Great customer service. I initially wanted to go somewhere else but with all the shards of broken glass, I wouldnt be able to drive my car to that place. My father insisted I call J R Glass & Installation. I spoke to sara and she was able to get someone out the same day in only a few hours. According to my father, the technician did a great job and vacuumed my car thoroughly. The price was a bit more than the usual place I go to but I am happy with the customer service and the actual service that was performed on my back windshield.
