I’ve never had a bad experience with an employee here. Everyone that works here is super helpful and friendly! I had an issue with my membership getting upgraded to pro online and Noah was super helpful in helping me get in contact with someone to fix it. Definitely prefer coming here over anywhere else. Thank you guys, you’re the best.

I enjoy shopping at GameStop. People complain about prices and the schemes they use to make money but I just know when to say no thanks, and I typically go in with a goal of what I want to purchase. I do t trade games because thats a rip off for everyone involved. I also like Game Informer and participate heavily in their rewards program. If you go without a clue as to what you want or what youre doing you could easily end up with protection plans on discs and buying used games for way more than you should. Be a smart shopper.

Neil demonstrated amazing customer service today. I ordered a figure online to be picked up and there were no more at any other loacations, unavailable for shipment except this location 40mins away. He called me to tell me the figure was nowhere to be found and I said thats fine. I figured it would have been stolen or something. We hung up and then he called me back to tell me he found it wedged under the clearance rack. I found it pretty awesome of him to keep looking for me because most people would have given up and cancelled the order being the easiest route and the fact that I accepted it. I love my figure! Thanks dude!

Everyones really nice and helpful, but they keep changing the store and it feels like theyre fitting less and less stuff in the same space. I went it will a $25 gift card and I just didnt see anything bi wanted.

Wow... very little inventory at this location. O e worker was really trying to sell (talk up)some low quality headphones to a couple and then only after they didnt want them did he tell them that was literally the only pair in the store. Then he went I to a sales pitch to go to another store pretty far away to look at some!

Every time I go to this location, the staff is very nice and helpful. I called ahead to save a copy of a game that they were limited on and had no issues. Very customer oriented and sociable staff.

Nice place and people

I called and spoke to Peter, and was told they would hold a game for me. I got there the same day and they sold the game without informing me on the phone they could do that!! My 8 year old was crushed and I was so angry, I drove from Brandon all the way to Palm Harbor. So no, I don’t recommend this store!

Asked Christina a detailed question and she answered my question with ease. She was incredibly professional like nothing Ive personally experienced in any retail environment. She answered the question in rich detail. I was floored at her knowledge on the current state of gaming and retail. Because of her Im pre-ordering the Xbox Series X through Gamestop.

Always great customer service at this location. I went there to buy a birthday gift for my son and Andrew went above and beyond to help me and explain any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Acknowledged everyone when they entered. Reasonably price. We sold one controller for a few bucks.

Every time I go here the customer service is atrocious and they always claim to not have things in stock even though the website states that it does. I understand that the website can be wrong sometimes but their attitude along with this makes this place a circle of hell.Go to the East Lake store, it is way better

Nice place and able to experience excellent customer service

I am very disappointed in the customer service. A staff member was very rude to my friend and I. We felt incredibly uncomfortable while browsing and ended up only buying one game instead of the three we came for. We stop in pretty often to check the game selection, so today was a bit of a shock. I highly doubt we will stop by this particular GameStop again any time soon. Other than that, the game selection is pretty great. That is the only reason this review got two stars.

Off road location not so crowded its peacful

Small place but staff are very nice and not too pushy. Can be a tad rough to navigate and either a ghost town or slammed but overall not a bad store at all.

Every time Ive ever gone, and I go to this one seasonally, theyve always been very helpful, willing to talk about some upcoming games and are generally very friendly. A few times they even warned me about a bad buy on certain new games, saving me from disappointment and feeling like I wasted money.

Anthony the GameStop 👮 police girl declined me black ops 2 because he felt that I didn’t look old enough I’m 38 he never cards any of my homeboys or my sister that goes in there and buys stuff all the time. Game stop is the biggest rip off of the century. I paid $50 for a game that was totally pointless. I went to return the game and they offered to give me $10 back due to a return policy? I hope you guys go out of business and bring back block buster. You suck!!!!!

They messed up with my pre order and I called every week to see if it’s available. They sold my product because I supposedly gave the wrong number but I did not because I have made a couple of pre orders and they had my correct number. Overall this GameStop suuuuuuckkkks!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in here briefly the other night, I knew it would be slim pickings when I walked in, Black Friday at 7 pm, the girl at the front was really helpful with my questions.

Theres a lot of classic games for Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Playstation 3 and other memorable consoles.

Sarah the store manager was helpful, friendly, and welcoming during my visit.
