I would give them six or seven stars if google had that option. This company is outstanding. The owners are top notch and will go above and beyond the call of duty as far as making sure the customer is taken care of. I build terrariums and vivarium’s for zoos and institutions. I’ve been doing this for the last 14 years and I have taken particular glass aquariums over to this company to have them drill drainage-bulkhead holes for me. They do flawless work. They also fixed a window ( for a friend of mine) Who had a very unusual glass window broken on his manufactured home back door. Again, this company did a phenomenal job fixing it.I’m definitely returning to them to have custom glass lids made for various terrariums I have purchased. Believe me, I have shopped around at other various glass places. The best is right here. This is a no brainer. I have gone to other glass places before so I definitely have a compare and contrast experience and there IS NO BETTER company in the Coachella Valley. That’s just my experience.There’s nothing too crazy or too weird of a request that I’ve asked that they haven’t delivered on. I can’t say that with other glass companies I used before I came to this company.

They did a fantastic job removing a huge wall mirror. Everyone from the office staff to the guys who showed up to do the mirror removal were awesome! Highly recommend this company! Very courteous and professional!Thank you!

EXCELLENT from customer service, to speed of response, professionalism, neat/tidy clean up and down right nice genuine people. RARE find in the Desert when seeking home services of any kind. Pease dont hesitate to call them first and USE THEM. I had an unexpected broken window on a Thursday morning. They responded (live on the phone-Christy couldnt been more concerned if she were a family member or friend (she is neither) and manage to get me someone that day.At 1:30 they called to say they were on their way. Window was replaced by 2:30 with two very capable, professional pleasant young men. I regret i didnt get their names> Business is family run and I just couldnt be more pleased to recommend them.

Spoke to Christi when making appointment to have window repaired. Told me it would be a couple of days. I was okay with that, on day of appointment I called to see what time repairman would be arriving. I was told I was not on the schedule. She forgot to put it down, called two more times and she still didn’t have any info. Finally canceled doing any business with mirror and glass. Not my idea of good business ethics.
