Excellent service! Very quick..great price!

Went to get my emissions done. Showed up without an appointment and was 2nd in line. That was nice. They did all of the physical inspection and then plugged in. He said the system says not ready and stopped the test. He said that can happen when it looses power. I told him I had just changed the battery. He said go out and drive it between 55 and 60 for 25 to 30 miles continuously, bring it back and and they would re test. So thats what I did and when I got back he plugged in and said it was ready to go.. I was 2nd in line again. He went and finished testing and it passed. Then to my surprise they charged me with a full fee again. I said to Albert you dont even have to redo the whole thing you just have to do the plug in part.. And he said that didnt matter. Before my test I Overheard the Tech tell Albert that is that the car he was supposed to do had the check engine light on. But they still pulled it in and the Tech got his knees and plugged something in and and that guy wasnt charged anything.Bottom line I wont go there again. Seems like somethings just not quite right.

Every other year for the last 6 years thats why I take my car to get it smogged I had to have the special smog this year because the car is so old these guys are fast efficient great

Just called to ask about a oil change quote. Was informed that the mechanics are only available during Mondays. Since we are on the holidays, I asked if this is normally the case. The representative Josie didnt answer my question and hang up on me three times. When someone ask you a question listen, think and please answer the question. Wondering if the lack of reviews shows the experience customers have.

Had smog done and replaced struts and water pump. John is a great guy very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he did and what’s needed. One day in and out. Estimates were as promised with no surprises. Great shop.
