In and out GREAT service I thought it was target from the service alone

Since the main person left this pharmacy is getting worse by the minute!!!!10/22/2021They have a new person that is good, but having only one person is not better than average.

I had a bad experience with the CUSTOMER SERVICE at this PHARMACY. I was on hold for literally 45 minutes going back-and-forth on the phone on hold. From one employee to another employee and when answering the phone they don’t apologize for having you on hold. They also talk over you because “they are to busy in the mornings” maybe is true and I understand. But when your getting tossed around on the phone from one employee to another employee it makes you really upset. So I told her off I know it was not the rite words to say but COME ON. 45 minutes on hold. And the part that was upsetting was not me being on hold for so long. It was the fact that when they pick the phone up to talk to me to help me they will ask me a question and be helping other customers asking them if they have Insurance. Like really so why answer if you’re not going to pay attention to the customer on the phone. So I didn’t say nothing the first time; but after the Fours time being on hold it was getting under my skin. I know it was not rite for me to had said curse words that her but I was upset I apologize for that. SO NOW MY QUESTION IS THIS? Why answer the phone and ask the customer some questions and then have me tell them and they are not event paying any attention at what I told her because they are busy. And to close the deal after all this after I told her I was upset and cursing at her which I do apologize. I told her I wanted to speak with her manager and she yelled back at me and told me she was busy and Hung the phone up after waiting 45 minutes on hold this is ridiculous this is the last time I’ll ever come to this pharmacy

They also have low cost generic medication for those who are uninsured.

Slow and understaffed. Expect to be told that you need to come back a few hours later to pick up your Rx since they lack the manpower to fill an order any faster

Half The Times I Go To Any Walmart They Tell Me Come Back Tomorrow Because They Dont Have Any Dont They Keep Track Of Their Meds Or Dont Know How

Keep the shelves empty, there is a lack of frozen food such as chicken nugget, little meat, there is no one to disinfect the carts, nor disinfectants to clean them themselves, they do not have plastic bags, lack of personnel and more organization.

Okay but not many registers open
