What I like with regards to this spot is that it doesnt get that excessively swarmed and boisterous. So that implies the climate is somewhat unwinding and you will figure out your peaceful time here! However, the espresso is similarly as extraordinary. This coffeehouse is the best one which I backing and love, it is an optimal spot for an after-feast (lunch or supper) talk over espresso cakes or cakes. I truly like this spot to such an extent! Should attempt!

We found this location close to the hotel we were staying at. Right when you come in you see all the coffee selection. Then there is a lot of healthy options of salads, fruit parfaits, drinks and more. They also have merchandise. Crew is friendly and their work space is really clean. Barista was super quick on making our drinks. We ordered I think it was Caramel white chocolate mocha blended drink and my son loved it. He said it was the best blended drink he had tasted. There’s also sitting areas outside. I believe they have three locations all located in Palm Springs. Which they had one here in Henderson.

So many coffee choices - light or dark roast option for a latte was a first for me!Lots of outside seating and if it’s full pull up a rock.. like we did!A regular in line recommend the lemon poppy seed muffin or the banana nut and we was not wrong!Beautiful views! Stopped in and picked up a crumb muffin- which was huge and amazing... Also got a white mocha latte... Totally hit the spot... My only complaint was I asked for a 20 oz and got a 16 oz. But the baristas made it awesome💗

I recently went to this location while on vacation as our hotel was nearby. I ordered a mocha freeze as well as a large pineapple coconut muffin. They were both quite delicious and the staff was awesome. I was served by an extremely helpful, informative and professional man who thoroughly enjoyed his job. He mentioned that the baked goods are made on site. I was very impressed, and when in Palm Springs in the future, I will definitely stop by.

My decaf was definitely not decaf. Thats no joke when someone who is caffeine intolerant gets a caffeinated drink, it kind of ruins their entire day. You need to be more careful when someone orders decaf.

Heres the thing, I truly love the ambiance and appeal of this place...what I dont love is the lack of process among the staff. Ive been coming here for a couple of months now and on average about 1 out of 3 orders has been incorrect. The staff members should be relegated to one specific duty or task at a time to alleviate the panic that ensues when ordering anything with modifiers, when staff trade tasks amongst each other is where most mistakes seem to take place. The music volume is too high when trying to talk through masks, plexiglass, machine noises and ambient conversation it only adds to the frustration for both the employee and the customer. I enjoy the vibe and really am a fan of Koffi Central Palm Springs, but I think the order taking and food prep processes can be much improved.

Fantastic spot for breakfast goodies (coffees, teas, pastries, muffins, breakfast sandwiches). The staff is quick, accurate, and efficient and the outdoor seating area is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy it all!

One of many great koffi locations! The matcha tea freeze is a great refreshing treat. They have plenty of coffee options as well. They have great muffins. I always get the pineapple and coconut muffin.

Great coffee, the light roast is super. But, below average berry smoothie (beware);I have an iron-strong stomach yet, the it manage to give me an upset tummy. I was told there’s no added sugar- hard to believe for such an overly sweet taste :(

Dont really have anything negative to say about this place. Ive been here twice in two weeks and I have to say I was impressed both times. The pineapple and coconut muffins are the best muffins I have ever had in my life hands-down, and this is coming from someone who is not a big fan of sweets in general. The staff is always friendly and patient when it comes to ordering, and the service is very quick regardless of how busy they are, which can be quite busy if you go during peak times. The place is very clean, well-run seemingly, and the outdoor seating area is great for you and your pets to enjoy fresh air, and good refreshments if you choose to stay. Definitely would recommend and will be returning in the near future.

Koffi is a great retreat to enjoy coffee. I personally enjoy the flavors more here than its competitor from Seattle. The customer service is great without being overly friendly. This Koffi location is my favorite as I like the location and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is continuously enjoyed without being over crowded. Koffi is a nice subdued environment with fast helpful service and feels more local than other houses. They have amazing double egg sandwiches and blueberry muffins. They are quite large and can easily be shared. Pricing is competitive. Parking is always available, and there is even covered parking for a few.

Great employees, especially Christian with his fab makeup. Make sure you tip big.

Locally roasted. Fabulous herbal blends and the Only Espresso I will use in my machine. Love their house brewed mild or bold hot coffees, malt-mocha freezes, and American Espresso Roast whole bean. 🌈

This is my favorite of the P.S. Koffi chain. Espresso drinks (dark roast) and their muffins are really good. They have a really large outdoor space, which was perfect for social distancing requirements.

Such a cute coffee stop; perfect Sunday afternoon activity in Palm Springs. Theres no indoor seating at the moment, but theres a large grassy area outside with plenty of spaced apart chairs and tables. Lovely coffee and friendly staff.

Amazing coffee to be sure. There is room for improvement on the customer service level. You can never underestimate the power of a smile and a sincere greeting. I would encourage training in this area as very few service and food organizations can do well on quality of product alone. My recommendation is to take the staff on a field trip to Ritz-Carlton for lunch and concentrate on every interaction they experience. Its a masterclass for the cost of a great meal.

I went vacationing in Palm Springs with my boyfriend and discovered this coffee place with a K! It is one of the best coffee in Palm Springs. It is just across the street from the Hilton that we were staying at. Koffi is like the Star Bucks in Palm Springs, a few locations in Palm Springs, except that they are not that big compare to Star Bucks so that means you wont find Koffi anywhere else except for Palm Springs. Yes, I recommend Koffi for you coffee lovers! I wish there was one in San Diego.

Their matcha comes unsweetened and then they sweeten it with vanilla syrup but I declined the offer and it was the BEST matcha Ive ever had. It was light and refreshing, not grassy or seaweed-y at all as other unsweetened matchas are.

Open all my coffee has several locations in the Palm Springs area and this was my first visit to the central location. It was very clean and nice and quite large with a lovely outside patio. I enjoy spending time with the good friend and everyone seemed as if they were enjoying the restaurant and also the excellent weather outside.

Im in LOVE with this place! The staff, the vibe and environment, and the coffee and muffins are the best! I recommend the Belgian chocolate-carmel cold brew with a warm cranberry trio muffin!...thank me later 💕 I hope they expand to other cities soon.

There are three Koffi locations in Palm Springs and one in Rancho Mirage. The quality is consistent and the staff is friendly. They make an effort to remember your name and what you typically order. I usually get the Honey vanilla Latte, ice and the double egg sandwich...always a treat.

It resembles a quiet and more upscale than Starbucks coffee shop . The menu is definitely simple and all of it is delicious. It is in a close proximately to the east of the DownTown Palm springs area and one could enjoy sitting in n the outdoors weather and Virus permitting, for hours enjoying the sun and the friendly people that make this a special location of the KOFFI FAMILY .

Extensive drink menu and a good selection of small edibles. We visited on a hot day and there was no room to drink inside in the air conditioning. The patio was too hot. The Palm Canyon Drive location is smaller but has a nicer grassy backyard.

I have been a patron of Koffi since I arrived in Palm Springs in 2006. I have enjoyed the coffee and offerings at three of the Koffi locations. Each is individual, but share superb service, quality people, and quality products shine at each location. Im acquainted with the owners. Step by step they have created a very unique set of coffee houses that are favored by many many many Palm Springs residents and tourists alike.

Best organic coffee in town. If you are a true coffee lover go with plain coffee and fix it how you like it. Also the scones and muffins are very good. They even have a selection of gluten free products.
