I absolutely love this place. Even when it first came out. Ive loved to see how they make their build a bears. My nephew loves it here and the workers would help him create the perfect bear that he wanted. And even to this day he loves the bear that he had help to make. Would recommend

Love this place. Animals they sell are super soft and fun experience. Extremely friendly and want to make sure you have a great experience.

Good place not the same when it was in a shop but it still good. That girl Briana (the girl with glasses) she may or may not be the only Briana. The point is she is so kind, sweet and lovable. She make the experience amazing.

Very rude!! Teaching my daughter the value of currency and the lady had absolutely no patience!! Not to mention there was nobody else there. No smile my daughter said thank you and no your welcome. Very poor manners. Never going back!

It was my 3 year old baby girl first time going to Build A Bear so we were all excited to go to the mall. But omg when we got there we were all so shock and in disbelief. What happen to the the Build a Bear work shop ? Its now a booth what kind of Build of Bear is that ? Not the same as before the experience for my little one was so different there is people everywhere just staring and pushing. We always took our older daughter before and the experience was way different. Nicer too. I am very disappointed.

The employees are very nice! A wonderful stock of merchandise.

I miss there being an actual store. However the employees at the Build a bear kiosk, were very nice and helpful.

Very poor customer service better off going to santa clairita to build a bear or ordering online
