Stopped at this location this morning. Went through the drive thru. They were very fast efficient and friendly. Loved how the asked for my name and greeted me by name when I arrived at the window. The gentlemen working the window had a great attitude.. I would definitely come back to this location. Thank you keep up the amazing job! Your APPRECIATED.

They closed the store due to homeless people fighting but won’t allow you to pick up your order you already paid for online. Pure laziness! All they had to do was set up a table and pass mobile orders to customers. Staff lacks critical thinking skill.

Traditional type of Starbucks Shopkins be friendly very difficult to find somewhere to charge an item device. So if you have something to eat your time will be definitely limited here at the Starbucks get the staff is friendly and the drinks are very consistent

My experience at this Starbucks was amazing like everything was easy and fast to order and the space itself is very big and nice to chill inside. The variety of drinks is always nice and its a nice cool place to chill when it is hot out.

Ordered a grande vanilla bean frappe with caramel drizzle. The first one barely had any caramel ask them to remake it nicely and this is what they gave me will never go back! Very rude! This was for my daughter by the way theyve dumped over a fourth a cup of caramel

I would really like to give this store 5 stars but I cant with the inconsistency of my order I make on a daily basis and no one at the store knowing my name or acknowledging that Im there daily for the last year.I order a Venti Dark Roast Coffee, which is what the company was founded on and started selling long before lattes and frappacinos. Because of Covid, sugar and cream are now put in by the barista. I ask for 2 inches of cream and 3 Sugar in the Raw. The amount of cream put in is always less than ordered and the coffee, cream and sugar are never stirred together, leaving all sugar at the bottom of the cup.When the coffee is handed off, I always have to ask for a stir stick, to which I usually get an odd questioning look of why? and the cup is typically so full to the rim, coffee is already spilling over at hand off or I end up spilling when I take the lid off to stir the drink.I know this may sound silly to complain about but if the most basic beverage cant be made as ordered, why should I continue to come to this location?

I drink 100% Kona coffee at home with organic half and half from Costco so I was only here to buy a certificate for somebody who did some work on our property and drinks coffee in the morning from Starbucks hadnt been there in years they expanded, place looks nice but I love my coffee at home

Visited this location today just to encounter rudeness by a Starbucks team member named Timmy. I ordered a butter croissant, and as I couldn’t find my drink on the menu I asked: “what is the name of that Kiwi cold drink...?” Timmy response: “Kiwi” (sarcastic eye roll); I said: “never mind” and left. I wanted to know the proper name of the drink to order accurately next time. Turns out the drink is called Kiwi/ Starfruit Refresher, and there’s a version with lemonade too, according to Starbucks website. Why couldn’t He just answer a simple question? Instead he chose to be rude and sarcastic, the eye roll is expected on a twelve year old, not to a grown man representing such a big corporation like Starbucks. this behavior was so unnecessary, and I get the feeling I am not the first customer this guy has been rude to. Needles to say I won’t be going back to this or ANY other Starbucks. BTW I was the only customer at the register, not busy, no lines.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a brew coffee. This is not the 1st time. Staff could tune up their guest service skills . Will not be returning

Cant go wrong with coffee!Came here after my morning run, ordered on the app, waited just a few minutes in the store for my order, then I was out the door.It is 2021, so masks were required. Out door seating was available. Employees were nice and friendly (and busy!), inside was clean.

This is truly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Dont waste your time or money. The person they have working for them with green hair has to be the rudest person I have ever seen in customer service. His appearance reflect so well on the store.

This place serves the best coffee at a very affordable price. The food is always amazing as well as the desserts. Its very comfortable and the people working here are nice. Great tasting coffee, nice ambiance, and reasonably priced menu. Definitely one of the best coffee shops in the area. I hope to be back here soon!

I came here to pick up a mobile order and found out I was at the wrong location. The staff were amazing and made my order up for me instead of having me go to the other location.

So for the 4th time the nitro machine is not working. I only go to Starbucks for the Nitro (otherwise there are 2 other close cafes I would support more)...anyway, today I was also informed that the 2 cup carrier I usually am given is for Uber Eats only, so I was denied a carrier that not only has less waste (Hello, Earth Day is today) and bc I ride a bike, makes it so much easier for me to get home without spilling half my drink. (they even had to ask a manger for the sticker to put over the lid)...I dont understand why you would not give a device that makes it easier for your customer who is standing right in front of you, instead of holding onto it for a possible future orders. Anyway...Hello Townies, Restretto and Natures cafe...bye bye over priced corporation. It was good while it lasted. Maybe one day you will take an interest in your customers and care about the locals.

Everytime I come to palm springs this Starbucks has always taken care of me. Even in this covid19 social distancing nightmare, they are still very professional and on point. Like its been freaking hard, we all know this, so we let certain behaviors slide these days and you get use to the frustrated attitude in service workers cuz like you totally understand. But to have the knowledge that your once upon a time, haven from drama still takes the time to take care of me. Highly recommended

Paying in cash had never before made me feel stupid before today. I waited on line and it was finally my turn so I ask to reload my starbucks card for $20. I paidJeff (starbucks manager) with a $100 bill. The store Manager Jeff asked me to stand off to the side for 15 minutes as he helps everyother customer that was on line and who had walked through the door before he would get any change from the safe. It made me feel terrible waiting there I had already waited it was my turn and I wasnt the one unprepared.

We went to this store today and we observed something a little bit disturbing. An AA lady was picking her order, and noticed the order was not correct. The young man who was serving, instead of being courteous and helping, he was rude and dismissive, saying this is what I have for you. The rest I dont know, talk to her pointing out to the person at the cashier, and walked away.This is very unusual, since in general Starbucks provides good training for good customer service. I wanted to send this feedback directly to Starbucks but didnt find an option in the app.

My visit was today, 2/4 at 12 pm. I went in and noticed this store carried reserve coffee on the menu boards and was immediately excited to try the Guatamala featured on the board. The new-ish girl at the front asked her (Im assuming) shift lead with coffee master apron about this and said they didnt do that.Thats fine. My mistake for assuming this location had a clover to do it for them.I asked for a komodo dragon, the featured dark roast presumably in the 5 lb bullets. As soon as I asked, I realized the only urn that was filled and ready was pike. I checked the time and it dawned on me that it was well past the time for a quick dark roast as my store would stop serving drip dark/light roasts after 11 am.I told the girl it was okay because it was late in the day. All the while she consulted her (still assuming) shift lead with a coffee master apron. His words to me were, we can only make you our featured dark roast if you buy a pound. Then we can make you a pour over.As a former coffee master, being led astray and lied to by another coffee master was incredibly disappointing especially when the purpose of the program is for baristas - who consistently go above and beyond for guests - to demonstrate their love and knowledge for their craft.I seriously hope his behavior is not a reflection of what this districts upper management expects from its partners.On a more positive note, the security person you guys have onsite was exemplary. He greeted me when I came in and treated me like a guest until I left.

This Starbucks is the little sister to the BIG downtown “reserve” Starbucks. What it lacks in flash-bang it makes up for in the large layout and friendly locals who frequent this run-of-the-mill Starbucks. There’s a large parking lot and a drive-through.

Always a very mellow comfortable place very well run the employees are great they know u by name and what you drink the place is very clean great location its not overwhelmed with pesky tourists and is not overwhelmed with the typical Palm Springs clones and homeless bums.

While the severity of our current situation is not lost on me, I cannot find the right words to express my shock and disappointment of the actions of the Starbucks staff at this location earlier this morning (8/14/20) around 9am. With country music blasting loud enough to force you to shout your order three feet to the barista, the staff shouted and yelled (in the most unprofessional way) at this elderly woman with a small dog off leash. They seemed to drop everything behind the counter to yell at this woman who was clearly hard of hearing, (noticeable hearing aids) over their country music, to put the dog on leash. There was a professional and courteous way to handle the situation; the staff here, today, did not do so. Will happily visit other locations and avoid this one in the future. Grateful to have options.

Starbucks previously had a reputation of not only great coffee, but the most friendly & polite staff. Since the days of Howard Schultz, things have changed 180 degrees. Today I went in this location to get coffee & a sandwich for my husband & me. I ordered a vente caramel macchiato & a sandwich for myself & only a grande latte for my husband. Since one cannot eat there now because of COVID, I took the food home. When I opened the sack, we discovered that they had given 2 sandwiches, ( not 1 as ordered) & the caramel macchiato was the small size & husband’s latte was vente. We drank the beverages, but I was determined to make this right at least to make them aware of the mistake. So I drove 5 miles back & asked to speak to person in charge. This obese girl with attitude written on her face appears. I explained the situation. To her. She appeared angry & said I should have driven the food back immediately. She never admitted a mistake on their part. She said I should have checked the food before I left. She said she could give me another small drink but that was it. She never apologized for their mistake. I will not be returning to this Starbucks. This employee should be fired.

Starbucks is not the same as used to be..workers over there not friendly and polite any more..they are cheap.cup size is smaller than used to be...no splenda,no napkin,no stirer, unless you go back to ask for it.they gave you one splenda..all the starbucks stores are the same now....

Our baristas were very friendly and made ordering easy. I ordered a peppermint mocha and it was honestly the best peppermint mocha I have ever had. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the music isn’t too loud and the seating is nice. It has an open floor plan and it was easy to access. Overall, this trip to Starbucks was wonderful. Thanks guys!

Great Carmel Frappuccinos

Ever since I moved from San Diego this was my spot to pick up my daily coffee but after Cindy and Rebecca lied about my drink being picked up by my employee when he never received it, sucks we had to find this out a week later. I won’t be coming back to this location. My Acaí refresher had a hair, since we asked to make a new one. Wasn’t expecting to leave this review, just be aware.

Newly remodeled and much more spacious and inviting. The staff is pretty attentive and will always greet you with a smile. Typical Starbucks menu with coffee drinks, tea, bakery, sandwiches and a small retail area with coffee mugs, shirts, and assorted bagged coffee for sale. I would recommend this store if you want to get on your laptop and hang out and answer emails.

Good coffee. One of the nicer locations Ive been to out of 999. Didnt see much homeless loitering, very very good. Seems like theres always a little rift raft hanging around almost all the locations. I would to I guess, get jacked up and zip around looking for work or food. Bingo free Starbucks and food. Might be back some day.

This is an excellent Starbucks to chill out in for a while. Ample sitting area, service was nice and quick.Edit: Wife went into the bathroom and said it was pretty much unusable because of how filthy it was, so I took a star away. So, I guess this spot is fine, if you dont need the bathroom. :)

Wish they put a combination lock for their restrooms. There are many times I try to go in and there are nonpaying customers leaving a stench. It smells like a combination of body odor and other things. And Im disappointed that the restrooms arent for both genders. Myself including another male customer had to wait literally for 7-10 minutes. A third customer had to walk across the way to Jack in the Box to use their restrooms. Little did we knew, the womens restroom wasnt being used. God forbid we walk. Poor planning by whoever thought of expanding the place. Both restrooms should be used for everyone.

Waited 15 minutes for a drink, when it did not come the cashier said, welcome back when I went to the register. I think there needs to be traianing for this Starbucks, rude, and unhelpful employees. Not to mention inept in costumer relations... never going back to this store.... if you go there I hope you have a better experience, you couldn’t have a worse one....

I hate their burnt flavor style of coffee, but when Im on the road, its my place of choice for breakfast. The oatmeal and the ever-expanding breakfast sandwich menu have hooked me. The sous vide eggs are fantastic. Now if they only offered a light roast coffee Id be happy. Points off for customer service and packaging hell.

Great changes to interior - Definitely a Go-To. A great option to downtowns Starbuck Reserve. Adjacent to the Jack in the Box and Motel 6, theres a large parking lot behind the cafe, so parking is really easy.

Its very good, there are many tables and chairs. Clean, and great service. ;)

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. I order my coffee and waited about 20 minutes for it but that wasnt the problem I understand they are busy. When my name was called the staff handed my drink to the another coustomer who she was talking to the hole time she made drinks which slowed her down. The staffs name was sabrina I believe the other customer knew it wasnt her drink as I was right beside her to get the drink because my name was called I walked back to my seat thinking she got mixed up waited another 10 minutes and finally went up and asked if she called my name I know she did but asked anyways. She said ugh idk. The other lady whos name I didnt see I think you gave it away and asked me what my order was after telling them like 10 times they called the other girls name and gave her a free coffee I mean cause they gave her the wrong drink that is. They tried to offer it to me after she declined I said no and that I would like my original order. Some staff are great here but with the 2 I dealt with today um not so great or smart. Have to have a Starbucks 4 times a week at least, we enjoy a pick me up.

We spent over 20 minutes in line and waiting for our coffee & breakfast. You could tell that the girl at the cash was new and had little support from the others. During this time we watched a “barista” (name started with a B) make multiple drinks and not acknowledge us- at one point she put a drink out and threw the straw on the counter. The same person also threw cartons around the workspace, which was clearly dirty. After 10 minutes of waiting for my husbands breakfast we asked if there was a sandwich coming and they had no idea there was one ordered. I’d have to say this location may be the worst I have seen in Starbucks history!

Wasnt a coffee drinker before. Now, I enjoy it a bit too much. Your first step always awakens the senses.
