Rude customer service. I called for a part and immediately the person who answered said they dont have it. I asked for a manager and got another associate. Amazing that all the associates know all the parts they have in stock ny heart. Nappa doesnt know how!

I don’t know what is going on over there, but customer service isn’t it. I called to check on a part. The person answered asked for the vehicle info, put me on hold. The phone then hung up. I called back and a female employee answered and stated “whats up”? I thought the was a strange way to answer a phone. After a few minutes of explaining what was up, i was put in hold again. Another person picked up the phone and explained that someone was helping me. I was put on hold again. The person that was helping came back on the line, and he asked, what size engine. Them Im thinking, what was doing all this time. After I told him the size engine, he put me on hold and the line hung up again. I gave up and called Andys auto parts and I got what I needed.This is not the first time I have got bad service from this NAPA store. It seems they don’t hire people that know about vehicles or about service.

Good spot a bit off the beaten path. Helpful staff and stocked well for a small store front.

The selection of parts here is incredible! The staff are very knowledgeable and very upbeat and friendly. They welcome you as soon as you enter the store, and you leave with more than the part you came for. I left with a smile, and advice to help get the job done right!

Not exactly sure how to spell it, but a gentleman by the name Marcus was extremely helpful yesterday morning. I was in a rush to work and he helped me top off my transmission fluid in no time and which I have never had to do before. Great customer service, thanks again!

This store seems to have less items in stock and few employees working there that compared to the Napa on Palmdale Blvd. Theres an older gentleman there that seems to be generationally disconnected from anyone younger than him, so if he helps you out you better know what youre talking about without needing your phone or he will criticize you with boomerisms. Ive seen it enough times to the point where its eyerollingly annoying and no longer funny.

They almost always have what I need here. Plus they store our receipt for us. Needed the auto repair manual for 1995 toy tacoma 4×4...and they even had that and it was cheaper then ebay

I love this place and at least the three individuals Ive dealt with here. Ive had interactions with Bud, Victor and a manager. All three of these individuals are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. Victor, especially, was very upfront with me about an order I placed and went above and beyond to try to get me what I was looking for. He even called me back when he said he would. It doesnt get any better than this. Since Ive started buying parts from this place, a couple of months ago, Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences and will continue returning to this establishment as long as it continues!

Napa had my parts in stock, friendly, helpful staff, and good value. I like to get my merchandise in person rather than purchase on line.

NAPA was the only auto parts store that had what I needed in stock. Next time its the first place I call.

I Like it. Staff by far is better and more helpful than the lancaster Ca store. Good customer service makes a excellent impression on customers to continue to come back. Lancaster staff should shadow Palmdales NAPA sales men ASAP.

Started off good but depends on who you get to help you. Do not let Bud help you. Actually told me to take my car to a mechanic because it wasnt his job to be knowledgeable about all of the parts I would need to completely replace my rear brakes on my classic truck. Didnt sell me wheel cylinders or gaskets for my axels or a few others things. Had to make 4 separate trips to buy additional parts he neglected on the initial sale.The other guy is much more than helpful.
