprof manager! Miss her in st.augustine. I drive from st.augustine to come to her store!

I dont normally take to the internet to write reviews, JUST for the sake of writing them . If Im prompted with an email from a particular company Ive dealt with I sometimes ( not always ) oblige . However, I have to in all good conscience leave a review for the girls at Cosmoprof in Palm Coast, Florida . They are ALL so friendly and helpful . They truly understand what true old fashioned customer service is . ( and theyre all young BUT get it ) . Its just a pleasure to shop this store . Unfortunately, before this store was opened, I had to drive all the way down to Daytona or up to St. Aug . I cant say anything negative about the St. Augustine staff, they were also friendly and helpful, although I didnt like to have to drive up there, however, Im hoping there have been some upgrades to the staff in Daytona ( I havent been in a long while ) butttt theyre a whole different breed of employees down there . Just saying .....
