Only one cart for an entire building. When asked why the manager responded, well someone stole the other so now theres only one. I find this unacceptable.. I wired 45 minutes for use of a cart. Three other customers were waiting behind me. One customer hugged the cart even when not in use. I called Luis to explain the problem and he had no real response. My time is valuable. I do not appreciate this lack of consideration. Buy another cart. I was quoted $85 for this unit, it cost me $149. I think thats a total ripoff. And then to stand I. The hot sun and be forced to waste my time because is thinks all customers should be punished for the one that stole his beloved cart is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the inconvenience it causes all the customers. On a busy weekend this becomes a terrible joke.

Very nice facility. Clean, convenient and well lit with cameras all over. Luis took his time showing me around and was informative & patient. Excellent.

The location is protected and ideal, the Manager made it easy to find the right unit at a good price in a friendly and professional manner. The facility is brand new and everything works well. Thank you!

Luis did a good job welcoming and showing us around. The facility is clean and appears to be well taken care of. The one shortcoming that I see is that there are only 2 hand carts available, 1 large and 1 small (the small one is almost useless), for use in Building B. Assuming that there will only be 1 or 2 individuals using the facility at one time is probably a bad assumption. Having to wait for a cart to become available is not a nice place to be. Short of that I would have rated as a 5 star.

Convenient location from our new house. Easy access too. My only suggested improvement would be to find a way to keep the pollen from getting inside units.. we had 2 units and almost everything had a layer of pollen on it when we moved out.

I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. So easy and would recommend to anyone who needs storage.

When I went to facility, the man there was super helpful and answered all my questions and also showed me my unit and showed me how to open gate. Wow
