Excellent! Great customer service. The front desk staff are very friendly & helpful. Virgil Baker the audiologist is probably the most efficient professional that I have ever been too & I told him so. He actually takes the time to give you a free hearing test. He breaks down the test of each ear and what the results were simply with a chart where you can understand how the ear works, where you are in terms of hearing loss if any in each ear. I was so impressed with Virgil and the time he spent with us answering our questions and very impressed with his expertise. You are not pressured to buy a hearing aid. Like I said before the hearing test is free. If you are interested in buying hearing aids they have different types for you to choose from and financing is offered if you qualify. I received my hearing aids within a few days all programmed by Virgil and ready to go. Once you go to pick up your hearing aids again not rushed. He spent time showing how they worked, how to put them in properly, maintenance, how they would feel in your ears when used for the first time. So many great things to say about Palm Coast Hearing Center.

This is the Best hearing center I have ever been to. The staff and environment are so caring. This is a very caring company. The service was given to me with Love.Its very clean and comfortable. Excellent in all aspects. I took my father and he received a thorough evaluation and reasonably priced hearing instruments that have a made a world of difference in his life. The staff is outstanding and they continue to follow up with dad every three months (at no cost) or sooner for any concerns (getting instruments wet). As an RN I am very impressed with the excellent care my father received as well as the knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend Palm Coast Hearing Center

Love these guys. Doesnt matter who I see. Dr Jamie is my guy. If you have a hard time hearing you need to go here to get tested and let them take care of you. Love Palm Coast Hearing Center!!
