Very good experience and beautiful wedding ring, and salesman knew just what I wanted when I explained what I was looking for

Pearl recently helped my wife and I pick rings out. She went completely above and beyond what we were expecting. She made sure my wife’s ring was going to be ready on time, but it ended up being ready much sooner than we expected. Her knowledge really helped us make our decisions and the easiest experience was made even easier on us without any pressure whatsoever. When we came to pick up my wife’s ring, she remembered us and even took the time talk with us for a few minutes before we left, congratulating us on our new adventure. We went there for the first time before Mothers Day 2018. I wanted to look for an engagement ring for my girlfriend when we went into the store we were greeted by very nice people and sales associate named Pearl she helped us out and it was above and beyond.She explained to us and showed us anything my girlfriend was looking for.On top of that she trys to make reasonable Deals or Sales for jewelry.Once again we were there last night 12-7-18 and once again she was outstanding on helping us find what we wanted explain to us the dos and the donts and making the customer feel satisfiedwith their purchase.We were there with our children and the Other Employees were great interacting with my children which we very much appreciated especially when youre at a jewelry store trying to make a serious purchase for a lot of money. It is very difficult at times with young kids.... All I can say is Thank You for being so kind to me and my family. 👍👌👏💯💯💯

Great selection generally have a lot of clearance jewelry of high quality very accommodating with returns reasonable with negotiating prices especially when purchasing more than one item offered a great insurance and repair program friendly knowledgeable staff I guarantee they dont spam your email and constantly offering specials and discounts in the mail General Lee 40% off during holidays keep a great record of all your purchases so losing your receipt when you need to return to repair something its quite Simplex to each of their system highly recommended pristine customer service
