We were looking for a windshield replacement for our Sprinter, covered by our AAA insurance and it only costed us $50.Very simple to make an appointment, they know what they have in stock.It was quite long 1-2 hours but the service was impeccable. They even replaced our custom rear view mirror mount (very tricky to glue).The waiting has WiFi (very slow) and clean restrooms. Staff is nice.

I canceled my first appointment because SCE had the area in an outage. It was over 100 outside & almost 90 inside. I asked Safelite to change my appointment to the next day. They did & showed up on time, fixed the Windshield in less than an hour. Their worker/installer was very nice & professional. Great job! Great Company. Seems that our service providers have realized great service & great products is what we the customers deserve. 💯💯💯💯💯💯

Have used this Safelite before to replace a chipped and cracked windshield. They do a wonderful job and the price is absolutely spot perfect. Today I went in with what I thought was another crack only this time in the rear. Manny came outside to inspect the damage, smiled at me and went back inside, grabbed a can of window cleaner and some wipes and returned to my rear window, wiped it down and then smiled. Turns out it was pine sap but it looked and felt just like a crack. Thank you Manny for your honesty you could have completely taken me to the cleaners on this but you did the good and right thing. Safelite should be proud of you and I am so proud that we have you in Palm Springs!

The one in Redlands is great the one in D.H.S. not so great.

Ive had to go twice to the Safelite location thinking my windshield would be replaced. Each time they tell me they dont have the part yet. I had even called before I went each time and a customer rep told me it was now in inventory and at the Palm Springs location ready for my appt. I cannot get answers or ETA on when they will have my windshield. No one is even trying to contact me ahead of time before the appt to let me know to reschedule. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Little bit of a wait just to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment. You walk in the guy is on the phone two guys in the garage working. A few customers in the lobby sitting waiting. I got a call about 20 minutes before closing that my windshield replacement and camera recalibration was done. When I got there silicone was still drying and I was told that they would send somebody to my house to razor blade any excessive silicone never got a call back I havent cut it off myself they changed the window overall its good recalibrated the front camera almost the same price as the window itself almost $900 out the door

Took several days for technician to show up, who then refused to repair an almost invisible chip because it was (allegedly) against policy or law to repair chips in the line of vision. However he would be happy to replace the entire windshield. Classic bait and switch. So he left empty-handed. Avoid these ripoff people.

It seems everybody either loves or hates this location. Fortunately for me it was great. Manny did a super job, in and out very fast for a windshield chip repair. Thank you, Manny, for your hospitality and a job well done. BTW, I’m not sure if this is inside humor or if the button is just missing, but even without the button service was still great.

I arrived 30 mins early and they took me right away. I also had a trailer attached to my truck and requested to have the repair done outside so I wouldn’t have to pull in. They did it out back with no issues. Amazing customer service and great work! Fixed a giant chip in my windshield & now I can hardly notice it was there.

Well the customer service was good and my trucks windshield was replaced in a timely manor but the technician had installed the windshield and cut my dash cam wire in a few places. Now just have to figure out about reimbursement. I didn’t catch it until after leaving the place.

Brought my car to have them fix a little chip in my windshield but they made it worse and wanted to charge me $800 to replace the windshield. I wouldve been better off using a kit and fixing it myself

I have replaced 3 windshields using these guys in the last 4 years, a lot of flying rocks on I-10. I have always paid roughly $350 for parts and labor. This is for the exact same vehicle and same windshield. This time I came in and they wanted me to pay over $1000 and encouraged me to call my insurance and make a claim. They also said they had to re-calibrate my front camera which was $600 which never had had to be done before. There are no sensors it is just a forward camera attached to a cable that is not even detached from the cars system when the windshield is replaced. Dont go here..owned by somebody else I think. Plenty of places to go and not be charged for the extra $600.

I made an appointment on a Tuesday. The first available appointment was there following Saturday. I received 3-4 confirmation emails advising how great and safe they are. The email the day before included an invoice and the email the day of had the installers info in it. At the appointment time I get a call telling me they have to cancel because the part didnt arrive and the only person is a girl that wont be back till Monday. So Im left stranded with a busted out rear window for several more days.

My band new 2020 Avalon has a rock hit its windshield, extremely upset at this and I though man I’m going to have to replace the windshield before I even have my first oil change. It was about a 4” crack so i figured lets see if these guys can fix it. What do I have to lose. I went to the safe lite in Redlands. They explained everything and told me there’s a chance my windshield may completely crack. I don’t have much to lose. Luckily they did a great job and saved my windshield. The only thing I can notice is about a two millimeter dot. That’s it. Great job, clean facility and friendly staff.

Voicemail just states that they cant schedule over the phone and then hangs up on you. Even if you have a question about services, etc it will default to hanging up on you.

Safelite make To much hassleTo much trouble you have to do everything on line you just cant call anymore on the phone to make appointment so I went somewhere else and got it done with another business they were great I was able to set a appointment over the phone but not with safelite they make it a hassle

They explained the process to replace our windshield, and did a great job. The new windshield is terrific. Finding the location was a challenge as the city would not allow them to display proper signage.

The technician that worked on my Acura was Keith. Very courteous, professional, and speedy worker. Had a full windshield replacement within 2 hours. He even took the time to vacuum the floor of the car, clean parts of the interior and move the stickers from my old windshield to my new one. I was also able to wait for the work to be completed in the comfort of their lobby which has complimentary wifi, coffee, and the use of a TV. Washrooms were clean and smelled good. All around pleased with the service here.

I had to take my car in 3 times to get the windshield done properly. Then they gave the keys to my car to someone else. It took me two days to find my car. I notified the company when I went to pick up my car and it wasnt there. I have not heard back from them yet and its been almost a week.

Incredibly unprofessional. The professionals are not educated in their field. They were the laughing stock of glass repair when they started out. They overprice their glass at 300% markup, and then have the audacity to charge you not only for glass, but also to fix a motor that malfunctions as a result of glass falling into it. Very poor business practice. Manager failed to even comprehend how its misleading about the window motor warning not even being disclosed. Manager wanted to end conversation because he know I was correct. Do not recommend. Take your car to another place for a cheaper rate that also supports local business. So disappointed in highly reputable company.

I was supposed to get my windshield fixed yesterday 5-8-18, but there was a huge hiccup with the technician who showed up. He was grossly inexperienced working on a luxury SUV. The manager Eddie reassured me that the technician who would come today 5-9-18 was experienced and would handle my vehicle with care. Manny, the technician showed up and was amazing! He was honest with me regarding what needed to be done, allowed me to assist with getting the parts at the dealer, and communicated with me, the staff, and the managers to ensure that my windshield was well cared for and fixed properly. Manny and the managers ensured that they took great care of me. My new windshield looks beautiful. Thus far, I am 100% happy with the service from Manny, Eddie, Alisha who initially set the appointment, and the other persons who ensured a job well done today! I will not drive the SUV until tomorrow. THANK YOU MANNY, EDDIE, AND THE OTHER STAFF that made this job a success!

Got my windshield replaced there. As well as my wiper blades. The service providers were fantastic and super friendly. We dropped the car off around 330 and they closed at 5 and told us it would take about an hour. Long story short, we ended up losing track of time at dinner got back a few minutes late and they werent rude about it at all! Gace us the instructions for the first 48 hours and sent us on our way with a smile. Definitely reccomend!

Tried to get through to a human due to some unusual requests. It took forever to navigate the menu only to be on hold for 15 mins without anyone answering. I finally gave up and called a local outfit that answered the phone and was able to provide all the information I needed.

Mario and Derrick were the team that showed up yesterday to replace the drivers side glass that had shattered upon rolling up the window. They were on time, polite and professional. It appears there was a broken bracket inside the door that caused the glass to shatter, which they identified prior to putting in the new window. When they left, not only was the new window in place and rolling up and down properly, they had vacuumed any remaining glass from inside the car and washed all of the windows. Very pleased with these young gentleman and very pleased with the customer service on the phone when scheduling as well. Thank you

With less than 4k miles the last thing you expect to do is get your windshield replaced. The new windshield has the right tint and the mirror was re-positioned perfectly. Highly recommend Safelite.

Stay as far away from them as possible!! Was promised OEM parts given aftermarket and bad fitting. To make it worse there are about 12 deep dents in my roof from their prying and 4 out of 8 broken clips. When I asked the tech it was stated *I dont ses what your complaint about, but if you think its that bad take to a bodyshop and get an estimate, then you can see what the manager wants to do.Update to response:No your manager has not contacted me AT ALL!!!! I have called and sent several emails and have not gotten any response.Also after visiting the body shop for a quote they caused over $1200 in damage!

I had my windshield replaced. I booked my appt on the internet. The price was the best I found compared to other companies. The Technicians were extremely professional and I had wonderful customer service. They even vacuumed my car and cleaned all of the windows. I highly recommend Safelite.

Had to go back to these guys 3 times for a single incident. They first ordered wrong glass for my truck, then they forgot to reset the glass to roll down, window still is not working right

They were fast polite but in the end my rear window they replaced was not properly glued Im gonna give a second chance to see what happens

Had a good experience here. I made my appointment online and it was booked within a few days. I got there and expected to pay about $90 for a crack about the size of a quarter on my windshield from a rock. The guy told me BEFORE I signed so they could work on my car and take my money that that if I called my insurance company that they will cover it, which they did! So it was free! The crack is still a little noticeable, but wasnt big enough to end up get a new windshield.
