Im new to the whole gaming thing. My husband used to take my grandson there before he passed away. I wanted at least some normality for our grandson. Gaming was their thing though. I knew nothing about points, trade ins, etc. They were so understanding and walked me through it all. So now I just have to practice so I wont be as horrible playing but get better like Pawpaw...his words.😂 Anyway, the 2 gentlemen were very informative and helpful. This will be the only GameStop I buy from.

Not sure if I should give the store one or two stars. The store itself is okay from what I could see. But they did not comply with COVID-19 guidelines and it was very obvious. There is more than one sign on the door stating 5 people max are allowed in the store at once. I counted 8, plus the person working there. I waited to go in but no one else seemed to want to wait in line.and just others just walked in. So I never went in. There was no obvious regard for Social Distancing in Game Stop (not sure iif there were any reminders about it in the store, but I didnt see any from the front door).

Theyre the best GameStop I have ever shopped at.Going to this store with this team makes shopping GameStop no longer a chore as it felt in Jacksonville. Thank you for the amazing customer service! These days customer service is hard to come by.

I went to stand in line to pre-order a game and they only had 8 systems left. They sold the systems to a family and a woman pre-ordered 2 for her and for her son using her boyfriend’s ID which they ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO DO!!!

Very good service, but a game from 5 years ago is still $40. What??? Usually as the games get older and less people play prices drop but no. I don’t know if it’s the store or the developer but just keep an eye on prices. But overall I recommend this place to gamers or people who wasn’t to start playing games.

Extremely rude check out guy. Kept talking over customers and was not following any sanitation guidelines. Complained about his mask the whole time, even though he was wearing it around his chin and not nose or mouth.

I went to the store last week and the guy working told my husband and i that we couldnt get anything unless we had a card. We said ok so to day we call and the guy said we had to go online and order our game, pay for it with gamestop card and wait 2 hours before picking up at the door. We informed him we was there Last week and they said we just needed to know what we wanted and give them the card and could get it at door. He said not how gamestop is doing it now and if we dont like it we are more then welcome to go else where. I have spent alot of money with gamestop but can say we will no longer be buying games though the company anymore. Im ok with not going in the store but to be told i have to jump through hoops to spend my money there is crazy. Awful awful customer service.

Associates were moving merchandise around the store, which I dont mind of course, except they would start moving things directly in front of you that you were actually looking at. For example, I was looking at the switch games for my son, and the gentleman came over and started moving games and sliding the shelves around directly in front of me that I was looking at. If I moved to a different part of the store he would just walk in front of me or force me out of where I was standing because he was walking around doing stuff even though there were plenty of other clear paths. He would try to squeeze through where I was standing making me move and I couldnt figure out why he wasnt going around, it was very frustrating and I gave up and left. It honestly was just bizarre. We already have to deal with the terrible prices oh, the least they can do is have decent store associates.

While I dont like the move away from video games it seems Gamestop is going towards I cant fault a specific store for it, but it is a bit disappointing to walk into a game store to see it have more funko pops than games. They do still have the new releases and many used games but this store is pretty similar to every other Gamestop out there, so take that as you will.

My daughter usually gets her games from there. Sometimes she pre-orders them. The people are nice, respectful,and they always great you when coming and going.

This particular store has amazing customer service. The staff knows what they are talking about, and wants you to enjoy your gaming experience, because they are gamers as well

Usually have great experiences here but went in to get a gift for my nephew and the manager working there was spitting chewing tobacco into a can while on his register, the employees that are usually there are so friendly it’s a shame they have to deal with that kind of management.

It was really good, but I bought a game, got home and couldnt try it out until almost midnight... so when I finally go to open the case, they didnt give us the game disc!Very disappointed. Other than this, everything rocked, but this is a BIG ISSUE

Good people working there but game preorders are cheaper at Amazon and bestbuy. No price matching with other stores and games are cheaper online. Preorders are 60$ at gamestop. IF you have Amazon prime they are 47$.

We love gamestop and are very good customers they have a huge selection of new games and thinkgeek figures and novelty. The trade in prices however are very low so dont expect much for value on your trade ins. If your a power up reward member you do get a monthly gamer magazine thats pretty awesome and discounts on certain things for a subscription of $15 a month. Honestly though we use Amazon alot more lately because they give you at least $8-$10 off new games for prime members.

Offered me $12 for gran turismo sport and mortal kombat x on ps4...gt sport came out less than a year ago and according to their site, it was worth $12 by itself. which is still a ripoff. to be offered less than what the trade in value on their own site says was insulting. I of course refused. gonna try blue dragon, hear theyre much more generous
