Absolutely love the customer service. Elda was super helpful and made the whole experience extra special. My fiancé got my engagement ring in January and Elda did such a great job in helping him pick my ring! It’s beautiful and timeless. We went back to get our wedding bands and we are super happy with our rings! Elda was super knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

The customer service here is unmatched. My fiancé and I had been to a few jewelers looking for engagement rings but were not met with as much kindness as we were at Jared in Palmdale. I especially want to thank Alondra for helping create the engagement ring of my dreams! My fiancé and I had the ring custom made. Alondra went above and beyond to communicate to the design team exactly what I wanted and made sure I was completely satisfied throughout the entire design process. The ring honestly came out better than I had imagined. To say I’m happy with the service here is an understatement. I can’t say thank you enough!!!

It was good, bought my wife a new wedding ring to replace her current wedding ring. They had a ring that she really loved. She deserves it, she does a lot for the both of us.

Very disappointed in this place my husband bought my wedding ring here so we decided to continue coming for the rest of our jewelry needs here, I cannot express enough how upset I am with Jareds integrity supposedly with them deeming there jewelry to be so sparkly and beautiful for your loved ones, My husband spent almost $1,000 on Pandora bracelet and added charms to fill it up mind you these are $70,$80$90 charms here...to just all of a sudden the bracelet and charms turn so black!!its so terrible..we put our effort and time into picking out these charms for them to just get ruined...and all they told us at the store was that we should have bought pandora cleanerand were very ignorant to the fact that we shouldnt be having these types of issues with such an expensive item, I would like some sort of yy and solution to this problem from corporate.

Jareds has been my go to jewelry store for almost a decade and everytime I buy jewelry or just come in for a cleaning or inspection, they are very kind, pleasant and attentive. Not to mention the jewelry is gorgeous! Zulma took care of my needs today and was very knowledgeable on the type of jewelry I bought. She spent so much time with me making sure I was happy with my purchase. Joseph was also very pleasant and attentive to my needs. This place has great customer service and the representatives are very competent. If youre thinking about buying jewelry in the near future I def. Reccomend Jareds!

Upon getting my ring, it came with a “certificate “only afterwards did I worry that the gemstones themselves are not laser engraved on the girdles to guarantee where the stones actually came from. That’s OK, it’s been six months. Took my husband’s ring in to get the six month cleaning and rhodium dip. It’s engraved on the inside, I was told it would look exactly as I bought it. Had to wait 24 hours to get it back, they just brought it to me. The ring is a plain White gold band. It was returned to me with scratches, Mars and etchings where there should not have been any. I was informed upon dropping it off that the Inside where the engraving was would not be touched. The engraving is almost gone. I’m glad I took a video before I dropped it off! They sat and argued with me for 10 minutes that that’s what it supposed to look like! Only before finally admitting defeat saying will need you to re-write the engraving Again because we can’t read anything that was once on it… LOLLOLLOL “I am livid, and crying! They said they’re going to file the ring down but it won’t takeoff any of the width.… I don’t want that! I want the ring that I had ordered with the engraving that was ordered on it! Do not take your jewelry here unless you don’t value it at all!UPDATE: had to leave the ring for an additional 24 hours for fixing. Just got it back again. It is much much much better! They did take it down a little bit from its original width which bothers me quite a bit. Three managers assisted and agreed that it was in fact a different measurement than the original. They offered me a full replacement.I appreciate the work that they did this time unfortunately, I am going to give them a two star rating only because this should’ve never happened. I was also informed that each time it gets cleaned it does get buffed down quite significantly. They said that overtime the ring would become so thin that it would break. My question is is after only six months, why would it have to be buffed out so hard!? It wasn’t damaged it just needed it’s six-months-under-warranty Maintenance. With the way it looks, and as much as they took off of it, I am afraid that within 3 to 4 years the ring would be a piece of tissue paper in weight. I have had many pieces of jewelry in my lifetime as has my mother and my father and my grandparents. I do remember my grandmother’s ring finally breaking after 72 years of constant wear. It’s actually quite frightening how they “polish “rings nowadays. I would give the management five stars, unfortunately due to the lies and the poor service that I have received in the past, this will suffice at two.…MHO, Rogers jewelers is amazing… And has been for over 50 years. Never once have I ever had an issue with sizing after my rings are cleaned there.

This was my first time visiting a Jared location and I had the most amazing experience. As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed with a warm greeting from Zulma. She was very patience, she understood exactly what my vision was, and she went above and beyond trying to find exactly what I was looking for. Each time I came back, she greeted me the exact same way and made me feel like family. Her customer service was immaculate and I wish more people would treat their customers the same way she does! I will definitely be back to do business with Zulma. Thank you for being an amazing person and treating me so well! You’re the best!

They need to do a better job. I went in today to purchase a Christmas gift. I was the only one at the counter and the salesperson said she would be with me once she put stock away. She never left the counter but proceeded to help another customer who just walked up. I’ve never been impressed the service so today will be last time shopping there.

Horrible customer service! There was no one inside the store and they refused to let me shop the girls name is Maryann she looked at me and gave me a strange look and told me they were expecting someone else and turned me away. They judge you by your looks! Never again! I’m closing my Jared’s card and never returning!

Honestly it’s the best place to shop because everyone treats you like family and there is never any pressure and if you have any questions the employees are happy to answer them.

This is were my now husband purchased my engagement ring and I loved it. He couldnt have gone to a better place. The customer service here is great. Always greet you on the way in. Go to get my ring cleaned every 6 months and they always do a great job. My husband has also bought a watch here and they sent it out to get the scratches out. Great place will definitely continue to purchase jewelry here.

Such a disappointment choosing this store. It all started when my pendant wasn’t completed on the day it was promised. I called the day before to check on it and was told to come in on the date and time listed. So I made the 60 mile trip only to find that it wasn’t ready. I came back the next day and was given my jewelry. I had a pendant made with my stones as they are special and I had purchased a necklace. The employee stated she couldn’t get the pendant on the necklace and handed it to me. I was shocked as these were purchased as a set. Finally she gave it to the repair guys and the were able to get the pendant on the chain. Then I was asked if I wanted a box. Really.... let me just toss it in a little plastic bag that’s more romantic I’m sure. Then it was even cleaned prior to me picking it up. The pendant and chain are beautiful and my wife loved it but I will never return here for anything.

Thank you to Zelma, Joseph and Kevin for going above and beyond to do anything they can to help my fiancé and I. I left super happy and it means the world that they would go out of the way to help in any way possible. Thank you so much for all the help.

They do good work but you have to be on top of your game to ensure you received diamonds and gold returned when upgrading or redesigning a ring. We had to go back three times because previous ring and diamonds were left in New York, and design of ring was not correct.

They are very freindly and get approve for credit is easy but you must pay them back. Thanks Carol Davis

If I could all give it a negative starI had a Tough encounter with the manager Alma she was very rude and very unprofessional she walked outside on her phone my sister was in the car waiting for me with her children and her witness her give somebody something in the package or it was kind of suspicious but she needs to be fired for arguing and she was calling me names
