By far the best grocery store for charcuterie. An insane amount of options and still great prices!

Its really a very well kept store. Its always clean and stocked well. The employees are almost always very polite and helpful. Their deli is great, plenty of selections, Made-to-Order sandwiches, the cheese and meets selection, their sushi bar is very good, sushi is made fresh daily. Grab a ready to eat too from the cooler or have the chef make one. Its really one of my favorite stores. Dont forget to check out the wonderful brand of candles and room sprays or essential oils near the floral desk.

Lydia who works cashier in the morning is the sweetest thing youll ever meet. She actually payed for a copy of my house key when I was locked out of my apartment and didnt have my wallet for the key machine I had a saved copy on. I payed her back soon after and then some. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer. Great store. But shes the best thing there.

Here in the store don’t have the restroom open to the Costomer. It is ridiculous. Cashier told me this.

This Ralphs is very chill and you can pretty much find anything youre really looking for and it is very cool inside and lines arent too bad.

The deli selection here is good - love the pesto pasta salad! The store is on the smaller side but good variety in the product stocked.

This is small, more gourmet Ralphs. Its well laid out, normally well stocked and tidy, and very clean. Most of the service personnel are friendly and helpful. There have been a few occasions where the bakery staff were in the back and not available and one checker who was abrupt. We all have bad days... lol. But all in all, one of my favorite stores to shop

Do Not Shop Here! We had an awful experience with their online grocery order system. It took us two hours to wait to pick up our groceries. It was scheduled and yet the store clerk kept saying they were almost ready with it. She went home and a cashier came outside and told us no one was working on our order. It took a manager to do something. I would go to one of their competitors even if you have to drive farther away.

Came here for my morning Starbucks coffee inside the market.Store is kept clean and organized. Many staffs are restocking the merchandise. Love the fresh bagels and pastry.Cashier is friendly and polite.

Used to like this place. Not anymore. Some of the employees are unfriendly and not helpful. The checkers seem stressy and anxious, rushing you through the line. This store doesnt enforce masks to be worn by customers. I just deleted my Ralphs grocery list off my phone. I will no longer shop at Ralphs.

I have shopped at this Ralphs since the 1980s. I would have given a higher score but today they deserve 0. April 18 during the Virus around 1 to 2 pm the gal behind the counter on bakery had her mask around her neck talking to a customer. I told one of the youngmanagers what I saw . He said nothing. I said y need to tell your employee. He did nothing. At the check out the checker was rubbing his eyes with bare hands and than ringing up touching my groceries. I will not shop here again soon so disappointed The head manager needs to have a meeting and stress the importance of safe working habits during do to the Virus and in general

This service is great by your employees there I wish you had some type of little cafe or something where you could order something other than a deli sandwich. Being a single person I dont need the whole lot of family packed meals. But it would be nice find something more than the deli case. But again the Ralphs store at smoke tree is wonderful.

High end grocery store a bit pricey, but, the quality of their products its pretty good. I go there just about every day. I love this place. Customers have a big attitude though.

Today I went shopping with my daughter at the smoke tree village at Ralphs my daughter has had for the first time used a food stamp card well the checker was the most miserable person he had no personally should not work for a public place make a long story short I requested to speak to the manager who was the nicest person I havent meet for a long time she was so kind ! And handled the situation very professional I couldnt done any better ! I had my own business & I couldnt if handled the situation any better Jessica thank you very sincerely Us

Really nice grocery store. Well stocked and has pretty good offers on a regular basis. The availability of organic produce and products has been increasing over time and the prices have decreased.

Its always fantastic. Theyre very helpful and they have almost everything I want or need and if they dont have it they get it for you. A great place to shop.

Ralphs Fresh Fare is a smaller grocery store within the Ralphs Supermarket (Kroger) chain in southern California. The Palm Springs Fresh Fare sits at the busy intersection where Sunrise meets E Palm Canyon Dr, inside the Smoke Tree shopping center. Because this store is smaller, they have a more limited selection of products than larger grocery stores. If youre a cheese lover, they have a fantastic selection of domestic and imported cheese. The deli department has a wide variety of salads, a well stocked salad bar, and the cold cuts youll find at most delis. The fresh produce department is small, and their bread offerings are limited. This location features a small Starbucks. This store is the most expensive grocery store in the area by far, which is unfortunate, and they recently changed their hours, which is why I gave them three stars. If youre looking for a good value, you wont shop at Ralphs Fresh Fare in Palm Springs.

Old post: Most are unfriendly, especially Supervisor Jessica, always rude. I will not get in her line. Bakery ladies, lacking in customer service and checkers, normally unfriendly. New post: Cake order looks terrible, nothing like what I showed them. While paying Manager at checkout line, I mentioned it nicely. He ignored me & didnt say anything or apologize. My grandson will be disappointed. Bad customer service. Pictures of the horrible cake on Yelp. So much cream on the cake, made 3 of the 6 kids sick. Made me sick just looking at it! Nasty all around!! Contacted corporate, they didnt care either.

Super convenient location to my house. Decent prices as I only buy what is on sale that week. Biggest headache is the staff. They are a miserable bunch that must hate their job. They simply cannot be friendly to save their life. They should all be sent away and start over hiring people who are service oriented. Skip the deli - they are the worst of the lot.

This place its a high end grocery store. It has options for just about every pocket. Its a bit pricey, but so are the other stores in the area. It has an organic section and there is something for every body. It has tables outside to chill and drink coffee, unfortunately, its always busy with homeless. The homeless DO NOT GO inside the store, but sure they like to hang out around the premises. Overall, the store its slightly better than other Ralphs stores.

Don’t really like going here because other customers are rude and expect you to get out of their way when you’re not even in their way, and last night had an older lady grabbed and moved some of my items to make space for hers but what I’m getting at is some of the registers are just like thier customers, rude! or maybe they just treat different by what you wear or something cause I was treated way different then the person in front of me just a couple minutes ago... I don’t know but every time i visit this store I’m always uncomfortable.

A convenient place to shop. Not as large as some Ralphs so variety may be limited. Meat, fish and poultry prices are very high (as with the chain) and I find that when they have a 50% off sale, they double the price then take 50% off so youre back where you started from! Purchased 2 tanks of propane today and had to take them out of the rack my self--not much service.

I ordered a birthday cake from here and specifically ordered one with buttercream and not cheap sugary frosting. The one I picked up was made with super sweet cheap frosting. When I called to complain the lady said that they only have buttercream or whip cream. For anyone ordering a cake from here, they don’t know the difference between buttercream and fronsting and they DO NOT have buttercream, even if they might tell you they do. We ended up having two birthday cakes with the second one being made with real buttercream and the difference was night and day. It’s not very difficult to know the difference between buttercream and frosting.

On season or off season, Ralphs at Smoketree is​ faithfully there with well stocked shelves, fresh produce and plenty of checkers to get you on your way.

Customer service in this store is the worst I have ever seen. Shelves are constantly in need of restocking. A real contrast between this store and the Ralphs on Sunrise which has great customer service and stocked shelves.
