Excellent service. Was out of state with a problem and Chris was able to fix over the phone. Later send a replacement part and instructed repair by phone!

I have been going to Connect Hearing for the past 3 years. Opening the door you are greeted by Kelly.....the sweetest person youll ever meet. Answers your questions and helps any way she can. Chris McClure is a true professional.....answered all my questions regarding my new hearing aides, which I must say are fantastic. I recommend Connect Hearing to everyone......professional. knowledgeable and the price is right.

I have been going to correct hearing for several years and have always received excellent service even though my phonak hearing aids were bought in Michigan where I lived. I am now a permanent resident of Florida and was due for new hearing aids. Being 84 years old I was deeply concerned with the new updated tech. as well as the costs. They got my old records from U. of Michigan and did the best cleaning and testing I have ever had. When it came to costs I laid out all the full page ads of competitors as well as pricing I had shopped. They met the best pricing and I am now in a new world where I can hear again. Kelly and Dr. Christ. spent a lot of time with me as well as made me feel completely comfortable and satisfied with the new hearing aids. They do an excellent job and I recommend them highly. It is with great pleasure to rate and express our comments on an amazing business, Connect Hearing in Palm Coast. Three years ago my husband had a terrible accident which affected his hearing drastically, I took him to another place which I will not mention, however he was so frustrated that he literally walked out. I decided to research hearing centers which brought me to Connect, from the first phone call it was total and complete customer care to perfection!! Audiologist Christopher McClure has to be one of the most adept, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor we have met.We are so pleased with my husbands hearing aids, cannot even see them in his ears and best part is he adapted to them immediately and can hear perfectly!!!To sum up there aren’t enough adjectives to describe what a wonderful experience we had at Connect Hearing and Chris McClure, highly recommend!!!

Didnt get an updated hearing test all he was interested in was my copayment after my insurance discount he wanter 1,500 copayment for 2 aids...I left

I just wish to commend the work of Kelly Henke who went above and beyond normal duties to make sure I got the correct and properly adjusted hearing aids. She is a true asset to the company.

This was a very good visit. the staff were warm and friendly and very helpful in explaining my hearing difficulties. Kathy was very helpful as she told me how a hearing works. She made the office visit very enjoyable.

Because of covid-19 my local connect hearing is closed. I drive for a living and I am required to wear hearing aids. One of my hearing age was destroyed. I called connect in Palm coast and scheduled a visit. To my pleasant surprisethey had a pair of new hearing aids that I could demo until my new ones came in. The service there is great and so are the prices! 👍😉

Excellent staff. The receptionist is pleasant and helpful. The waiting room is always neat and beverages available.Audiologist is very knowledgeable about the devices, patient and congenial. She demonstrates the devices thoroughly and makes sure you understand how to operate and care for them.

Overall service is outstanding. Kelly at the desk is polite and professional and Audie the audiologist really listens to your concerns and makes the needed adjustments. Have been going to them for 5 years and couldnt be more satisfied. A strong recommendation to those out there with hearing problems.

I am updating my review from three years ago as everything has changed, personnel wise, at Connect Hearing in Palm Coast. Kelly, the front desk lady is extremely efficient in her work and the brand new audiologist Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up new hearing aids and answering questions. He is right on top on the technology advances and will take time with you going over everything. Ive been with Connect Hearing for 10 years and Lord willing i will stay with them for another 10 years.

After going to three other places for hearing aids and getting the high-pressure nonsense I settled on this one some time ago. There are all new people there who are more professional than those before. Its a good place to go and get treated with respect.

Brought my grandmother to this location a few weeks ago, staff was super friendly.. reception area was clean and there was no wait. Definitely recommend them.

I had basically not used my hearing aids for years because of headaches when I wore them. When I finally went in for a checkup, my hearing loss had significantly increased. But the new audiologist removed the little tail wire that sits in the outer ear (which had been irritating the entrance of my ear canal), and now they no longer cause pain! What a simple solution to a problem that prevented me from hearing well for years! She is very knowledgeable and also very friendly and caring. Thank you so much for the quality care you provide!

Change is always something we have to deal with in life. My dad received his hearing aids 4 years ago at Connect Hearing and through those years we dealt with the changes of the staff but the service we have received has never varied. I am so grateful that we wandered in that office one day. We will miss Gracie and wish her the best. One very satisfied daughter who now can have a conversation with her father. I am very happy with all the services provided by Kelly, the very pleasant and professional receptionist, and Audie, a hearing specialist with 30 or more years of experience. It shows.Years ago I found that the overall service at this location, with a different staff, was in need of help. Just let me say that when I expressed my concerns to the corporate office, I was told that some retraining, had to be done at the Palm Coast office.I eventually got my services from Connect Hearing in St. Augustine. Very nice people.Well, living in Palm Coast, I had stopped by the P.C. office for batteries,Much to my surprise, a new staff were in place. I was glad to be able to return to the office most convenient for me.Kelly handled the transfer of my records, made sure I had my batteries, answered all of my questions and is really the type of person who looks at the glass as half full. She also made sure she knew what my insurance would or would not do. She eventually saved me about $100.I needed a new hearing aid. Audie was very professional as she helped me to choose the best hearing aid for me, not the most expensive, but the best for what would meet my needs. She completely explained the benefits of all I had to choose from. The next day, when I thought I was having a problem with the new hearing aids, Audie found out what the problem was. It wasnt the hearing aids at all. It was really quite funny. Maybe shell share the story with you. Im taking the fifth.

The only thing I can say is that I would assume that this place is closed, at least I hope so. The only reason why they got one star is because I couldnt give them none.
