I believe that we fixed is up to some suspicious Behavior they refused to answer the phone they refused to give me the owners name and number they refused to repair my cell phone they even went to the trouble to ask me as a customer to find a parts to repair myself I dont know if anybody else that has dark skin go through this but I sure amThey kept my cell phone for 2 months now they give me the wrong number to the Temecula shop in addition to that the owner will not email me back I just hear from people that work there apparently the owner received the email saying that my parts for the sixth seventh and eighth time that it was ordered was the wrong part yet again this guy named Jesse keep telling me how its somebody elses fault that the wrong Parts get ordered. I have a recording of This Jessie character saying that my cell phone will be ready soon yet I do not have it I cant get in contact with who they claim is the owner by the name of Tracy I dont even know if she is the owner and fact I just speak to it some guy named Jessie.

Me and my husband were repairing the screen on my iPhone 11Pro, it got cracked. We Fix fixed it within a day. Right after my husband brought it to me we unlocked it and saw that the colours were off, the phone was not adjusting to the light and was not responding well. We called We Fix and requested a refund saying that they can take the screen back as well. The guy said that only the manager issues refunds and she is not in the office until Monday (we called on Saturday).So we called on Monday, and then Tuesday, and then a couple other days - the manager was never there. Almost a week of calls. Meanwhile my iPhone got some water on it. I wasnt too careful as Iphones are waterproof. But the screen was put so poorly that the water got everywhere and now even Apple cant fix it. We have to buy a new iPhone.Called We Fix today again - of course the manager was not there.What a let down. Would not recommend this place to anyone or ever come back!

I needed my Samsung Note 9 front screen replaced. They did this quickly and less expensively than other places. Great, fast service.

My phone needed repaired while visiting PS. When they replaced my sim card tray they charged me $10 then charged me $65 for a new sim reader. Then the next day my phone stopped being responsive and upon bringing it to the repair shop in Phoenix they broke my LCD screen in the process of repairing. Unsure if they knew it or not but they ended up costing me another $175 .

Really good service, fast and safe. My phone didn’t work at first after it was fix but the guy understood and told me to bring it again, after leaving it just for another 30 min he had fix everything without charging me again. Really good service guys I recommend it.

Please stop at this local store for all your repair needs. I walked in with an brand new IPHONE 12 that was stuck and would not reboot even with everything I tried, including Apple Tech support. Jessie took the phone, asked a few questions and than put his magic to work. End result-the phone was back to working order in less than 10 minutes. GREAT friendly service!

Usually if I am unhappy with the service I have received I won’t leave a review at all. However, in this case I feel I have to in order to warn future customers in the hopes I can save someone from experiencing what I had. I paid $200 dollars to have my Apple Watch screen repaired. With in a couple weeks, one day, randomly the screen came off causing the wires to be torn. I didn’t hit my watch on anything, didn’t drop it, didn’t get it wet, etc. It just randomly popped off while I was walking. When I asked if they could help or if I could get a refund, I was told No, because it wasn’t covered under warranty. When I asked why this wasn’t covered, I was told “because the warranty only covers damage done directly to the screen, and since the wires were ripped I was out $200 and there was nothing they would do.”Mind you, the reason the wires where torn was because the screen was not sealed properly to the watch.If I could leave a rating of zero stars I would, but since this isn’t an option one star is the most accurate rating of the choices I was given.

Job done in an hour and a half, excellent and would give them a 5.The screen was not in when promised Sat/Mon, I had to follow up. It arrived Wednesday and I did get a call. Took in and was told 90 minutes. Asked them to call my office when completed, didnt happen. I drove over and it was ready. Tech was cordial. Communication is key.

Have used them to repair a cracked ipad screen as well as for updating a Mac that wouldnt take the new update, both times they did a great job for a reasonable price and quick turn around.

Im generally not one to have things fixed for me, but the price wefiix quoted me made it worth it. Their service was perfect, even though I have a not so common phone with parts they had to special order.

I brought two iPhones to have the screen replaced, screen protectors added and bought two leather cases for each.When my partner reached for his phone, it slipped and fell two feet on the bathroom counter. Even with the case, the screen protector, and leather case the screen still shattered?!I brought the phone back to We Fix It and after speaking to the lovely owner, they replaced the screen for a great rate!I try to support my local businesses at all costs, and I’m glad I came to We Fix It.
