My wife and I get our rings cleaned everyone we go to the mall and they never charge us. Recently bought a beautiful watch and after I noticed a mistake on the billing I brought it back and they fixed it right on the spot. An awesome place to purchase great items. Wonderful customer service.

This place dropped my ring as soon as we purchased it after being super rude. Than when I opened my ring for birthday the stone fell out, than when I took it back to get repaired they took a week to repair, and never called me to let me know when it was back or done, because thats not there policy... over all there customer service sucks for suck pricey items.
