I have worn hearing aids for several years. When my husband began to complain I was not hearing him, I made an appointment with Michael at Elite Hearing Center. After the results of the audiogram were presented to me, I had to agree…I needed to upgrade my hearing aids. Today’s technology is mind-blowing! Michael has worked with me to guarantee the best sound possible, including hearing the one speaker I am interested in out of a din of voices. I am enjoying my new Star hearing aids.

Absolutely the best team under one roof!! We needed a new doctor for my Dad when we moved him to Palm Coast. He is 95 years of age and had failing and outdated hearing aids. We were so fortunate to be introduced to Dr. Parker. The appointment was set for a check up and tune up for his existing aids. My Dad has mobility challenges and vision degradation too. The Care, Attention and Communication were amazing. During the examination and review my Dad was asked if he was a Vet. He was, so Dr. Parker immediately suggested to explore the VA benefits first and to bring his test results with us. If they cannot help him, come back and he would provide us the best solution for his budget and needs. So, the VA was the solution. They provided a new set of state-of-the-art custom aids. Another highlight is Dr. Parker schedules himself for a monthly visit to the facility where my Dad is living to provide cleaning and adjustments. As an additional service, Dr. Parker has teamed up with a caption-speaker phone provider and suggested to give them a call because the vision challenge. When my time comes for hearing assistance, I know where I’m going.

The staff at the Elite Hearing Center in Palm Coast were professional, courteous, and patient. Michael Crogan took his time with my Mom, was knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. She now has quality hearing aids, and the cost was reasonable and affordable. They made a follow-up appointment to see if her hearing aids needed any adjustments or to address any concerns. She is pleased with the quality of service and hearing aids they provided to her. We highly recommend this company and look forward to future visits.

I am 87 years old and received new hearing aids from the VA last month and was having a very serious feed back problem in my left ear. The VA could not give me an appointment to correct the problem for at least a month. I called Elite Hearing Centers and was given an appointment for the following day. When my wife and I arrived a very nice young man by the name of Matt greeted us and offered us coffee or water. Matt then took us into the office for an examination of my problem. Eric then came into the room and stated to me not to worry as he will correct my problem no matter how long it takes. Eric then changed my ear buds, cleaned my hearing aids, removed the wax in my ears and finally made a computer adjustment. After the completion of all the work Eric did my problem was solved. Eric was the most caring and knowledgeable person to correct hearing problems that I have met in many years. Eric then advised Matt to make me an appointment for me to come for an examination in three months Free OF Charge. Super service on my husbands Phonaks hearing devices. Even though they were purchased back in Pa .Michael spent the extra time to diagnose and replace the defective charger, then optimize the settings by changing the program . Fast, friendly and well done

The hearing aids I have had for several years quit working. I called Elite Hearing in Palm Coast. They set up an appointment time for me the come in and discuss hearing aids and to be tested. Having had hearing aids for thirty years and sever different kind I had a good idea of what I wanted.Wow… the staff at the office in Palm Coast are the absolute best in my opinion.Courteous, friendly and very knowledgably. Michael did my testing, which I feel was the best and most involved that I have ever had. He went over what they had to offer and what he thought would be best for me.Ordered the aids and when they come in I returned to pick them up. Michael was on vacation and Eric did the final programming and fitting. Another great job of programming them and going over everything with me. He set up an appointment for me to return in one week to check everything out and see if I was satisfied with the fit and performance on the new aids.After one week I have to say the new hearing aid are super. I hear things that I did not know even made noises. At my fallow up appointment I told them, don’t touch any thing. They are perfect right where they are.Many thanks to everyone at the Palm Coast office. I would definitely recommended you to all that are interested in getting a hearing test and new hearing aid.

Definitely 5 stars for Elite Hearing Centers of America in Palm Coast! I wasnt sure if I needed hearing assistance - Eric tested me and explained why I was having difficulty understanding conversations because of the inbalance of hearing loss in one ear. What a difference having a ear piece made! If you are looking for a place that you can trust to make a decision about your hearing you should visit here - Eric, Cassie and his staff are wonderful - they truly care about their clients!

Where do I start? Everything about this company and people that run the office are the most genuine and professional people I have encountered in the medical field recently. Not only that but they actually got me hearing better again. They are super knowledgeable and only try to help the best way they can. 10/10 would recommend for anyone from my grandmother to my best friend. Regardless of physical or financial limitations, you will leave here with a smile on your face.

Thank you, Elite Hearing of Palm Coast! We were pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful everyone was. They sent my husbands malfunctioning aids (obtained elsewhere) back to the mfr because they werent charging properly and were still under warranty. They also did a free hearing test (last one was about 2 years ago), provided loaners, and adjusted the aids when they came back. Its well worth a visit whether you already have hearing aids or think you may have a hearing problem.

He was able to identify the area of concern was and promptly, professional and clinically and adjusted my hearing aids in respect to my individual needs. What a wonderful practice! Not only is all the staff extremely helpful and friendly, but they are also taking serious precautions with regard to the pandemic. Hand sanitizer is available in every room, the staff are cleaning between patients, and everyone is wearing a mask. Awesome place for safe, personalized care!

I have suffered from hearing loss for some years now and my insurance would never cover Hearing aids for me so this year i got a new primary care dr which i failed their hearing test. So i was reffered to an ENT which insurance again wouldnt cover for them to do the hearing test. So as me and my husband were out and about we came across Elite hearing and let me just say such an amazing practice and people in that office from the secretary to Eric Parker the hearing specialist OMG just simply amazing words cant express how awesome he is. Hes got such an amazing personality and demeanor hes so funny and down to earth he makes you feel so comfortable and goes above and beyond to make ypu comfortable with the transition into hearing aids. Along with going out of his was to help me financially get into a pair of hearing so i could finally hear again and slow the hearing loss. He has really worked with me.
