All the employees were very friendly and helpful . Sebastian gave an outstanding customer service. He was alert, energetic above all smart. I had many questions and he took his time to answer every single one till I felt comfortable with my decision.His professionalism was outstanding. I will be making this my main T-Mobile store... Company needs more people like him.

BEST T-MOBILE LOCATION IN PALMDALE! Visited this location for my latest purchase and to say that I am satisfied is an UNDERSTATEMENT! As soon as I entered the store I was instantly greeted and asked if I was in need of any assistance. Upon telling Sebastian more or less what I was looking for, he was able to show me a few options to get more of an idea of what would work best for me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided the best experience possible. I would recommend to a friend and look forward to going back for any and all needs.

Angel, Diego and Sebastian provided the best customer service Ive had in years. They were very knowledgeable about the products I was interest in and helped me figure out which plan and device was right for me. 10/10 would definitely recommend this T-Mobile location to my friends and family.

This was the best service Ive had at TMobile. This was the old Sprint store and Diego, Angel, and Shant gave us great service. We had a few difficulties but Diego, Angel, and Shant was very diligent about solving my issue. I was also made aware of the free Netflix service that I once had from T Mobile is still available. I must say Im very happy with my service today.

Ventured into the Antelope Valley Location to see about upgrading several lines along with lowering my monthly bill. The team of Angel, Sebastian, and Carol (Pretzel) was awesome. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was extremely happy upon leaving. Regardless of past experiences with Sprint Customer Care I now truly see taking the time to go into the store is the best option and would advise all to do so. Came in to upgrade my phone I was greeted with a warm welcome and was assisted immediately all my questions were answered the process was completely painless, I would dare to say enjoyable. The manager Sebastian and his associate Angel double teamed me and really made me feel important to them definitely recommend them and this store to anybody looking to make the phone buying process easy.

DO NOT GO HERE! Nothing but lies. And the representative added devices on my plan and didnt tell me and kept the device. They were hoping I didnt notice until after 14 days and after there 30 day Guarantee was over. This store is nothing but thieving shady representatives.

Lost my phone in the mall. I went straight to the sprint store. They could have told me to go home and track it, but They went above and beyond to help me find my phone. Even walking with me to where [find my iPhone] showed it was at, so that way the lady at the store could send the alert when we were there.They have EXCELLENT customer service.

I appreciate Catt and Angel working after closing time to get my phone working, even when I showed up later than I agreed to. They were friendly and effective.

Came in the other day to look at something lady welcomed me and a another lady asked me how can i help you i said i was just looking and she asked what plan do you have who pays for your phone i felt very uncomfortable and she said we can switch you to sprint easily she was very weird i felt almost harassed in a way went to get a charger and it took 5 minutes just to get it will never go in that store again

I was in the mall at 4:23 pm on a Monday afternoon. The screen was pulled down almost all the way. Two employees were standing there so I asked if they were closed. I was told yes we are closed. I went back that way 30 mins later after doing some more shopping and it was open. This is bad business and this store lost my business. If the store was going to be opened back up later the same day I should have been asked to come back in a certain amount of time. Or told a time it was to be opened again. Seeing the hours on the website,its suposed to be open till 8:00 pm. Something needs to be fixed...I wouldnt suggest the store to anyone.

Stay away from this store. store personnel will attempt to give you phones and claim they are FREE. They ARE NOT FREE. I leased (2) phones and attempted to put my granddaughter on my plan only to find out I already had (5) phones on the plan. Calling sprint will get you nowhere, they will also tell you they have fix the problem when in fact it only got worse.
