Was not pleased on being ignored by 4 representatives as I was standing there waiting to get a cup of ice cream.

Came here at 9:27 pm after looking up their hours online. Their website shows they are open until 10pm. They were already closed. Employee said they clised at 9pm. They had no hours pisted on front of their store either. Who manages this place? Waist of our time and gas.

The hours on google are not correct. It says open till 10:00pm. I was there at 8:05 pm and the doors where locked. There was no sign saying they where open or closed.

Andy was amazing. I went to order my son a birthday cookie that I saw on tv. They didnt have a picture I explained to Andy what I was looking for. He looked up on his phone . Thank you Andy for your amazing customer service.

This the second time we ordered a ice cream cake. They did a great job! Plus they are a really friendly place giving the best customer service. Our cakes were ready when promised and absolutely delicious! And they looked like the picture of the cake we selected! Very clean place!

Baskin Robbins Ice Cream does one thing and they do it well. Their ice cream is superb, its a sweet treat thats almost always guaranteed to satisfy.Dont be shy about asking to try any of their vast flavor options.Also, Tuesday nights are family nights, offering discount prices on kids and single scoops.

Good ice cream, but a little pricey!

Great customer service, prices are kinda high for ice cream. Very clean. They have a bathroom for customers only. Chairs and tables outside as well. parking is a mess on weekends because its in a shopping center. Next door to Subway and Chinese food. Enjoy lunch or dinner then ice cream for dessert.

Its super awesome that they are so close to littlerock and sun village, but they never have all the ingredients their sundaes require which always sucks! But they do have great ice cream. Not generous with scoops though :(

Really needs better signage. I shouldnt need GPS to find something in a parking lot, especially for a new location like this one. Ill stick to the togos location. Very clearly visible.

They rudely ignored me and served other customers before me twice. I felt unwelcomed and mistreated. The server there acted as if I wasn’t there. Do not recommend going here for quality service.

Most days I love their smile and service and shakes. But I am frustrated at how often they close early. I can personally tell you they have lost many sales from my family. I suggest the store change its hours if its not going to obide by them.
