Had a cappuccino and vanilla decaf latte. Also snagged an almond croissant. All was delicious and a short walk from our rental house.
They have a really nice atmosphere, very welcoming. I would highly recommend the Vanilla lavender iced latte, it was amazing! Parking is a little tricky, but, that is so be expected in Palm Springs, which is not a con for me. 10/10👍
Amazing coffee. Quality drinks that are hand crafted! The care that this team takes to prepare drinks is next level!!Its a shame that we could not have the whole experience, but it was comforting to know they were taking precaution by rearranging the store to flow really well as the line gets pretty long! Allowing for space between waiting people is very thoughtful given our current worldwide situation. My aunt was the one who I went to Palm Springs with to get away. It was really nice to create some memories with her! The friendly girl making my drinks, Shannon, and the other young lady that took my aunts order worked together to make sure not only our drinks were properly made, but that the drinks came out in sync with the line of people waiting. They seem to have it down to a science! Such a fun time and I will be back again!
Ernest coffee would not let my baby and I sit outside at the patio at 8 am because it’s 21 & over. I have seen children sitting out there before.
Place is extremely clean and have excellent options. The place is very hipster which I tend to love. The make excellent coffee fast.
Love this place. Great coffee and people. It’s just so slow. If you have 30mins and patients def go here.
Delicious Hazelnut Horchata Latte iced.
Ernest coffee was the perfect place to hold our networking discussion. They have a nice open seating area, and offer outdoor patio. You will find all the espresso drinks of the big chains and brewed coffee. They dont have a large selection of bakery items, but its adequate for a snack with coffee. The blueberry scone I had was fresh and delicious and my husband enjoyed his croissant.
If they tell you they sell cold brew here, it’s a pack of lies. They sell “iced coffee cold brew”, which is basically “iced coffee”, which is basically a weak version of cold brew designed for people who can’t handle it. I sound like a self entitled Karen/Kevin, but my god this is California, nobody should have to put up with this torture.
They have oat milk, espresso, and wifi: 5 stars
For several years now, we have been visiting this place and we do not need to miss this place anymore! They have more here than just coffee. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Aromas has a fantastic menu of daily specials. We ate at this spot several times during our time here, and all was excellent. A tour is worthwhile!
This is the most delectable cup of coffee in town! The food and service at this coffee shop are also excellent. Id like to buy more coffee from this location because the coffee is delicious and the atmosphere is pleasant. They also discover a wonderful, courteous, and accommodating staff. Get a cup of coffee as soon as you leave.
Very pleasant people working there. The baked goods brought it down to four stars. If sitting outside, sit away from the gate exit door as it is startling every time someone used it, closing with a loud bang. Nothing a felt or rubber stopper wouldnt quiet down...
The vanilla bean supreme is my favorite drink they have there. Sometimes Ill get it dairy free. They also have a sugar/gluten free raisin scone thing that I like a lot. Always fast, people are nice.
At this coffee shop, I had coffee and breakfast in the morning! I had a cold brew, and it didnt disappoint me at all. The coffee was unusual. The sandwiches were fantastic, too, and I could customize them and satisfy myself with the results. Plus, all the staff here are attentive and polite. Were going to come back and recommend the venue to my colleagues.
This is my go-to spot for doing paperwork and hanging out. This establishments coziness and atmosphere appeal to me. It was incredibly relaxing, calm, and uncrowded. This is my favorite location on the planet! Strongly recommended!
Super friendly staff, they were helpful with questions about the menu and baked goods. The line is long and decently distanced, and that actually leads to pretty quick turnaround on coffee orders because the orders are coming in more slowly. I tried the vanilla lavender iced latte and it tasted like melted coffee ice cream. I should have asked for it to be lightly sweetened. Ext time I think I’d just skip the flavors because it was really too much. I also got a croissant, and couldn’t resist trying the lavender lemonade because it was all made in house and because I figured I could use the hydration. The croissant was good, nothing special. The lemonade was fresh, and weirdly could have had more flavor and been a bit sweeter—they should have put some of the syrup from the coffee into the lemonade instead. There’s a little enclosed patio space for those who want to sit.
Best coffee in Palm Springs by a mile! The house made syrups are delicious, but dont overpower the coffee.
Always a great visit, and enjoy the outside music with a tiki touch
Its the biggest coffee shop in town. In addition, their coffee is reasonably priced. They are still running a delightful, simple company that offers great service! It is unquestionably a must-try!
The coffee is great however while I appreciate your effort to try and keep everyone safe, when your staff is making demands on where to stand and what to do and makes you feel on pins and needles, it doesn’t make for a warm and friendly atmosphere especially when you’re trying to enjoy your morning and have a cup of coffee. If that’s the case, which is totally understandable, why not set up a table by the front entrance and take orders there to avoid people walking in altogether to avoid such an awkward environment and experience for your patrons.
The best coffee is served at this coffee shop, and the desserts are to die for! I love those flavors, and the food was perfect. If youre having breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it doesnt matter and you will enjoy it! The portions are big, and the whole thing is still very new. With college kids working in study groups and visitors dropping in for a bite, the place has a cool feel.
Friendly staff. Cute space. Social distancing appropriate. Excellent coffee!!! They ran out of pastries early, but that speaks to how delicious they are!
Nice people, not too many choices for sweet breakfast
Really, really good coffee — and creative concoctions like a vanilla lavender latte, which is splendid. Super friendly staff. Loved walking there in the mornings, to be greeted by familiar (masked) faces.
This coffee shop was suggested to me by my neighbor. So, I went to have coffee here yesterday before going to work. It brought me pleasure and relaxation because of the appearance of the place. It was really sweet when I drank their coffee, which I genuinely liked the most. So go to this coffee shop if you are tired or need to take a break!
11 dollars for a gross latte and crazy long wait time
This is the best shop around for coffee. Also, their coffee is priced fairly. They have a plain, but very nice place with lovely employees, too! And their food is so incredible! Its a must try!
Excellent cafe. The lavender vanilla latte was incredible. Honestly one of my favorite coffee drinks I’ve ever had. They make all their syrups in house with real ingredients so you know you’re getting the real deal. Awesome spot!!
Good coffee, and a nice staff but during this covid situation there was no food or bakery items.
I want to start saying the service was good. We felt welcomed. Now, the coffee was not good. We order Americano and it had no taste. It was just warmed water. Even though we liked the decor and the service. The most fundamental element is missing, coffee. I dont recommend this place.
Yesterday I witnessed two older couples coming in the exit to the shop and being reprimanded by staff. It was obvious they have never been to the shop before. They then proceeded to the front and were reprimanded for walking towards the front without going outside and coming around. While they were reviewing the posted menu one of them leaned against the a booth where people used to sit before the pandemic, they were again reprimanded for touching it. I felt very bad for these people it is not the way you treat customers. Fortunately the two couples exited without ordering. Customer service can go a long ways.
The interior of the coffee shop was so classy and cozy. Keep it up! Very strongly recommended! I’d definitely go again.
Staff was amazing, extremely friendly, answered all my questions and made great recommendations. I had planned on sharing some of my coffee when I got home but it never made it home it was so good! I definitely recommend and will be back!
This is one of my favourite places to visit. The food is fantastic and very unique, while the cafe is incredible.
Compared to other local places we tried, wasnt blown away by Ernest. The wait was long and the coffee (latte) wasnt the tastiest Ive had.
Great coffee, lots of funky options, and they even had treats for the dog!
Even with restrictions in place, the ladies here were kind and helpful. Got a Mericano with a splash of almond milk. Cool beans!
Wonderful bakery treats!
Little pricey but great americano 👍👍
Coffee is better than anywhere else in Palm Springs but the baked goods are average.
Great tasting coffee, has the perfect kick.Lovely patio and background music had won my heart!
This super cute and cool specialty coffee shop offers beans roasted by Stumptown Coffee, housemade syrups and sauces with unique and creative flavors, and locally baked pastries! And the baristas are talented and friendly and will pour you some lovely latte art if you get a hot beverage! They are dog friendly and even offered treats to the pups. Theres an adorable patio that lets you look at the mountains while you enjoy your coffee in uptown Palm Springs.Ernest Coffee is also connected to an internationally known tiki bar, Bootlegger Tiki. Bootlegger offers handcrafted tiki cocktails and tacos to-go, as well as patio seating by reservation online.Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palm Springs and is looking for quality coffee and house-made syrups.
It has amazing food at affordable prices and the staff is super friendly. I wish that they would open a second location even closer to me!
My fav coffee spot in PS.
First of all they dont take cash. Cash is King to. And besides that unfriendly no good morning so I say goodbye
Best coffee in Palm Springs, and there are A LOT of choices. The iced cafe mocha is the bomb.
Excellent cold brew
Very expensive coffe
Rude employee, can’t bother to check my transaction is going through before walking off then doesn’t understand 6 feet social distance vs the yellow circles some people ignore - has an attitude with me. I USED to go here every morning.
Only have had their espresso drinks and drip coffee - all good flavor! Friendly staff. Cool vibe. Even before the pandemic, which theyve adapted well too by hosting the POC outside on their patio with misters. The dog and I make a point to stop by for a fix and am looking forward to hanging out here eventually.
Yesterday, while i was strolling in the city, there was a coffee shop that really caught my attention. Without hesitation i enter the shop and as i entered the shop i was amazed and very impressed with the ambiance it was very calm and was so relaxing, the internal design was so elegant. The barista was so attentive and very pleasant to approach with. There cake was so delicious and very satisfying to eat, about the coffee theyve sell it was all really taste good that make us all surely back again to taste and drink their coffee.
Super friendly, always there when you need them, some of the best coffee in the area. No need to add cream or sugar just great tasting, thoughtfully brewed coffee.
Looks like a comfortable quite place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Dont know if the coffee is good or not. Didnt even make it to the counter to order. Not going to reward poor customer service with my dollars. Very disappointed. Ill go somewhere else.
Loved the dirty chi & my husband loved the mocha! ...not overly sweet
I loved their home made vanilla syrup their vanilla latte is the best Ive ever had
A rare treat to find Stumptown outside of the PNW; friendly international staff and a small dog-friendly patio complete the picture.
Great vibe, warm interior with really cool book wallpaper and tufted benches. Loved my golden coconut milk latte - not too sweet at all, nice and hot. Baristas were very personable and welcoming. And if they have donuts, I highly recommend getting one... Yum. Yum. Yum.
Best coffee ever
Great coffee, and their guava pastries are delicious.
Terrific coffee and atmosphere, only wish they had brekkie sandwiches or burritos
They have delicious drinks, but when they get busy, the service is really slow. There was only 2 ladies working the Sunday rush, and one of them was texting on her phone for the first couple of minutes of us all waiting to order. Then, she started helping make drinks. It took probably about 10 minutes for her to turn around to take our order, and by that time, the line had gotten pretty long. Just be sure you are expecting a bit of a wait during their rush
Delicious caramel vanilla latte. They use Stumptown beans. Their almond croissants sell out fast.
One of, if not THE Best Place to get coffee in Downtown Palm Springs. It has variety in its choices, the atmosphere is great! Such nice and kind people that truly know their coffee, and what truly sealed the deal was the bread. Ernest has some of the best bread and it surprised me when I had it, I never expect much when getting bread at a coffee shop but this time it truly shocked me! So far this has been the best coffee shop Ive been to and itll be difficult for another place to top it!
On a quick trip to Palm Springs, looking for a coffee shop. I found the best place. GREAT cold brew, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating to someone from out of town. If you didnt enjoy the cold brew, then you just dont know coffee. Ill be back in the morning!!
Great coffee and great team members.
Coffee is really good and the friendly service is amazing 👍
Good coffee
A great place to get coffee in Palm Springs. Great selection and atmosphere was solid! The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to my main man Ernest!
Favorite coffee spot on my trip to Palm Springs
A pleasant rest from a mid bike ride. Sat out on the patio in the good Palm Springs sun. My staple hot tea. They offered raw honey, a treat.
Daily walk for coffee. Great sweet treats and excellent coffee. Busy place but worth the wait!
Great walkup coffee to go. Friendly service. Misters during hot days.
Without a doubt the tastiest beverages Ive ever found in Palm Springs. Hipster-cool vibe with the best custom music selections anywhere. This is a happening place with outstanding, friendly staff and sensible prices. The patio even has an awesome close-up mountain view. Loyal clientele from all over So. Cali.
Got to the shop at a quarter till 7 and they were already closed. Worker stated they didn’t have any business so they closed early. Annoying. This is why Starbucks will always reign supreme. HAVE RELIABLE HOURS!!!
Its Not Starbucks! Great iced tea. I dont do coffee but still wanted to support this local small business
Wow. What amazing coffee. It was delicious and fresh tasting. Everything bagel was toasted to perfection and the staff were helpful and welcomed our conversation and our dog was greeted and admired. A+
Very comfortable and calm environment. Both comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating has misters to add to your enjoyment.
