It would be helpful to provide a site map of where the interior units are located. At night those units are not easily found.Units are clean and easily accessed and well lit.

Stopped in to check out Extra Storage. Andrew was there. Absolutely excellent. Explained everything to a “T” and made my on the spot rental decision easy. Not one negative thing to say. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and again, Andrew was beyond excellent.

It’s definitely a crazy time to try to find an available storage unit, but thanks to Mia I was able to grab one. There are a lot of unknowns for my long distance move to Florida and Mia followed through on checking in with me a few weeks after we first spoke, helping to check one thing off my long list. Great customer service is hard to find so her help was much appreciated!

I contacted Extra Space Storage facility located on Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast by phone and I found the staff were very friendly and very detailed. Although Andrew told me that he had been working there for only a few months, he was very professional and well trained to the point that I felt comfortable enough to rent the unit. Wow. My experience was apparently very different from many others. I agree the staff is friendly and helpful. But the mandatory insurance, frequent large rate hikes and rodent infestation made this an unsatisfactory experience for me. I have used several storage facilities before both here in Palm Coast and elsewhere and all have been better than this one. I am glad others have had a more positive experience.

Mia and Extra Storage have me great service and quality storage experience. The units a clean, well lit and properly climate controlled. The property is very secure and well maintained.

We have been a user of many storage units in many different places over the years and Extra Space Storage Palm Coast has been by far the best we have ever rented from. We had three units here for over a year containing all our funiture and household items. When we moved everything back into our home everything was just as we left it..secure, humidity controlled in an extremely clean facility. It was such a relief knowing that everything was well taken care of. Mia and Therese are very professional and responsive and really nice too! Thank you so much! Extra Space Storage is definitely the place to go if youre needing a good storage facility. The customer service was excellent! Mia and Therese took their time to show me the different sizes they had available, explained the cost and billing and were extremely helpful!!

Never had any issues. Clean storage units. Clean property. Friendly and helpful staff. Only down side to my experience is MANDITORY INSURANCE MONTHLY on top of cost of storage unit.

Very helpful and patient staff (Mia and Teresa). Dealing with a complex cross country move whereby a motorcycle is to be delivered without me being present.I made arrangements for the deliver to drop off and give them the key to the unit. I completed the on-line e-signatures while they patiently walked me through it.

The place has a normal price and is guarded evry well, also they have good locks and cameras. I trully recommend them as extra space protected strorage

I had a really great experience from the beginning with extra space storage, they kept me updated with everything by email right after I put my order in online. Am moving to the area and stopped by to check out a Storage Locker. I have had various units at different locations for many years and I have never met a friendlier more helpful staff. Mike showed me around the property and really made me feel welcome. I definitely will be storing with them when I move up there next month!
