They really screwed up here with my rings. They also didnt help get my problem solved. Later realized Kay J rings are very low quality - learned my lesson the hard way.

I was really happy and impressed with the service I received from Betsy in the Palmdale location. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely will be purchasing from her again!

My husband bought me a ring for my graduation present. I had nothing but problems, the diamonds kept falling out. I loved this ring, but I had the diamonds replaced several times. I swear it spends more time being repaired than it does on my finger. I originally took it to the mall in Bakersfield to have it fixed, but when I got the ring back with a diamond missing, I started taking it to Palmdale. I have had nothing but problems. They dont call me to let me know the ring is in. I have to call them. Now that I had them replace my ring, they didnt even call me to tell me it was in. Come to find out, they didnt have it sized. Its just been sitting there. Absolutely frustrating. I have had some of their reps be really nice, and then there have been some that were really snotty. Its hit or miss.

This is the worst ever Kay jewelers location around. Staff here is so stubborn and not really helpful (Staff representative name: Mericce). Instead of helping customers they are creating more troubles for the customers. My fiance went for her wedding bend and she liked one the moment they knew she liked they were start taking the advantage of the situation and marked higher price for ring. I was not there with her physically so I gave her my kay card to pay for it . I also gave all my information and they are not able to make transaction on my Kay credit card they are forcing me to do some additional procedure which is not make any sense and useless. My fiance should wait for more than 1 hour just to make actual transaction.Conclusion: I rate it 0 star, very poor staff for consumer. My fiance has worst ever experience for buying ring. I also have trouble on phone. my fiance and I will never go this location again.

Me and my Wife took her ring repaired they told us it would be repaired by a certain date and that we would be contacted we were never contacted so i called back they didnt even know that they had her ring in for repair also never even sent it out nobody wanted to take responsibility and it took three weeks to even get her ring back even though i told them to not to proceed with the repair since it was not even started they still after making me wait to receive her ring tried to send it out for repair and we had to wait another two weeks to get it back in the end with no repair we waited five weeks awful service!! no trust in the staff there
