All Go Wireless stores are a joke. They all give different, inaccurate information and when you ask to see promo disclosures in order to ensure accurate information is being given to you (as any smart customer would and should) their ego takes it extremely personal and they tell you to go back to the previous Go Wireless store you came from. LOL Also, dont question their training because they train themselves, says employee of the year, Jason. The same employee who said my trade in was only worth $440 and then a LEGITIMATE Verizon location a few blocks away gave me $800 for it 20 minutes later. Also, the same employee without a name tag, who refused to give his name after his POOR attitude was addressed. I can only assume management has the SAME poor attitude to match their employees. Losing my sale wont make a difference, but pass this experience to several customers a week and your sales will speak for themselves!

We came to this store after being turned away from the Verizon in Lancaster near the Lowe’s and I am so glad we did. When we arrived it was about 6 pm or so, there were two groups ahead of ours and we’d figured we’d be okay time wise as store closed at 7. Tevin was by himself but he was making sure he helped every customer correctly and dedicated his time to making sure they walked out happy. I started becoming a little nervous when the group before us took an hour or so with their purchase. It was already well past 7 at this time and I was nervous we had just stood in line for 2 hours only to be turned away like at the previous store (even though we were well within time at the previous store) and honestly I couldn’t have been upset at him as it was way past closing time. Tevin approached the door, peaked his head out and with a smile mentioned he’d be with us shortly. I was so happy to hear that he was still willing to help. When he finished with the group he led us in and apologized for the wait. He quickly began helping us and activated a new phone we had requested while also helping the last group that was behind us! He was able to multitask and did everything correctly!There are a lot of companies/stores who pride themselves on customer service with employees who don’t even do half of what Tevin did! This is customer service! This is what going above and beyond for your customers looks like. Give the man a raise.

Been here for decades and has always been the best store in this valley by far. The Store Manager Sara is wonderful and really knows what is best for the customer. Thank you for always taking care of whatever we have needed help with over the years.

Very unhelpful staff went in there to try to see about upgrading my iPhone 📲 to the 2nd newest model and the man asked me for my plan information claimed he couldn’t find it or said I didn’t have the right information(I did) and said without it he couldn’t even quote me how much it’d be. I literally looked it up online and just bought it myself did my want to give a lazy employee my business or a sale.

They set us up with new phones and all the accessories we needed. We recommend this establishment. 😉👍

First time we have had a good experience at Verizon ever. Julissa Ramirez is the reason, she was fabulous reworked our entire plan and then showed us how updating our phones would be the right thing to do for us at this particular time. The first Verizon store we have been in, or shopped at....yes, a little behind the times. Evelyn, is a phenomenal salesperson. She is thorough, honest, knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us several times before the purchase. (If I were still managing my store which was a camera sales/One Hour Photo lab place back in the 90s, I would hire her in a split second). Beyond that, everyone has been helpful and friendly.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Verizon. Jason was more than cooperative with me and was good at explaining with everyday words to make me understand my phone and all of the apps that I need to use.

My wife and I spent a couple of hours in the store going through an upgrade to a new phone and Jason was great. Came in here because my phone kept losing service and was going into searching mode with no network. The guy kept insisting that it was apples problem and there was something wrong with my antenna. I kept trying to trouble shoot it and he said it’s no use for me to be there because I have to go to a apple store (mind you he knew my phone was out of warranty and I knew that would be a waste of my time) I came back the next day because I reset my phone and now it was stuck on an activation screen. I was frustrated as hell and walked into the store only for him to say that I told you this would happen and you need to go to an apple store. I told him I think it’s my SIM card and he continued to say that it’s not the SIM card. Then I asked him to at least try it out and see if it is the sim And he said well we sell 10$ SIM cards. He was a real smart aleck. Long story short I went to an actual Verizon store and they checked my sim like I asked and they changed it for free, and guess what my phone works again. 2 days wasted. He’s was so unhelpful but acted like he knew everything ha.Don’t bother wasting your time going here go to an actual Verizon store like the one near Starbucks! They were awesome!

THIS PHONE IS SUPPOSE TO BE WATER RESISTANT AS ADVERTISED AND IT WAS A SELLING POINT THAT LEAD ME TO BUY. I PAID $1149.99 . MY PHONE CAME IN CONTACT WITH A WATER SPILL ON KITCHEN TABLE (WITH PELICAN BRAND PHONE CASE ALSO PURCHASED AT TIME OF PHONE PURCHASE) MAKE LONG STORY SHORT MY PHONE BLACKED OUT. I TRIED TO GET A NEW ONE AND THEY BLEW ME OFF GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL AND NOW THEY WANT AN ADDITIONAL $250 TO REPLACE.. THIS IS MY BUSINESS CELL PHONE AND I LOST A LOT OF $$$ DUE TO THIS FALSE ADVERTISING BY APPLE AND THEIR CARRIERS. APPLE WANTS TO CHARGE ME $500 TO REPLACE.. MY QUESTION IS WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF MY INSURANCE??? THIS IS A SCAM, FALSE ADVERTISING ON APPLE CORPORATION AS FAR AS WATER RESISTANT. (IT IS NOT) NEVER BUY APPLE PRODUCTS...OR EVEN INSURANCE . THE DEDUCTIBLE IS HALF WHAT I PAY FOR MY CAR INSURANCE. VERY VERY UNSATISFIED WITH VERIZON AND APPLE COMPANY.

I visited this store to upgrade my note 4 into an iPhone 7plus. I was doubtful of making this decision. But Sara, the manager, helped me and assured me that I would love everything about the iPhone. Employee is clueless. We came in to switch to verizon carrier. The saleswoman tried selling us some story that we need to get new phones because our note8 was locked with our existing carrier (mind you she didnt even ask to see our phone). We tried telling her it wasnt locked but she basically told us she couldnt do anything. We walked out of the store and called verizon direct and had our lines switched over in less then 20 minutes. Dont bother with this store, just call Verizon direct and skip the wait.

Beware of this store. They will tell you one price and when you get the bill, its much higher! I brought the phone back in to cancel everything after only 2 days since I found out the much higher price on Verizon website. They still charged me $28.58 for having the phone only 2 days and I never even used it! It was in perfect condition, too. Very bad store!

Went to this store and there was 5 employees in there ONLY one acknowledged us the others acted like we didnt exist. The one that did help us was rude. We walked into an empty store and felt like we were unwanted and bothering the employees. Going to tmobile now.
