Between their local and corporate customer service you can get a straight answer and when we booked an appointment they changed the time last minute and you can’t even reach anyone. You definitely can’t reach anyone on the 24/7 customer service line which isn’t really 24/7. The rep we were supposed to meet with ditched us and went to lunch and the receptionist told us to wait. Another rep took my keys only to be told that we weren’t who he was looking for. This place is so disorganized.

Got into a car accident, and chose this business for my repairs and the return quality was amazing looked better than new. Amazing customer service would recommend 10/10. Especially if you get to work with Mario great guy reliable and always keeps you in the loop of what’s going on for delays, repairs, progress. Great doing business with them.

Ive worked with Brian Smith. He has always been friendly and pleasant to work with. I got my car returned to me cleaner than I left it both times. Im not sure if it was done the first time but they even buffed out my headlights making them look fantastic.

I just want to say that had a great experience with caliber collision I did have to have a rental for three weeks not any fault of caliber but items were on back order when I got my car back it drove great it looked awesome you wouldnt even know that I hit a bale of hay on the freeway, The communication was excellent text messages almost daily voicemails letting me know if I was going to have to have the car longer and just everybody was really nice and polite

Had work done years ago when they were called squirtiys. They did a great job.

I told you guys about a squeak coming from my car that wasnt there before the accident. The lady said she heard it but that there was nothing that can be done. Now Im stuck with a car that squeaks on the road. So Im not %100 happy but was told theres nothing they can do. Sweet.

I recently had my Mazda 3 repaired by Caliber. First off, the office is very nice and clean. Mario was the gentleman that helped me the most. He was super friendly and informative and kept me updated the whole time. When my car was finished, it looked brand new, with zero issues. BIG thanks to Brian and his team at caliber collision - Palmdale. At first I was weary because it was a “chain shop” and that tends to scream impersonal and inconsistent service. I was totally proven wrong. Everything was straight forward and transparent. I was given close to daily updates via phone call and/or text. They initial estimated a turn around time of 5 days, but actually called me on the 4th day saying then could have it ready by the end of that same day. When I came to pick up and saw my vehicle it literally looked like it just came off a car lot. Not only was everything repaired to OEM spec, but the exterior AND interior was detailed! That was a huge plus. They also stand by their work. Brian reviewed the repairs with me And reminded me of their Backed warranty With their repair which gave me additional peace of mind. Definitely referring them as needed!

Last month I was involved in a rear-end collision and had damage to the entire passenger side bumper of my minivan. I contacted my insurance company who referred me to Caliber Collision. I contacted them by phone and they were able to schedule me for an inspection very quickly. Brian was assigned to my vehicle and was wonderful from start to finish. He was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and had great communication. When I first arrived, he inspected the vehicle and provided an initial quote for repairs based on the damage that could be visually seen. This information was sent directly to my insurance company without any action needed on my part. I waited to schedule to drop the vehicle off to try to allow time for insurance to process fault - While waiting, Caliber followed up to see if there was anything else I needed or anything they could help with. When I did drop off the vehicle, I was able to do so quickly and without issues. Caliber contacted Enterprise on my behalf so that I could get a rental car easily. Brian walked me through what to expect and provided an estimated timeframe of one week for repairs to be completed. Throughout the week I received text message updates as to the status of the repairs, but I also received personal phone calls from Brian. When the damage was more severe than originally noted, he explained it to me item by item to show where the additional charges were coming from. Despite the work being more extensive, Caliber finished my vehicle on Friday the same week it was dropped off! My van looks good as new, the repairs are seamless and high quality. In addition, Caliber detailed both the outside AND inside of my van before I picked it up, which is no easy task! From start to finish I had a great experience with Caliber and Brian in particular. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing collision repair services!

I had to take my SRT Grand Cherokee in for a small repair, and was amazed by the service I received for an auto body repair shop. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful when I called in. Then when I stopped by to have it looked at Tracy, the manager, took a look at the repair and said it wouldnt be an issue and that they would be able to have the work done quickly. She definitely didnt over-promise and under-achieve like most places I have dealt with have done in the past.They did excellent work (thanks Javier!), and I was surprised that the cost was less than I had expected going in. They definitely have become my shop of choice, and will be bringing in another car for repair also.Thanks so much Caliber!!!
