Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and shelves well stocked. If she doesnt have what youre looking for, she will find it. I love coming to restock my supplies and just see what other goodies are there whenever Im in town visiting family. Hopefully I will get a few pictures on my next visit.

Extremely kind & helpful. The only place I go now for any hair needs. I was looking for an item & it was out of stock. She called me as soon as it came back in - greatly appreciate that, as most places say they will call, but never do. Pricing is fair if you are looking for high quality.

Store was nice. The lady was nice and somewhat attentive. The husband, Im assuming, was doing too much. He followed and watched me personally the entire time. It made me uncomfortable and if I want new to the area, I would have went elsewhere. Mr. Top flight security got on my nerves, and tried to tell me how to deal with my child, although I held my child the entire time, telling me not to let him touch anything. All because my child touched a product while in my arms. You cant stop a child (1 yr old) from touching something within their reach. My experience was tolerable but I probably wont be going back

I have shopped in this establishment for many many years.. (especially the old store off of palm coast parkway)... a friend of mine and I went to the newest store at 2323 N State st #4 on April 19, 2019. However, they were getting ready to close, we encountered a young lady that was very nice and we told her we will come back tomorrow April 20, 2019. We went back and she wasnt there. The owner (Lisa or Grace) was there and her Husband. My friend wanted to try on some wigs (her first time wearing 1). So of course she didnt know what would fit her face. She tried on one and I asked the owner for a comb, she gave it to me.. I styled the wig and my friend liked it. But then she saw another one that she liked as well, but she wanted it in a different color. The owner told her, your skin color is way 2 dark for that color (When will the colorism stop) and we know black people keep those stores afloat..( THE COLOR WAS BROWNISH). so, my friend said but I like that color. The owner got angry and said usually people see the hair on the mannequin and buy it without trying it on. But we werent going for that. My friend explained that she is in costumer (Registered Nurse) service and she cant speak to her patients in that manner. So, the owner stated Im not talking to you.. Im talking to her (meaning me). She said I wanted to see too many wigs and style them. I told her to go take a break and she said okay.. I told the husband, once again they know me very well. And no apology from neither one of them. He stated our limit is 3 wigs (which I had never heard of). I told him I know thats your wife and you are taking up for her but as a husband you can say, you are sorry she is acting like that. He said sorry and they lost a couple of sells today we walked out.. They have fake human hair anyways. If asked, is this human hair the owner is quick to say yes, however, if you read the fine print it says mixture. BUT WITH ALL THAT SAID, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN. I WILL DRIVE TO DAYTONA FROM NOW ON.
