Very easy to reserve online. Great communication from manager.Dollies were available moving in, hard to find or unavailable moving out. Manager helped us to get one. There were no more.

My husband and I love this storage facility. We were waiting for our place to be ready to move in when we unexpectedly got a phone call that our belongings would be here the next morning. Not knowing what to do we decided to call them up to see if they could help us out. They were so helpful in finding the perfect store unit for us and super fast. We were able to rent the unit without any inconvenience and they were available for any questions we had. I definitely recommend this place, the unit was spacious, clean and ready for us the next day.

I’m not a fan of the policy that they charge you the whole month even if you move out on the 9th of the month but other than that, I had no issues. The manger was very friendly and the unit was clean.

Mira the store manager/representative was awesome everytime I came to store she knew me, even down to my profession. Funny she even knew my voice on the telephone now thats a very rare trait. These are the type of employees that are needed in most businesses, some places you go to these days you have to repeat yourselves a zillion times because the employee is distracted for whatever reason.

My initial experience with this storage unit was overall very good. However, be aware that if you pay for your month in full and then move your belongings out anytime before the end of the current billing cycle, they will NOT refund any portion of the money you paid. I moved my belongings out approximately one or two days after I was billed and they refused to refund any of the money I paid for the month that the unit will remain empty, or rented to another person. Essentially, they are collecting double rent on such units. This type of policy is criminal and should be widely known to anybody looking for a decent storage facility. Check the complaints with the Better Business Bureau to get a better picture of how this company does business. I probably wont see a dime of my money back but I will make every effort to spread the word about this criminal policy.

Clean affordable units nice staff

Had to move last minute and needed somewhere clean, convenient and secure. I called a few places but the only place that seemed to care when I started asking storage rate questions was a young lady at the Cypress CubeSmart location. Ms. Mayra is who I initially spoke with - she was extremely pleasant, thorough and very patient considering I was moving under a very stressful time in my life. Over the last 6 months I’ve had to move items in and out, and every time both Ms. Mayra and the other staff member Devin are always offering to help with a smile. Makes you feel good knowing your items are secure with people who genuinely care.

They were very friendly and helpful especially when we changed our minds to switch to a different unit.

Storage unit is clean and carts provided to unlock. Person at front desk was very helpful the two times Ive talked with him. Price is the best in the area which Im grateful for (unemployed; COVID19). The downside is the protection plan includes the circle lock (to be contactless) so thats an additional $20. I had wanted to use my own lock.

Great location here in Palm Coast FL and really nice facility to boot. Ive been renting a 30 Parking Slot for my RV for almost 2 years. I recently decided to move to a different slot and advised the General Manager, Mayra Ortiz who has helped me in the past. Although Ms Ortiz was getting ready to take a short vacation, she left clear instructions for the Manager, Devin Larkin to follow through on my request. Mr Larkin did a great job getting the paperwork completed in short order and the new billing accounting set up. He answered my questions and concerns thoroughly and completely. This Cube Smart location is well run and Im confident in the safety and security of keeping my RV there. The parking area is clean, well lighted and the CCTV is monitored. Also, there is a Live-in Security on the premises.

Nice and clean but climate control is an issue. The several times I went, it was rather warm and the air was stale and not circulating. Walked through the hallways thinking just an issue in my unit area. Was warm and stale elsewhere.

My daughter made the call for me, we had a lot of questions. When we got those answers we received a return call within 5 minutes and the process had begun. We drove to the location and did the necessary information and had our unit quickly. I was very pleased with the ease of the whole process. This is a well maintained facility.

Phoned into CubeSmart Customer service to reserve my space. Speaking with customer service, they were able to find the correct location and storage size for my needs. Found premises to be a Central location - area safe, well lit and centrally located. Love the air conditionied space, lighting timers and on site flat bed carts. On sight manager did awesome job explaining and showing different units.

I had a great experience with Cubesmart. I reserved a spot online Monday. I went to the facility the same day and the general manager verified my reservation. I found out I didnt choose climate controlled storage. She verified that there was only one climate control storage available. I was able to change my reservation and moved my belongings in that Friday. My storage unit is easily accessible and fit my belongings perfectly. The manager that assisted me Friday was friendly and answered all of my questions with professionalism. The price for storage was less than I expected for the size I needed and there was a discount applied for making the reservation online. Everything was smooth sailing from beginning to end. I am thankful for the last minute availability.
