Chris was quite meticulous in his customer service with me. It is the best storage that I’ve ever used my things are safe no rodents unlike the other storage I’ve used. What is appreciated is the great willingness to help the customer with great intentions I was satisfied greatly with the answers he gave me and I’m comfortable leaving my things there. I needed a storage right away because I needed to relocate. There was nothing available anywhere. I called Extra Space Storage & Bertha helped with everything I needed. Bertha is friendly, knowledgeable and made everything easy for me. Since loosing my benefits, I became behind on everything. Due to late payments, my storage was going to be auctioned. Alex took care of me upon arrival. Smooth transition. I put a couple items in storage but didnt need it after all. I paid for a whole month and the second month was free. Great deal but I didnt need the storage after all. Bertha really helped me out by issuing a partial refund which was very kind of her. I really appreciate them both. Thank You guys !!

The entire matter was handled over the phone and storing my stuff went perfectly.

We needed to transfer to a smaller unit. Alex was very helpful explaining the types and cost of other units he had available, He also took us to the ones available so we could see the different sizes..That made it easier to select one that would fit our needs. The facility on Farrell is the cleanest public storage building I have ever been in. And, Bertha made it super easy to rent a unit. We handled it all over the phone! My review is for the Extra Space Storage on Farrel behind the DMV. Both manager Bertha and Alex are stand out professionals. Both treated me with humanity and kindness throughout my time storing with them. They also showed heart and understanding during pandemic challenges so many faced needing extra time for storage fees. They run a top notch facility.

First and foremost I must call out Cindy at the Cathedral City Store .we have delt with her since our beginnings at Extra Space ! This lady has it all going on ! The very best costumer service I have seen in 20 plus years ! She is complete, no questions unanswered ever ! She has worked with me personally and with my Sister Group ! We couldn’t be more happy and satisfied !!Thank you Cin we love you ! So yesterday I went by to see if my group could get our space we gave up back by some great miracle? We could not unfortunately ! Cindy had no spots ! Instead she said let me make a call give me a minute ! She did and within an hour we had a spot in the Palm Springs store age exactly what we needed and she put us in touch with Alex Almeid !! This guy was smooth and answered every question, gave me options etc, he was like Cindy !! You all must put your employees thru some hella training !!! Prices are high, pest control is an issue. One employee was great and went above and beyond but the other one was actually rude, especially when I gave notice that I was moving due to the rent increase. They said they mailed a postcard notifying me but I never received it and it was not posted on the online account page until I got a notice the bill was due. There are more affordable places in town, only use this place if it’s temporary (6 months or less).

I have used this storage space for almost a year. We sold a large home and I was lost as to where I should store our personal and valuable to us treasures. I went to several locations early am before they were open and late pm after they were closed to see the environment around them. I needed to know this was a place a person could go even when alone. The service here is amazing! I called and got quotes and the info I needed. The facility was nice and clean and the paperwork and viewing process was dimple and easy.
