Great experience!! Auto Club has been newly renovated and looks brand new & inviting. Went in to get my car registration tags and was in & out in 15 minutes .

I have to give them 4 starts. I really like and we use their services a lot. BECAUSE corporate hasnt changed the phone message and in January we had a time sensitive issue for a notary, the message told us to go to the AAA office. Got there and they turned us away because we didnt have an appointment. It took us many days to schedule a notary appointment. The reason we wanted to use that service is because we needed 6+ signatures notarized. We have a Premier membership so to get all the notarizing done it didnt cost us anything, but in the open market the charge would have been $15.00 a signature! I have been a member since 1987.

I went on Monday July 26 2021 and was having issues purchasing tickets..but Kristine stepped in never left us alone and stayed with is and guided us and helped us purchase our tickets to Knotts Berry Farm Kristine you are amazing you made my grandsons birthday a happy one thank you so much

Im 89 years old, I was next in line (sitting) and a young man took two men before me --- when I complained, he told me to sit back down. And a lady over there waved me to her, I went and she smiled and said,, Hes just like that.

Wonderful people! Very well organized and fully prepared for our pandemic! All staff are masked and clear plastic partitions surround each station. Waiting area at Entry is clearly marked for social distancing. You can feel safe in this environment.Staff is cordial and quite helpful....even when you are not fully prepared with your documents!I thank them for being so helpful and gracious...they made my morning experience a very pleasant one and started my day with a good feeling and a smile! It has not even been a 1 star experience. It has been more like a 0 star experience. They dont take cash for DMV things and dont tell you why and magically my registration abd tags fee went up in the time that it Tom to get my car smogged so I have spent already around $500 and 500 hours of my life dealing with just getting my car registered. Never again will i come here for this

While traveling through Arizona, my beloved 1995 Toyota 4runner died. We called AAA and got a great discount on labor as AAA members. We came back 2 weeks later to pick up the vehicle.I was frustrated that it was going to be a day longer than we had expected. I was eager to get my truck back! Bill was awesome. Ken definitely knows how to rationalize with a crazy lady (myself). Bree was also super helpful and tolerant of my hissy fit. She even helped us get a rental when every place we called was sold out.All and all, we could not have asked for more from these folks. Thanks yall!

I like the new Coivid pandemic requirements setup.There are no more waiting seated, instead a six feet distance line. The DMV and other services now are more efficient than the way it was before.

I drive a 2003 Toyota Corolla that I keep the maintenance up and replace whatever is necessary. Because of the age of my car I have to get the Premier AAA membership. I can drive with the security that if anything were to happen it would cover the distance that I would usually take to visit my family up to 200 miles. II wouldn’t live without it unless I had a new car. I love AAA.

I went in to get auto insurance on three different vehicles and catch up on the registration on them but the lady at the counter said that their DMV services arent available for those who have their auto insurance. As she put it it doesnt mean anything to have AAA auto insurance you need to have their Auto Club membership to use their DMV services. Taking her advice that AAA auto insurance doesnt mean anything I will be going elsewhere to get meaningful auto insurance.

Ive loved AAA my whole life they are definitely life savers when bad things happen to your car AAA comes to the rescue. If you weigh the cost of membership vs. all they offer and do for that little amount of yearly money, its a hands down win and worth every penny of the membership fee.

Convenient and fast way to deal with DMV issue.

The car insurance quote they gave me is more than 50 percent higher than what I got from one of the big insurance companies. Now they keep calling me, sometimes more than once a day. I was shocked at how high their premiums are. I will never even talk with a company that charges this much.

AAA always si much easier and faster than DMV. just remember they dont accept debit cards, which is silly!

It started when I was called.The lady rolled her eyes at me and she told me everything that I had done wrong.I left and came back when I was being help by another employee.The same lady was being rude to onother customer.The customer told employee that if she didnt want to work to go home.Im glad someone said something.

Used to be so simple to get registration done. Now I need an entire filing cabinet of papers to renew. Its much easier than DMV but they wont take debit cards and it winds up to be 2 trips. 7-11 takes debit cards, I just cant figure this one out??

I will update this later today. There are 6 counties in CA [with specific zip codes] which are exempt from the biannual smog check. I happen to be in one of the zip codes in Riverside county. DMV will mail the renewal stickers, but I will see if AAA knows of this or if every two years I am going to have to spend an hour on the phone with CA DMV

Went to renew my vehicle registration. It took about 2 minutes total and I was done and left with my new stickers! Shields, masks, hand sanitizer and very organized and pleasant experience.

Great service, quick and easy. Went a couple of weeks ago. Theres a line (socially distanced) to get in . Everyone is masked. Someone asks you what you need and advises on what you have to have to get it done. You go in only when there is a rep ready to help you. You exit the building at the other end so you dont pass anyone on line.

Mary has always been so helpful with nearly all our DMV stuff. JUST this service alone makes being a AAA member worth it. When you add all the tows, lockouts and jump-starts on the side of the road, this company is a real life saver and convenience maker.

If you arent a member you should be. We had to transfer a car title for a soon to be deceased friend. Had no idea the best way to do this. Not only did they give the right advice, they changed the title right then and there. Were members for life. Oh, and did I mention theyre road service? Also cant be beat. Had to have our car towed from Los Angeles to palm Springs--covered!

Nightmare! I called at 1:30am was told a driver would be there at 2:45am at 3:30am I was told not until 6:30am. The driver said they dont even start until 6am.

The wait was too long to be turned away and told to go to dmv.

AAA Palm Springs - Poor Customer ServiceI went in person to get help with my 50 years of insurance. The agent said he would get back to me and never did. The notary messed up my paperwork. I tried to reach both for help with zero luck and a lot of frustration. It is impossible to get someone on the phone and when I finally did; I was put on hold and sent back into their multiple layers of automated (lack of) assistance directory. What happened to AAA Customer Service. I guess the Palm Springs office spent all of training budget on remodeling.

Very convenient to get your license renewed or buy new plates. Theyre also is a notary available for members. Purchase homeowners and car insurance there as well.

Always good. Great that I can take of vehicle registration. Always good to have paper maps in case the big one hits when Internet and power go out.
