Curbside pickup could be better. They missed some of my items and attempted to give me someone elses items I didnt purchase. It always seems pretty busy. I tend to go later as not many of the workers complain that I dont wear a mask. The only problem with going later in the evening is they are always restocking the shelves.

The lady at the money center was very professional yet happy and humorous.5 STARS FOR HER!!! It took forever to find someone to help in the shoe department and then she seemed like I was inconvenient to her. Couldnt believe I actually wanted to try on boots before purchasing them! THEYRE IN A LOCKED CASE!!! Put an armed guard on the department but let me decide what I want by the fit and not hurry.

Online pickup is a NIGHTMARE.This is regarding the DEALS online pickup in Garden.I get there and theres about 8 people in line. The 2 girls working in the area are BOTH looking for ONE order instead of one of them taking the rest of the people in line. The level of incompetence is unreal, even for Walmart. I left after waiting 20 min without the line moving once. Another person in line said theyve been there 35+ min. Please get someone in there with at least some common sense to keep the line moving. Absolutely ridiculous

Walmart is Walmart. But you can get some great deals and even everyday prices are amazing. Go now they have Butterball Turkeys for .90¢ a lb. and Jennie O turkeys for .80¢ a lb. Really great prices. Bananas for .44¢ a lb. Thats unbelievable.

Great place to stop and rest up and re up on supplies. This place has everything and a huge open parking lot. The nail salon and eye doctor is closed due to Covid. They even have a grocery and fabric shop. No snow stuff tho. The bathrooms were clean for the most part. Everyone was wearing a mask.

Always friendly staff. Clean store. Informative workers. Well organized even when stock is low.

TYPICAL WALMART NOTHING SPECIALThis was a hard 3 to give, because I definitely have had issues here with them with them closing down certain areas early. Their pick up area for instance has not only changed locations, but has also had a habit of closing early and not telling people they are doing so. Let’s say 7:40 PM when it should stay open until 8:00 PM. When you report these things, in typical underpaid Walmart employee fashion, not much concern is given and not much care is taken in handling the issue professionally. The Walmart in East Palmdale MIGHT be the only one in the area that is better, and that’s not saying much.

I got an oil change done for less than $60 for my rv. My previous oil change cost me $220 in a truck specific shop. I’ll be devoted to Walmart from now on.

Doreen is rude at the Black Friday Deals pick-up area. They don’t even answer the phone to let them know your spot. Been here waiting over a half hour.

This Walmart is always well stocked. Employees are helpful. Love there clothes for all family members. Check out is smooth and they always have bags. Love this place

Ive been coming to this Walmart donde they first opened. It always has whatever Im looking for and the employees are friendly. I love the self check out because there are rarely any lines. They have added many more self checkout stations in the last couple years. Great place

They are remodeling and everything is being shuffled around. I would wait another week or two, unless you cant wait. Otherwise--in normal conditions I like the place. Good meats, deli and breads, and the pharmacy is a nice group of people. I dont interact with with the other sections muchL.

Compared to the Walmart locations the rest of Los Angeles County this Walmart was really a joy to shop at. I needed help you was kind of late at night around 9 and I was in the camping area and I needed help finding one of those pull cart and this middle-aged African American women helped me and went above and beyond and I was blown away and how helpful she was because Ive never experienced this at a any of the Walmarts I have been to prior to this one. I would definitely come back here way to go Jack Weber Staffing this location!

Ive never had an issue until last Saturday. I had an unfortunate interaction with a cashier at the store. She had such a chip on her shoulder that she made me feel her issue was because of my race. NOBODY, should be made to feel less than in any situation or circumstance. Shame on those people out there that do any wrong towards any human.

They have over 6 registers and Im not talking about the self checkout! And only ONE person helping out! I asked for a manager not once but twice and nobody ever showed up! Theres more workers watching self checkout than helping at registers where they are needed!

Why don’t they answer their phone?!? And the parking lot is too dark at night! Also, and this is for all Walmart stores, please get rid of the “carousel style” checkout. If a bag gets left behind, which happens with many customers, the next person in line is able to put that bag right into their cart! Some folks are honest but others aren’t. I’ve had great customer service with a couple rude ones thrown in, but overall a good store.

The employees were very helpful, the shelves were stacked and I am happy because I found some clothing at low prices and good quality. Easy to access.

I felt extremely odd here in the garden today. Most of the plants were in horrible condition so it took me a while to find something I wanted. I was the only customer in that department. There were at least five employees in that area joking around and making fun of people in Spanish. After one of the other employees walked away he said that guy always gets mad when we talk in Spanish, so theyre doing it purposely to make people uncomfortable. I actually heard them giggling, while talking about me, and I know they were talking about me cuz they mention my company name thats on my shirt. Didnt want to ask for help, they told me that I had to go to inside register to pay for the plants which didnt make any sense at all. I felt out of place so I just said the products back and left

Walmart was wonderful I was able to find the perfect curtains for my home and this beautiful towels thatI custom made for my brother and sister.

I always enjoy shopping there. On some items they have best price.

Love this Walmart.Whenever I go I see atleast two employees restocking shelves (Who all wear masks👍) which means that they usually have most the things out on the floor already. Its always clean and usually isnt that crowded. Self checkout lines are a bit long but thats fine one minus is that they dont sanitize the self checkouts that often from what Ive seen so be careful.

Good spot could be stocked better. Doing construction inside and out so a little louder than normal.

Ive never actually been inside this walmart until yesterday. What a huge difference, the ambient white lighting hung perfect in the hangars. Surprisingly, this trip was quick. Picked up only what I needed without any extra. There were enough checkout lanes open for me to skip the wait. Though the usual is opposite. Wait usually very long in line. Half the help buttons do not do anything at all. Especially automotive. Try and steer clear at night the automotive section if your need anything behind the display. I once waited an hour, pulled several associates. And managers for help, and not one of them had the key to the display. While waiting I leaned on the glass and the glass door was unlocked the whole time. I was still being told that they are still looking for the keys as I was walking to the register with the headlight bulbs in hand. But hey expect that from walee world.

I was able to find everything I needed and when I needed help there was always so one to assist

Usually has what I am looking for but to get out is still the worst. Lack of people behind a register horrible. Self checkout isnt the best either as people have difficulty with produce. The one thing that amazes me is they are always out of bags at check out.

Its Walmart, so is struggle to give 5 stars but its quick, easy and has most things I need almost every time I go there.

Strangly uncrowed for a Sunday morning. This location seems to frequently be out of bags, so bring your own. If shopping for groceries only, I prefer the Neighborhood location.

The line to get gas at Sams Club goes faster than the customer service line. 😑There was no sense of urgency from the lady working at customer service. Stood in line for about 15-20 minutes and the line pretty much reached the nail salon.

My family was discriminated against by an employee named RITA (cashier) . She was very rude towards us because my son, 5, non-verbal and Autistic was having a meltdown. She actually threatened to not ring us up after giving us the nastiest look because my son was screaming over a loud noise that scared him. I have never been more upset or embarrassed. Having a child with special needs separates the angels from the a-holes real quick and that was clear today! Rita, do better! Walmart stop hiring ignorant people!

Order for pickup wasnt ready. Went into store to buy and guy told me it wasnt in stock. I got on the phone to see if nearby stores had it and after the third call I accidently called the store I was in and the worker was standing directly behind me... 😆. Mysteriously all of a sudden they had what I was looking for.

Worst Service ever when it comes to the Service desk.... People go to the Service Desk for Service and they definitely lack in that department. They dont answer the phones and when they do pick up, they hang-up on you. LETS not forget how rude they are in person!!!

Pretty good walmart. All of the workers seemed to be in a good mood, and they were courteous. Nice wide aisles and the store was clean. They couldve had more hand sanitizer stands or wipes for the carts as I dont remember seeing any of them. But other than that it was great!

Could be kept up better. Parking lot, bathrooms and floors are pretty dirty.
